    Pedro from Whitman's just came to my home to fix my Samsung front loading washer machine through Lowe's warranty plan. The door went from working fine to suddenly not locking. He was fantastic! He knew from Lowe's what the problem was and already came with the part he needed. Not only did he fix it, but he told me stuff about the amount of soap I was using, how to measure with the newer concentrated high efficiency and how to measure when combining with Clorox2 Stain Remover. Plus, he told me about how to add vinegar to the wash portion of an extra hot cycle to get rid of the smell that can occur in the drum. Plus, to keep the smell at bay, needing to leave the soap dispenser out when finished for the day, and needing to periodically remove and wipe the dispenser, and then when done for day, gently (so as to not rip the plastic, which is only covered one time in the warranties and is expensive) wipe under the plastic rim around the entry into the drum to remove residue that can build up resulting in smell. And last, but not least, the importance of wiping the door on the inside. There was some residue, didn't seem that much, but it was likely contributing to the mild leaking of water out of the machine, which I couldn't figure out because I knew it was locking.     The company employees were very professional, explained the situation, kept us updated, notified us as to the date & approximate time of the appointment, then emailed a more precise time, and sent a picture of the repairman. They arrived promptly, completed the work and cleaned up. After we experienced a problem, they called on a Saturday then returned the next business day to check that the installation was correct. This is the way to run a business and I would definitely recommend them.

    My under the counter, freestanding Kitchenaid ice-maker was producing too much ice. A sensor had malfunctioned and was no longer limiting the amount of ice being produced in the ice-maker bin, causing ice to be jammed in the bin. I called E-Z Appliance because the service company I use normally was unavailable for some time. In hindsight, that was best thing that could have happened. Not only was E-Z appliance friendly, knowledgeable and responsive when I first called, their diagnostic fee (which was later waived) was almost half what most appliance companies charge. When it came time for the service call, Derek the owner correctly diagnosed the problem and provided me with an extremely reasonable estimate. The replacement part was ordered and installed just a few days later. The entire experience was fast, efficient and expertly executed. There is absolutely no question that would call upon E-Z Appliance again for all my appliance service/repair needs.

    Tim's service rep arrived on time, actually early. He checked all of the appliances and provided very good insight and advice. He also installed a filter on the refrigerator. He was very through and professional. I am arranging to have the rubber hose replaced on my washer to preclude it breaking and ruining my hardwood floors. Very satisfied.

    Dave eventually figured it out and at the same time suggested and installed a new water filter that connects right to the fridge water line. So now my older refrigerator has filtered water coming out of the dispenser! Dave is professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

    I found Tim very accommodating of my work schedule, which was a very important point for me.  I called him initially to repair/replace an icemaker, however he was able to take care of the other appliances that needed repair as well.  I would definitely call Tim for all appliance repairs.  I also asked him about a repair of an outdoor refrigerator.  He was unfamiliar with the brand and was very upfront about it.  I appreciated his professional behavior.  He offered suggestions on how to get the appliance repaired.

    The provider attempted to repair our one year old dryer.  The dryer would not turn on.  During the first visit a part was replaced and the serviceman told us the vent also needed replacing so the  part would not go bad again.  Soon after the first visit the dryer would not turn on again.  The second time out another part was replaced.  After running the dryer twice it would no longer turn on.  During the third attempted repair the serviceman stated we needed a new control board that would cost an additional $270.  We had already spent more on the repair than a new dryer would cost and based on the previous diagnoses did not have confidence the repair would fix the problem.  I asked for Dave to call me and discuss the repair and he did not contact me.  
    In addition they did not show up for one scheduled appointment and came the following day without an apology.  If they call your house and you don't answer the phone they will not try another number or call right back,  they choose not to show up.
    We will not use them again.

    The provider promptly phoned and set up an appointment with my tenant.  The provider was punctual for the appointment, assessed the problem and phoned me to let me know that the electrical was fine but the tenants dryer was pulling 28 amps (significantly higher than it should have and that the dryer needed to be serviced/ replaced).

    I was very satisfied with the service, will use the services again and would highly recommend their service.
