    Excellent. I have been using their service for past 3 years and am very satisfied...... my carpets are dry in a very short time and remain soft after vacuuming. They provided service for me on 10-27 17 cleaning our family room for 60 dollars. Beats using my carpet cleaner which never completely extracts all the dirty water and needs to be done again in 2 weeks. I will definitely be calling them again in the spring.

    Address Our Mess
    This did not go as I had hoped. Thier main specialty is dealing with hoarding and that kind or serious sorting/ cleaning job. I clarified multiple times with the coordinator who was scheduling with me that, as thier website said, they would work with me on an organizing job that had some clutter, but the main need was help organizing. He said "yes" and I paid a small fortune to have very nice guys with no real organizational expertise to come and yes, help me sort, but with no greater efficiency than one friend could have provided. Bottom line: They're probably great or hoarders, but not for organization

    Showed up 40 minutes late, we were the 8am first appointment of the day.  Called at 20 after and were told they left the shop late because someone was sick and would be 30 minutes late.  Then tech called to ask directions (which I had already given them when I made the apt).  Finally show up and say their GPS got them lost.   Showed up in a brown Ford Explorer , no Oxymagic logos etc.  I was amazed a professional carpet cleaning setup fit in an Explorer but then learned why...it's literally just a 1 gallon pump sprayer, a tray with some generic spray bottles of fluid and a vaccum with rotating brushes.  It basically looked like a slightly better version of a rug doctor, about that size but black and not specific to Oxymagic, it was a commercially sold machine.  Apparently all you need is a bottle of Oxymagic and a machine and your a franchised carpet cleaner! 

    Our techs seemed nice but not too concerned about being late, cigarette smoke was still coming off them and they wore their shoes with no covers over them through the whole house.  Are my carpets cleaner?  I'm not sure...doesn't look any different to me but they weren't stained before we just wanted the dirt out, the carpet is only 2 years old.  



    This was certainly not the most professional business I've ever dealt with... actually the only time I could even tell I was dealing with a company and not just a guy with a machine in his own car was he had an Oxymagic shirt on and my receipt had the logo on it.   

    A few tips for the franchise owner that would cost practically nothing nowdays:

    -be on time or at least act like you care when your not

    -get some magnet logos for your vehicles

    -get some uniforms or shirts for everyone entering a customer's house

    -get some logo stickers for every bottle you use and your machine etc, at least try to make it look like a business.

    -have your techs wear cheap shoe covers when working (like other carpet cleaners do), even if they don't bring any dirt in it seems like they care

    -Put something in your cleaner to smell clean, the house smell and not a good clean smell.

    -If your only going to take cash or a check, tell people when they call for an appointment...it's 2014, you can take a credit card on a phone or tablet fo

    Quality Cleaning Services
    Stephanie did a great job. She is very professional and a hard worker. My rental property was spotless when she left. I feel she did everything I needed and more. I feel good giving my new tenants an immaculate rental and this is because of Stephanie.
    She is reliable and flexible with her schedule and was able to finish her work before the move-in deadline I gave her.
    Also, she went beyond the basics. For example, as she was cleaning she noticed that the garbage disposal was leaking and called me right away so that I could have someone fix in before my tenants moved in. This would have slipped by me if Stephanie had not brought it to my attention.
    Would hire her again!

    Having never had my carpets and furniture professionally cleaned, I had no idea what to expect with regards to price or how the process worked. i called Floor Care and spoke to Mark (the owner) who gave me a quote over the phone. I always get multiple estimates for any work done in my home so I called around. Floor Care was actually the most reasonable and answered my questions in a way that made me feel the most comfortable. We pretty much live out in the middle of nowhere so I am always weary inviting strangers into my home. Mark assured me that this was a family owned and operated business which was a relief. (I've had several questionable characters and subcontractors working in and around my home in the past)
    My appointment was scheduled for 11:30 am and I received a confirmation call that Mark was on his way around 10:45. He arrived a few minutes early with two younger gentlemen that I found out through conversation were his future son in law and his sons friend who has been working with Mark for almost 10 years. They were extremely friendly and took great care not to damage the hardwood floors I recently had refinished as they moved furniture and set up their equipment. Speaking of equipment! They have a machine with a propane heater mounted right in their van and bring hoses through the front door. All of the mess and water/steam that they used to clean goes out to the van and down the road with them when they are done.
    They applied a "prespray" or something before starting to break down the stains, worked through the entire project with some heavy duty looking tools and handheld steaming attachments, and then topped it all off by spraying a deodorizer/scotch-guard. I chose the "Clover Tea" scent but they had at least 10 different ones to choose from.
    From start to finish, I would say they spent a little over an hour working on the rugs and sofas. I was in total shock when I saw my living room. The stains, dirt, grime, and filth that just wouldn't budge with the vacuum was gone. Everything looked practically brand new! Mark did say before leaving that it would take 2-4 hours to dry. It was closer to the 4-5 hour point until everything was fully dry but there also isn't much air circulation in that room.
    All in all this was a wonderful experience and probably one of the best I've had with a contractor that I can remember. Mark and his two workers did a fantastic job, for a reasonable price (I actually tipped them on top of the quoted price), and I have already scheduled a cleaning after the holidays. I would recommend Floor Care Professional Services to anyone looking for quality work at a great price!
