While I like my doctor very much, I cannot find any good things to say about the office or administrative staff. It's almost impossible to call and speak to a person, the few times I've left messages asking to be called back, I wasn't, and their billing department has twice sent my account to an outside collections agency before they even told me I owed a balance. I had to hear about it from NCO Financial Systems. I've never found anyone in the office to be helpful, and frankly the people working there make me want to find a different doctor. Update: I generally phone in my refill requests, and they are generally mailed to me. I phoned in my request on Thursday and called on Tuesday to check the status, because every month for the last year my prescription has arrived the next day. Since nobody answered the phone when I called, or returned my message after four days, I called again and eventually got through. They assured me that it was mailed on the day after I called, but I could come in to pick up a new prescription--which I did. Two weeks later my prescription arrives in the mail, dated the day I had originally called it in, and post marked two weeks after that. I called the office to speak with my doctor or an office manager, but was unable to get through to a person. I left a message which wasn't returned. I few days later I tried again and left a message. The office manager Mary called me back. We played phone tag for a few days and I eventually got a hold of her. She really didn't sound like she cared at all, however she did say that her office had a strict policy about not mailing certain prescriptions, mine included. I mentioned that they have been mailing it to me for over a year. While I do like my doctor, I have very little respect for their office. I think that if you're billing people professional rates, you should offer at least semi-professional service. And this office falls quite short. I'm only writing this because after speaking to Mary, I just feel like nobody cares anymore. I'm sure this review will make its way around the Office of Internal medicine in Ambridge and I'll no longer feel comfortable seeing my doctor for fear of the bitter, lifeless yet accusing eyes of the despondent office staff. It's a shame because I liked my doctor and thought her competent and thorough. Now I'll probably receive inferior medical treatment somewhere else, and probably live a shorter life as a result. Thanks, Office of Internal Medicine in Ambridge for taking away part of my life.

He is knowledgeable, kind, on time, and I couldn't think higher of him. I would recommend him.
