Tom and his team were extremely helpful and reliable. They went out of their way to provide great customer service, performed their work very professionally. In addition to great work, they were simply wonderful people.

    Everdry Basement Waterproofing
The Everdry waterproofing system was installed in my home by the previous owner. The transferable warranty was an important factor in my decision to purchase the home. It is a great comfort to know that if there is ever a water issue in my basement, Everdry will stand behind their work.

Had the system installed a year ago. The crew was professional and explained everything everyday before they started the job. System has been flawless and company has always answered all our needs or questions.

    Everdry Basement Waterproofing
The previous owner was very happy with the work completed by Everdry. I like the fact that the Lifetime warranty was transferred to me as the new owner. This gives me great piece of mind that I will always have a dry, usable basement.

Keystone Basement Systems & Structural Repair Inc
The overall work went itself went well. The work crew consisted of anywhere from 2-4 guys depending on the day. The overall job lasted 5 days as it was extremely labor intensive. The crew was polite, punctual, and professional. Crew Manager Mike Pitts was excellent. The sales representative was quite informative and knowelable at our first appointment and took plenty of time to answer our questions. A second follow up was necessary before work was to begin to be sure everything was ready to go. My only complaint would be the responsiveness at which my sales representative would return my phone calls. I never received any follow up from him after the job was finished. I also had some concerns about my garage walls shifting due to possible water damage to the foundation or footer that I needed follow up as well as a request for pricing on installing new window wells in the basement that I was interested in having done. I thought for the cost of the project that I should have received a little quicker response on phone calls or some response period. Overall, I was satisfied with the work performed and would use Keystone Basement Systems again.

Provider looked over the problem with the flooded basement / garage and offered a two step solution.  He recommended we trench inside the basement walls and install sump pumps to remove the water.  He also said that they could do some work outside to help with the problem.  I told him we weren't doing anything inside until that outside was fixed.  If we pumped the water out of the basement it could only run down the hill and back into the garage / basement.  He asked me to talk to the Township about location of the storm sewer out front.  He did follow up a couple of weeks later but since I didn't have an answer from the township it was left hanging.

Was not professional at all.  Very rude and abrupt on the phone.  Barely
listened to our request and was talking over me the whole time during
the conversation.   Not service oriented whatsoever.    I would not refer.

They arrived on time and started working right away.  Discussed the placement of the pump and went over the whole job with me and answered all my questions. The first day they encountered a structural issue and contacted the structural engineer to make sure they could proceed.  The job took 4 days and each day when they left the area was very clean.  They let me know what had been done and what they would be doing the next day.  The final day I checked everything and all the work was done well.

    Champion Waterproofing Inc
Champion's two employees came exactly as scheduled and quickly put up plastic and sealed all the doors and furnace intakes and outlets.   They put plastic on the carpet that was not pulled up.   They started the dusty process of jack hammering the cement floor.
My husband needed to run some plumbing when they had the floor opened up to accomodate a future bathroom install. My husband helped the crew by taking the cement in our trailer and dumping it on our property,  no problem for us,  we had a spot for it.  He didn't have to, the crew would have hauled it away,  but it allowed them to get the jack hammering done quicker and they were nice enought to do a little extra to help with our plumbing project.   We really appreciated that.
They had our well water tank moved, the floor dug out,  the drains installed and the cement replaced and they came back to reinstall our tank after the cement had a chance to cure a bit so we would not be without water in that night.   The oiginal estimate of time was three days,  but with my husbands help (he's retired and needed something to do -- thanks guys),  they were abe to get the job done in two and a half days.   They cleaned up all the plastic, scraps, and left everything perfect,  except for the dust which we have to clean up, the place looks fantastic.

As an update, we called them about some water that we noticed in the basement, but they never followed up on this issue which was disappointing.  We later learned it was related to some pressure washing that my husband had done.
