    Meridian Construction
We recently had a large scale renovation completed by Meridian. They created a master suite and we could not be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the project went smoothly and that is all thanks to Meridian. They are organized, thorough and extremely detailed. They communicated exactly what would be happening each week and completed the project on time. From design through construction, Meridian provided thoughtful suggestions and ideas. We plan on using Meridian for future projects.

    Patch & Paint Pros
Ryan runs a very tight ship at Paint and Patch Pros. He provided detailed proposals; his team showed up every morning promptly and worked hard. The guys were great- personable and accommodating but definitely there to get the job done. I'm an admitted perfectionist and detail person and it's a challenge to work on walls and woodwork in a 50+ year old home but they made everything look like new. This was my first experience needing drywall work, so their expertise was a great relief. I have also used other painters in the past and they sometimes take 'shortcuts' when painting to get the job done quickly and cheaply. If you want it done right, I would definitely recommend Paint and Patch Pros!

    Francis X White Builders Inc
Francis X. White Builders did a beautiful and terrific job. We are very pleased and happy with the work done. Everyone that visit us, including the insurance sales person, admire the craftsmanship in all details of the entire project. Francis White, owner of the company and the different teams that work for his company are very reliable, professional, honest, punctual, responsible, good nature and responsive to any questions or suggestions. We were very pleased with the time table for each section of the project till it was completed.

    Millenium Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling
We had a leak from a second floor bathroom from the water feed to our toilet. The bathroom floor was flooded and the water drained down into the kitchen ceiling. It was quite a mess. I called my insurance company and they sent someone out to evaluate the damages. The person from the insurance company felt that we could just remove one row of tile from the bathroom floor, which did not sound right to me. I went to Angie's List and checked out different contractors. From the positive comments I found Darin from Millenium and he returned my call promptly. It only took a couple of days for him to come over. He was great. He spent some time with us and went over all the damage. He told us what needed to be done, how he would do it, the time frame and everything. He was incredible. He agreed that the entire tile floor needed to be removed and went over the insurance estimate and told us what else would have to be done that the insurance company did not tell us. For example the insurance company wanted to replace one row of tile rather than the whole tile floor, the insurance company would pay for a new vanity but wanted us to use the top of the damaged vanity. Darin sent us an estimate and spoke with the insurance agent and their estimator. They agreed to let my insurance company hire a third party to review everything. The reviewer came out and Darin met him at my house. The insurance reviewer basically agreed with everything Darin said and they approved a whole new vanity and a whole new tile floor Darin then went with us to pick out the tile and the vanity and helped us set up what we needed to do. Everything was done exactly to schedule. He really worked with our schedule and there were NO surprises. When work began he sent out someone to do the work. His name was Vinny. He was excellent. He did an unbelievable great job. he let us know what he was doing. I mean he even warned us when he was going to turn the water off. He left a clean site every day. we were watching our grandchild for the week and he was great in trying to decrease the noise while she slept. All I can tell you is that he was incredible and did great work. When the job was done Darin came back and inspected everything with us. The price was clear, there were no extra surprises. I would very strongly recommend Millenium and Darin. I think Vinny does great work. Very happy I found them on Angie's List.

    Belle's Buildings Handywoman Service LLC
Anabella was professional and helpful in my phone conversations while trying to set up a time for the work to be done on my home. After we finally settled on a day to do the work, she sent her assistant, Daniel, to my home. Though he was running late for our appointment, when he arrived he took a quick look at the jobs I was hoping he'd do, made some notes, then ran out to grab the supplies he'd need. When he returned he got right to work, checking with me after he finished each of the jobs on my list. The mirror in the master bedroom looks great, and he did a fast, high-quality job of repairing the drywall in both bathrooms and in the finished basement. He let me know about any possible follow-up work that might be required, and he was a consummate professional. I would absolutely hire Belle's Builders again for work on my home.

    Patch & Paint Pros
They did a wonderful job.  This is my second time using this company and I have been completely satisfied both times.  I would like to note that I had different people come for the separate jobs and they both were professional, courteous and friendly.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

    JJ Construction
John's estimate was lower than other contractors and the final cost was not much different. John and Nick were nice, professional, and easy to work with.  They were very knowledgeable, followed my design/concept and gave some worthwhile suggestions. They were willing and happy to comply with any sporadic changes/additions I had. Overall, they did a great job.

    Patch & Paint Pros
The company communicated fast and clearly in terms of scheduling the work and kept their word showing up on time as discussed.  They offer very reasonably pricing for the beautiful work that they do.  They worked efficiently and we had a beautiful result.  It probably would have taken me 2-3 times as long to do the work that Terrence did.  They covered up the 100-150 screws and the pain looks great.  The worker was professional, friendly and polite.  He showed me the work as he went along asking how I would prefer things to look.  He also spackled and prepped a few areas on the wall that are now ready for me to pain just as asked.  I could not be happier with the work and would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Millenium Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling

Very pleased with the work and the worker assigned to our job - Vinnie.   Vinnie did the entire job virtually by himself   He did the floor tile and grouting, and installation of the new vinyl base molding, plumbing, installation of the new sink, sheet rock work, painting, insulating, re-grouting shower, removal and re-installation of the French doors, and building the steps.  There wasn't anything it seemed he couldn't do.  And he did it to perfection and took pride in doing the job right. The work showed a very high quality and attention to detail.  He did the work as if he was working on his own home.  He always reviewed what he was doing with me and made sure I understood why he was doing it and got my approval  - before proceeding.   He was always punctual and kept me informed if he would be late, such as when he had to pickup additional supplies, materials, or tools so I always knew when he would arrive.   He kept everything clean and well organized and installed large plastic sheeting to keep the dust down as much as possible.  The work was done on time - actually a little ahead of time (exactly 3 weeks vs the estimated 3.5 to 4.5 weeks).  He also installed 2 new light fixtures that we had previously bought ourselves - one in laundry rook and one in powder room replacing the 30 year old original fixtures. He stayed late a few days to make sure the day's work would be finished and had a chance to dry so he could start in immediately the next day. He even helped my wife carry in groceries one day!

Kip stopped in periodically to make sure everything was going as planned and that I was happy with the work and to drop off materials.  Kip was very flexible and even dropped off a large number of 2 different sized pavers when we were having some trouble deciding on the pattern we wanted on the step so we could actually lay it out dry before making a decision - very helpful to actually see something rather than just try and imagine how it would look in your mind.

    A very, very pleasant experience.

    Painting Power LLC.
I would rate Matt K. and Painting Power A+ if it were possible. If he is available for your job, don't even bother getting a quote from someone else, just book him.
Matt executed the job flawlessly, on budget, on time, with no shortcuts, and left a spotless work site afterwards. In any job, there are always surprises that come up and Matt did not take advantage of any of these opportunities to add charges and grow the budget even though I know there were many chances to do so. You know you are dealing with an honest businessman when you work with Matt.
I appreciated having just one person to contact over the course of the two week project from first call to initial meeting for the free estimate to seeing the project through to completion. Matt was always reachable and very prompt in his responses, which was especially important to me because I was not able to see his work until the entire project was completed.
Matt is the only painter I will hire as long as he is in this business.
