    Sales Contact: Mike is an excellent sales person, extremely relatable and he shows that he knows his trait. He seemed very reasonable and understanding our needs. I mentioned to him that my major concern was the kitchen island and he indicated that it could be completely repaired. Contract Process: This was disappointing. In the sales conversation we were told that the Kitchen would be done, as we liked with a new back splash that will be charged separately. However, Jeff indicated that I would need to contract the person myself for the back splash separately. He indicated that it was easier for the owner to make the arrangement directly with a person that they recommend rather than he being an intermediary. First, that contradicted the sales information. Secondly, it just creates a burden for the customer. I rather had my Kitchen completely done without going through the effort of hiring and coordinating multiple contractors. Timeliness: The project started on time as discussed and most of the first week Daryl was mostly on time. However, for the scope of work, taking two weeks for completion seems too much. In addition, leaving a work almost done for an entire weeks was also an inconvenience. Besides, the company uses a single person (Daryl) to do a large amount of the job, appears to be what causes the work to take so long. Also it was strange for not finishing completely and then having to make another appointment a week later to put the finishing touches on the work. Work Performance: The kitchen island was fixed adequately, although, have to be adjusted and required some communication, it was done excellent. The refacing was done ok with some details lacking in which some areas look like there were not done right, but it was mostly cosmetic details. The drawer���s design was different than the cabinet doors that look odd. After a discussion with Jeff, pretty much we just had to accept them as it. In general, attention to details was lacking, as explained above. Also the entire house was just completely painted, literally finished the painting project a day before starting the project and the areas where the paint was damaged were not fixed. Communication: Communication with Daryl was excellent. However, the communication with Jeff as the company owner was not the best. Although he wants to do a good job, he come across as defensive when presented with issues. Even though most issues were resolved for other details we just end giving up. He is also following some kind of franchise process with his business, which in the part of the financials, feels like he is mostly interested in his money. For instance, the first installment is like half of the contract price and the first day of starting working he pretty much was there to request a second installment of about 90% of the payment. Finally, he left an invoice for the last installment before completion of the work, which then he followed up with another copy by email the day before coming to finish the work followed by just another reminder by phone. As indicated before, we already paid almost $15,000 (90%) of the work. Give the impression of distrust or greed for that last $1,600 of his last installment. In summary, I can say it was an unimpressive just ok experience.

    He was very helpful over the phone and had me e-mail a photo so he could get an idea of what the damage looked like. He gave a rough estimate over the phone and we set up appointment for me to bring it to his workshop. He gave two estimates depending on if I chose to try to glue what was there (cheaper) or if I wanted to put new wood/veneer in (more expensive). Since he thought he could make it look almost as good as new glue and using pressure as it dried and he pointed out that using new veneer he could not guarantee the exact color match, I chose to try to glue what was there. He did a great job!. You have to look really closely to see that there is any problem with the drawer. He was great to work with and told me what was best for me not for him. I would use him again as well as highly recommend him.
