    Jennys Full Service Hair Salon
They were good. They do listen and they are very available. They have good parking. They are easy to find and their service is good. I think that they have very good customer service and they try to accommodate the customer’s needs well. I don’t know if they are the best but they were fair.

I was looking for a new nail salon, but Flash did not meet my expectations. The foot bath looked clean, but the towels were dingy. The tech kept her equipment in a zip-loc bag, which I thought fine until I noticed she did not clean the equipment after my pedicure before returning it to the bag. The pedicure was a little sloppy and chipped by the following week.

Prices are more than fair or probably even cheaper than standard at this salon. Quality is top notch there and you will most likely never be disappointed with the way your nails come out there, no matter who does them. So, if you want a sure thing, especially if you are going to a wedding or other special occassion, you can't really go wrong, and you can be assured that your service will be worth it and no need to worry. They do take walk-ins, however, be sure to check their hours as they go by the strip mall hours usually and typically close early on or near certain holidays. It is a clean and pleasant salon. They let you bring snacks, food, drinks, and let you use their restroom. They typically run about 15 minutes behind on average, even if you make an appointment in advance. But try not to ever be late for them, otherwise, you could be waiting a while, especially if they are busy, since they do take walk-ins, someone may just walk right in to your appointment, and there is nothing you can do about it.

I had been going to this nail salon in the past for several years, but then I strayed away from it for a while since you are not allowed to choose or make an appointment with your favorite technician. It is basically whomever is next in line to take a customer that you will get. Hate to say it, but the basic premise is like a and quot;cattle shootand quot; of sorts in a way. However, a lot of places tend to have this mentality. And at least this place doesn't ever make you feel that way or feel like you are ever being rushed in any way. Although, I do believe all technicians are said to be very good there. The owners have seemed to train their employees well, in that, they all go above and beyond what is required to be performed in both manicures and pedicures. You are definitely getting your money's worth and more. They take their time and give you more of a pampering session than other places for the money. They give you long leg and foot massages unlike other places and they have a massage pedicure chairs that are newer models. They also provide nice hot and moist towels for your feet and hands as a part of the service, which is also a nice and relaxing experience.
Even though I brought my own gel nail polish and regular polish with me, I still had to pay the full price of each service. I understand you are still getting their expertise for this service and the use of their LED light, etc., however, one salon I had been to, discounted my service price, since I had brought my own polishes with me to use. I can overlook this since the service is high quality and I am always satisfied with the results.
There are a few additional drawbacks, however, I tend to try and overlook them, as they seem to be the best service for the best price in the area.
    Drawbacks include:
    1. Not being able to choose your nail technician-(one note on this account: only 3 people in the salon and quot;can doand quot; the gel manicures, those people being the male owner-(Peter) and female owner-(Amy), and only one other technician named Tina)-so, if you go for the gel nails on your fingers, you are more than likely to get Tina, unless you already have a long standing relationship with one of the owners. I get Tina now, and have no complaints whatsoever on the job she does on my nails. It's funny though, I make sure to make my appointment in advance, and I know and they know, that only 3 people do the gel nails, and am always going to get Tina anyway, but when I call to make my appointment and tell them I want Tina, they just say, and quot; You cannot request anyone, and you get who you getand quot;, which is really quite silly to say, since Tina is the only one who can do my nails! Quite amusing on their part, but I just play along and play their stupid game! They only do gel nails for fingers there though; they do not do gel nails on the toes there. This is also fine with me, since it is is very difficult to get gel polish off of your toenails.
Another drawback is the female owner-(Amy)-always laughing and talking loudly in Vietnamese with the other technicians. Although, this too, is, as many of you know, quite typical for these types of Asian businesses-(not to be too sterotypical). The male owner-(Peter)-also has a little bit of an attitude at times it seems, especially if things don't go his way or he is told the truth about something by you, that he refuses to admit to. Another reason why I had previously left this salon. So far, after recently going back there and having services done the last 3 times, it hasn't seemed to be much of a issue as of yet, but again, it has only been my third time going back into this salon. It is, something that can be ignored and overlooked, if need be, if you happen to have a and quot;disagreementand quot; with Peter. I had my nails done by both the male and female owners in the past when I used to have arcrylic tips put on my nails. Both are very good, probably the best in the salon, and they each have many of their own faithful regular clients, who swear by them. I and many others would have to say that Amy, the female owner is the absolute best. But it is very difficult to be able to get an appointment with her. Peter, the male owner, even though he is also very good, can tend to be a bit rough at times while doing your nails, and if you are a sensitive person in the physical sense, he is probably not the one to go to. However, he is very efficient and he gets the job done quickly, without compromising quality.
All being considered, I would still highly recommend this salon for their expert services on all accounts. They are now a much cleaner place then they were 6 years ago, as they have finally remodeled their entire place and have the latest and up to date equipment as well.
One final note: Just remember, you cannot tip the technicians via credit card. They do not allow this there. You must have cash on hand to tip your technician if not one of the owners. I was told once anyway, that it is not proper etiquette to tip the owner of a business.
