  • I had been coming here for a while and they are great! Unfortunately, I moved a bit further away and tried to schedule somewhere closer, but they didn't have any availability until after the inspection was due. So, I came back here. They did a great job and I would definitely use again.

  • I bought the 4 tires online at Tire Rack and selected Auto Perfection as an affiliated Installer known to Tire Rack. Tire Rack shipped the tires directly to Auto Perfection. I scheduled an appointment about one week out. When the date/time arrived, I drove there and the guys were ready to work. I waited while the tires were installed; less than two hours. Quality service. Clean, comfortable waiting area. This is a shop run by car guys who are fair and professional. Competitive prices especially for independent shop quality of service.

  • If I need something just let them do whatever needs to be done. He is conscientious and if you have a problem he will look over the vehicle and he will show you on your vehicle what's wrong with it. He will give you a price before he works on it and that way if you don't like it you can take it some place else. He answers the phone and he is there all the time.

  • This is the first time I used Bruce Brothers Tire. They're located in a brand new facitity in Bethel Park. They started on the truck immediately after I took the truck in for a scheduled appointment. They completed their work and I was back out the door within the hour. This is a very professional and well run shop. Also included is free tire rotation every 5000 miles.

  • After trying to make an appointment online with no success I stopped in to make an appointment to have the oil changed and wheels balanced, the steering was wobbling and bouncing. The clerk asked me if I was waiting or or had someone to pick me up. I told her I would wait. She said i could wait in the store or if I wanted to shop in the area they could call my cell. I chose to shop. After two hours I called to see if my van was ready. The girl that answered the phone said they had just started and it would be an hour. I asked why I wasn't told of the long wait, she said she had just come in, didn't know why. I went back in the store, made it known I was there waiting. Within 15 minutes they called to let me know that my van was ready. The clerk who initiated the service rang up my bill which included a tire rotation for which I did not order. After the "come back to see us" I asked her why the long wait, why no mention of it or an apology. She started crying. I asked for the manager. He was on lunch break. I asked that he call me. She gave me his business card. I went to my van. The glove compartment was open and there black fingerprints all over it and the dash and steering wheel. My mistake for not locking it? I took a deep breath and started out of the parking lot. The steering wheel swung wildly fromnsisento side and the van pulled to the right severely. I went back. The manager had not returned. I told the girl I would be in the waiting area, send him over. He explained that the clerk was only trying to please when she failed to tell me it would be a three hour wait, that the mechanic had to get the owners manual out to find out how to reset the oil light and that he would drive the van to check it out. He agreed that it pulled severely but didn't notice the wobble. It was bad! He said that he could align the front end. I asked how much. He gave me the standard price. I tried to go to my happy place but my face grew red. He offered a discount but blamed it on the tires. I guess he saw I was about to explode. He offered. The alignment free of charge. The problem with the tires was worse than when I came in but better than after their first tinkering so I left. 4 1\2 hours later. The manager never apologized.

  • I had a small, hard- to-find gasoline leak that created an intermittent gas smell in my beloved older car. The technician diligently examined and drove the car and was able to find and fix it -- it turned out to be just a loose clamp. I also had the front brake pads and rotors replaced and the radiator flushed and filled. This was my first time using this shop, which I had seen in a TV ad and then checked out on Angie's list, and I was very impressed. They are skilled, fast, and very nice as well as reasonably priced. I will definitely take my car here again and I strongly recommend this provider.

  • The front bumper on my car was broken by a large plastic bucket that flew off the back of a pick up truck. The repairs were done in a few hours on the date promised and at the estimated price. Rick even made a follow up call to make sure that we were satisfied. I would definitely use him again.

  • Kerr's is great!  We have used them several times, and they are always top-notch.  They are friendly, professional, and do great work.  The place is clean.  It's a shame you can't frequent this place more, and have to have an accident to use them!

  • Had new key ordered through Three Rivers VW. They were unable to program this new key to the 2006 Beetle. Service Manager at THREE RIVER'S VW wanted $ 700.00 for new instrument cluster to fix immobilizer to program key. Took car to APOLLO VW, they re-programmed immobilizer system, key's and remotes. Great service and an outstanding job with high degree of professionalism at a fair price.  Dealer also provided me with a loaner car.    Peter C. Ebner-Eschenbach

  • The inspections passed and no repairs were needed. The service was handled promptly and professionally. I have dealt with Laur's Auto Service for over 15 years and have always found the service to be well done and fairly priced.
