    As usual, very well.  We use this store for most of the auto parts we purchase at a "brick and mortar" store.  In this case, they quoted the prices for all the parts needed over the telephone, with the caveat that they might have to special order one of the parts, depending on the length of the wheelbase (which we did not then have access to).  When I went in to get the parts, due to the measurement of the wheelbase, I was able to pick up all of the parts necessary; and the price was significantly less than that quoted, which had been reasonable.  All the correct parts were provided, which has not been our experience at many parts suppliers.  The counter personnel were courteous and friendly.  We always have had good experiences with this store, with the right parts being provided; the parts being very reasonably priced; and the staff being helpful and professional.

    Fantastic!  We live a LONG ways from this shop; however, based on my research and the reviews of others, we decided to make the 2 hour drive from our home near the WV border, through Pittsburgh (in morning rush hour traffic), to the shop for our 9 a.m. appointment. The 4 x 4 system had stopped working about 14 days prior; and with snow predicted over the weekend, we really wanted it fixed asap, as we live in a remote part of Washington County, and travel on many miles of gravel, dirt and steep inclines.  I made the appointment on Tuesday, with the understanding that because of the distance, I would be waiting on the diagnosis and, if feasible, the fix. In order to assure the time necessary to accommodate me, they made the appointment on Friday instead of Thursday, which was still several days earlier than other places I checked (including the dealer).  I arrived on time; and they immediately took the truck in for the diagnostics.  Less than an hour later, they told me what the problem was; how much it would cost in parts and labor to fix; the time it would take to obtain the part; and the approximate total waiting time.  The cost of the part they quoted was in the mid-range of the same part had I ordered it on-line for self-installation; and the estimate for labor was very reasonable.  I said I would wait.  They ordered and picked up the part; replaced the failed motor; and had me on my way just before noon.  The system is working great.  All of the people with whom I dealt were extremely friendly, professional and courteous.  They explained, without condescension, everything they were doing and/or thought should be done.  Unlike many places I have been, they did not treat me like "the little lady" who doesn't know anything about anything, instead speaking to me with the obvious presumption that I could understand them as well as any man who walked in the door.  We could have done the work ourselves; however, the reasonableness of this shop's labor fees and the efficiency with which they did the work--as well as the fact that they did not double the cost of part they were installing--made it much more sensible to have "the professionals" do this job.

    Moon Township Mazda service is the best Mazda service in the area and probably one of the best I've had since I started driving about 40 years ago. I purchased my car from a Mazda dealer in Washington who could care less that I had had problems with the new car for months since purchase ... they even told me not to worry about indicator lights that kept coming on every morning. This is a NEW car. Instead, I opted to take the car to Moon since I could not afford to take time off from work like the purchaser dealership demanded on the new car (Mazda doesn't provide loaners is their stock answer)..I found the people here instead straightforward, easy to work with, knowledgeable (they actually worked with Mazda's and weren't fill ins) and worked hard with Mazda corporate to try to resolve the issue. One morning I hit a deer and everything they did was comprehensive and I had to do virtually little other than show up with the car. They contact the insurance agency, set up appointment to fix the car when part came in, set up a rental for me, everything with no complaints, no issues, .. they were thorough and absolutely perfect.They also provide a service where they will shuttle you to and from work if you work in the area. They also set me up with the type of oil change that doesn't require me to leave work every few months just so their service center can make more money. They also provided me with service coupons once when I forgot mine so they are not more expensive than the other service department I took my older Mazda to. And in fact are costing me much less than the dealership I purchased the car from with no lost work days. This service center is so exemplary that even though I swore never to buy another Mazda, I actually would consider buying one if I could always guarantee to have the same people in their Mazda service area.
