Keystone Basement Systems & Structural Repair Inc
Due to a natural spring near the corner of the addition to my house I had Keystone Basement systems install an interior French drain and sump pump in my basement. They kept things as clean as possible given that they were drilling into and hauling concrete. I have a unique situation with my downspouts and outdoor drains, and Keystone was able to work with my existing piping to save me some money. The sump has been working perfectly through several heavy storms, as well as handling the everyday water output from the natural spring. I was pleased with their service and would recommend this company.

    Shock LLC
Shock LLC came in and remodeled our store in and out. It was done in a very professional manor from start to finish. We call upon them every time we need any repairs done. We highly recommend them for any of your home or business repair needs.

Do not hire them!!!!! I have been contacting the attorney general and the bbb and am now going to get an attorney to get my money back. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. My sidewalk and steps look worse now then they did before they replaced them. It hasnt even been a year and there are holes in four places where the concrete just crumbled off. The face of the porch looks horrible as well. I have pictures to back it all up. The head of the company swears alot and makes it out like its the customers fault. I have texts to back this up as well. Do NOT recommend this company. You will be sorry.

After accepting Rob's proposal for our concrete work at the end of June he said he should be able to get to us in August. He would reach out to us a couple of weeks before to let us know. August arrives and we do not hear from him. We called multiple times, leaving numerous messages and sent an email. Finally after calling for over two weeks he finally picked up and said he was busy and behind schedule. He seemed annoyed I was calling him. He said that when we accepted his proposal we "weren't in a hurry to get it done". We were willing to wait to get the work done but we need communication to tell us he was behind. All we needed was a phone call or an email stating he was behind and he wouldn't be able to get to us. Instead of ignoring our phone calls and emails. He said he would probably be able to get to us in September. I said that was fine but we needed communication. We asked that he please let us know. September rolls around and once again we have not heard from him. We reach out in an email. We asked if he was going to be able to get to us by the end of the year. He said his schedule has only gotten worse and he was having problems with his truck and did apologize but didn't know if he would be able to get to us by the end of the year. So some how, it went from being able to help us in about 6 - 8 weeks, but now he couldn't even promise he would be able to help us within 6 to 8 months! After confronting him on this he withdrew his proposal. Curpscapes lacks communication skills, time management, and professionalism. I understand things come up but a call or email was never sent to us. So clearly our time and money were not important, and with that attitude I would hate to see how their actual work was handled and executed.

    Pennsylvania Infrared Asphalt Repair Inc
The work went very well. We had a delay when it was discovered the water shut off was completely corroded and had been for years, so we had to wait for the water company to replace the valve and curb box. Once that was done, Joe and the crew were out the next day to complete the work. Very professional, and I'm happy with the results

It went great. Two of his guys showed up on time and got to work immediately. They were very professional and paid attention to detail. We ended up needing an area of the basement ceiling scraped and repainted after the guys worked on the garage floor, and the guys were able to quickly coordinate w/me and Gary for the time and cost required to do the extra work. About a week after the work was complete, we had a slight bit of water coming in the room under the garage again and I called Gary immediately. He showed up that day and discovered that the problem was with the garage drain. It sat too high to properly drain and was not sealed well. He asked if I had a tube of silicone caulking which I did, and he quickly caulked the drain. We have had no further problems and I wish I had called Gary much sooner.

Gary gave us a kwik kerb quote and an installation date 6 weeks out. The work looked great, but within 4 months, large cracks appeared. It's been 7 months since installation and we now have 5 large cracks that need repaired. Left 3 different messages in the last two months and Gary has not returned our calls.

    Eric Langkamp
Mr. Langcamp came to give his bid and thoroughly explained the steps that he would do to replace the sidewalk and raise the height of the front porch to eliminate the high drop from the front door. Mr. Langcamp and his crew arrived on 06/18/2016 as scheduled, broke up the old sidewalk sections and hauled them away. They put down the framing and added a layer of pea gravel. They removed the front porch and also removed the section of the short walkway that leads to the porch. Since the porch will be higher, that section also would then rise on the end that meets the porch. The roof overhanging the porch was propped up while the work was being done. On Monday 06/20/2016 Mr. Langcamp and crew arrived again and poured the cement. The gentleman who added the texture to the cement created a lovely swirl pattern on both the sidewalk and the porch. After the sidewalk cured they added a protective coating and linseed oil. Mr. Langcamp recommended that I not use calcium chloride in the future, but rather the first year use brown sand, and the second year use a product called Safe Step. The care and concern that Mr. Langcamp took during all phases of the job was impressive. His crew also were professional and worked **** ** two very hot and humid days.

    Bruzzese Landscape and Walls

Over the course of the last 24 months or so, we have called on Bruzzese Landscape and Walls for a multitude of projects.  Tony and his crew have proven to be reliable, punctual, and effective.  Tony shows great flexibility in helping to design ideas and then providing for the execution to see them through completion.

Beyond the execution, if there was one point I'd like to share about this company, it is that Tony ALWAYS answered the phone AFTER the project was complete and promptly returned when requested to provide any after-project maintenance or touch up needed.  He NEVER disappeared after the check was cashed, which has been our experience with so many other providers.

I'm not one to write many reviews or recommendations, but I'm very glad to offer positive remarks and my highest recommendation  for Bruzzese Landscape and Walls.
