    They do all my maintenance. They're pretty good. They have four different service manager teams and I like the service manager that I have. He is very good and he keeps track. It is so nice that they keep track on the maintenance due on the vehicle rather than me having to look through the manual. What keeps me going back is the honesty. I know a little bit about cars and there were a couple of times he could have ripped me off. I wouldn't have let him, but I knew that there was a possibility and he didn't. For instance, my car has an air pressure sensor on the tires and one of them went. So it kept flashing on the dashboard, "check tire pressure." So, I took it out and the service manager said, "Let me try a couple of things," and it was just the sensor was gone and he said they do go. Well, shortly after, another one went and he said, "It's $50 to install." I said, "Is there any problem with just leaving the light flash on the dashboard and check the air pressure myself with one of these little $10 digital air pressure gauges?" He said, "No, as long as the light doesn't bother you." He could have said, "Oh my gosh, you need to do this. It's the computer," or something like that. I might have bought that, I might not have, but he could have tried it and he didn't.

    The back up cam for edge did not work. This is a known issue and is supposed to be fixed for free. Gave me an extremely hard time and wanted to charge me. I had it inspected at the same time, they said I needed new brakes. I changed them myself and they were not bad at all. Made me pay for the inspection to fail it and then pay for the inspection to pass. Other places I've gone only had me pay for one inspection.

    I set up an appointment to have my car detailed, dropped the car off at the shop in the morning and it was finished by mid-afternoon.The car, even though being 3 years old, looked like new inside and out.  It was an excellent job and I was very pleased with the work.

    I ended up spending more, but the car is getting higher in mileage and they have it all computerized and they tell what to do and it runs. They know I want that and that is where I go. I feel that they are trustworthy. The last time I used them, I needed some belts and some older serpentine belts. I have oil changes and tires replaced there. I always have to sit and wait for a long time in the office.

    I walked in, without an appointment, to ask about getting my car serviced. They could hear me coming because the car was getting louder by the mile. The service person was attentive. He even crawled under my car to see what the problem was before giving me a quote. He was able to get me in on Friday. I arrived Wednesday afternoon. He told me what the problem was and approximately how long it would take. They have the price per hour of service posted on the wall. When I arrived on Friday morning they were ready for me. When I came back 1 1/2 hours later the car was finished. They charged me for 3/4 hours of work and the parts. So, I spent much less than I thought I was going to. I appreciated how straightforward the service person was.

    They came to my house the day after I called to make the appointment. They were very friendly, both on the phone and at my house. On the phone, they asked me if the windshield had any "lines" along the bottom (indicating that it was heated). I told them "no." When the technician arrived and removed the windshield, he found out that it was heated, but you couldn't tell until it was removed. He called the office and waited for delivery of the correct windshield. Although the new windshield cost a lot more since it was heated, they honored the original quoted price.
