I had 2 appointments at the office. The first appointment I went in 10 minutes before my appointment time, gave the receptionist my name and pre-paid my $20 co-pay. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour after that point. I finally went up to the receptionist, not angry, but just mentioning that I had to get back to work and I'd like a refund for my co-pay since I wont' be able to be seen today. Look, I completely understand that I had a skin condition and I'm at a Urologist where other people have could potentially have much more serious issues so i wasn't going to be angry about it or anything, I just needed to get back to work. She said she was sorry, that they misplaced my file and they actually got me back in the next 5 minutes.
I saw Dr. Rosvanis. While he was in the room everything felt very rushed, as can be expected given the above circumstances. His bed-side manner was a bit lacking but I'm all for a better doctor if it means a lesser bed-side manner. He described the treatment options in detail.

(- I later went to a Dermatologist and discovered that there is a go-to non-destructive topical treatment that is very effective and has been for the last 15 years. It is an immunological cream that boosts your immune response in the region applied which non-invasively gets rid of the warts. For some reason Dr Rosvanis never mentioned this treatment as an option. Instead he prescribed me a destructive cream (basically to burn them away) to use for a period of time, then to return to his office to remove any remaining warts via cauterization. He never once mentioned the immunological cream as an option.)

He prescribed a destructive cream then I was to come back in a couple of months and get any remaining warts cauterized. There were some remaining warts so I returned in 2 months for my scheduled visit. I gave my name and (didnt' pre-pay my copay this time) and began my wait. After 1 hour of waiting in the reception area I had had enough. I got up and I walked out. I was never contacted by the office again.
I'm a patient man, and I like to think I'm an understanding man. But my time is valuable and important too. Maybe it was coincidence, maybe there's a process issue with how they assign patients to be seen, I don't know. But I spent about 2 1/2 hours of my life in that office. 2 hours and 25 minutes of it was spent in the reception waiting room. If you have more important cases, i get it, but then tell me on the phone that you don't treat my condition and I'll find another doctor.
All in all I wasn't happy with my treatment or my visits and I would not recommend this practice.

I had just moved to Pittsburgh when my husband and I found out we were having our third child. I knew I wanted/needed to have my baby at Magee Hospital since I was experiencing some complications and took a chance on Dr. Delo, not knowing anything about her. She is excellent! She took great time listening to me and answering my concerns. She is professional, but at the same time, has a personal touch such that she puts you at ease and you feel like you have known her forever. When my baby was getting close to being delivered, she promised me she would be the one performing the csection and the day we showed up at the hospital, she was there and saw me several times before the operation. She delivered my baby girl Grace with no problems and I feel that of my three pregnancies, her care was the best I have ever received during any of my three pregnancies. Top notch and I would recommend her to anyone!

I had just moved to the area and had seen several PCPs to help find a good doctor to manage my blood pressure. A friend recommended Dr Konitsky and he was the perfect fit. He is thorough, has a good sense of humor, takes time with me and listens. He does have a dry sense of humor, which I found refreshing, and within a few weeks, he helped get my blood pressure under control. I am so glad I switched to him.

He was very open minded and curious about what exactly occurred and discussed his thoughts and impressions at length. I was very impressed by his thoroughness. The reason I marked N/A for price is because I have no basis for comparison of cost.

I kept my appointment on 10/15 and the receptionist advise me that they had no appointments scheduled for the period I alluded to.
I showed her my appointment card and she said that that Dr was no longer with their practice and that they sent letters out to all the scheduled patients on or about 10/03/12.
I stated that I got no such letter. They just 'looked' at me ..Finally someone must have pulled out the original appointment schedule and determined that I was not even on their sheet. Everybody now looked at my card and seemed to know who,had made the error of not notating my appointment.
They said that if I wanted to 'wait around' someone would squeeze me in. I declined and fled.

I have been going to him for 30 years and he has been excellent. I think is one of the top ear nose and throat doctor in Pittsburgh. He always fits me in and usually his diagnosis is right on the button. He gets me in with in a week. If it is an emergency he will get me in the same day. His office is the whole building and it is excellent. It is huge and the office environment and furnishings are excellent. The people are also excellent. He runs about ten minutes behind.

He is just very thorough. Like I said I have no problems right now. I go to him every year for a check up to make sure everything is all right. The staff is very friendly and professional. For all these specialist I have to wait for an appointment ahead of time. If I had an emergency he would certainly be available. He has his own office building and it is very modern. I go in and I don't wait even for 10 minutes. I just have no complaints with them what so ever. I would use him again in the future.

When I called about my appointment, they sent me out the forms to fill out at home, so that I didn't have to wait very long to see the doctor. I was told that the office had moved to 2000 Oxford Drive, Suite 201, Bethel Park 15102. The receptionist was very kind and helpful and so were all the staff at that office. I saw the doctor and told him all about my concerns. I was having trouble with my hearing and thought it might be a sinus problem or my hearing aids. He checked me out, then had me have my ears tested. I was there over 3 years ago and they wanted to see if my hearing had changed or not. It had a little. So it was a little of both, I was given a Rx for my sinus and an over the counter product for my sinus and my hearing aids were sent out to be fixed. I will be returning next week to pick up my hearing aids and if all goes well, I shouldn't have to go back for another year. They were great people to work with. In fact, when I was checking out, the customer before me was taking a little longer than usual, so one of the staff told me to come with her and she took me to her office and checked me out. I thought that was very sweet of her to take care of me so promptly.

She is unbelievable and she is the one who got me in with Dr. Agarwal. She didn’t like the way he treated me at first, because he was very abrupt, and she called him and told him that that was not the way to talk to people, and so on. She, Dr. Agarwal and Dr. John were my main doctors, and they willingly shared information, everyone would catch everyone up about what was going on, and I think without that, I wouldn’t be here. She is a diagnostician of the first order, unbelievable. By the shape of a mark on my arm, she was able to come up with a diagnosis and she knew what she had to order. Everyone was great, and her staff was great, outstanding. She honestly cares about her patients, and she’s got this vast wealth of knowledge, and she knows where to look. She checked every one of my medications to see if some of my problems could have been caused by them, and there were things that could have made things a lot easier, but would also have caused horrible side effects. She made sure that I didn’t get those. She’s just absolutely amazing. Regarding her diagnostics, nobody could figure out what was happening, and I was crippled, I’m not anymore, she found out what was wrong. She’s adorable too, she’s a cutie pie.

She is so busy it is hard to get an appointment. I have been a patient for about 5 years and she is someone I am comfortable taking with. She is always professional, takes the time and is extremely thorough. She never makes me feel uncomfortable about talking about embarrassing issues and she is caring. I will use her again in the future.
