Mr. Beers was excellent in his response time and he answered all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. He didn't pressure me to buy the most expensive equipment. He was very respectful. I highly recommend this company.

    John Palma Plumbing & Heating
Mr. Palma would not give us a proper estimate or agreement when we were building a new home. We agreed to allow him to work on an hourly basis, which we thought we could control and trust him. His worker would show up, sit in our front yard, talk on his cell phone, then inform us that he was going to lunch and he would be back, and would never return, but would chocked up labor hours against us. The mortgage estimated that the total labor for plumbing and heating would be $9900.00 which was a very nice tidy sum for the work that needed to be performed. Labor only, this did not include materials. Upon completion of the house in the last week, the plumbing and heating was no where near completed. Mr Palma and his men rushed in there the last week and completed the work less than satisfactorily. The day they completed their work, we were getting ready to pay him the second and final sum to pay the total to $9900.00 and he advised us that he still had to charge us an additional $5,000 over and above our payments. My husband asked him to please submit proper invoices so we could see why he felt he was owed additional funds. Mr Palma never submitted us proper invoices, but started showing up at our front door demanding we pay him these extra funds. After a year of this harassment he submitted us invoices which we wrote to him and disputed. Because he did not get any additional funds out of us, he brought a civil lawsuit against us in the amount of $18,000. After court costs, attorney fees, etc. Mr. Palma did not benefit financially like he hoped he would against us. He only really made out of the deal what the mortgage company deemed him a reasonable amount in the first place. Live and learn Mr. Palma... I hope you learned your lesson and have not tried to take advantage of other consumers like you did us....

    Rabenstein Heating A/C PLBG
Everything went great. Good employees and great customer service. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The only reason I gave them a B was due to trying to move up my appointment but they were unable to due to a scheduling conflict. I highly recommend them. I don't think the address listed on here is their correct address. They are located in Williamsburg, PA.

    Caporuscio Plumbing & Heating
lThey arrived on time! All the duct covers were removed and air hoses and brushes were used to remove any debris that had attached to the ducts. A vacuum truck was in the driveway that they connected to the opening to the ducts in the basement. Any debris that was laying loose and the debris the was pushed down was vacuumed into the bags on the truck. After vacuuming they sanitized the ducts. The amount of debris they removed was shocking. My home is about 90 years old and we have lived here for 19 years. We have never had them cleaned, and I feel ashamed to admit it. When the central air goes in at the end of the week, the air will not only be fresh, but there will be no more contaminates going through my home. Caporuscio plumbing will be installing my central air. We have been dealing with them for quite a few years and they have always done quality work for a reasonable price. Everyone we have had contact with, including the girls in the office, have been wonderful. Just a little after thought, this is not the typical duct cleaning that most companies offer. They do not use a shop vacsl but a hugh vacuum truck. Very impressive!

    Bovard Heating & Cooling
I woke up at 5am on a Saturday to a very cold house in February 2014. The furnace had been installed by the prior owner of the home I bought and had a Bovard sticker on it, so that's who I called - left a message. I was shocked to find out that they actually had a serviceman on duty 24 hrs. He called me back right away and was at my home an hour later. He was very professional and knew everything about the furnace. Within 30 minutes he had the work done and the furnace back up and running. Wow, what a relief. I thought for sure I was stuck without heat until Monday.

Most recently, Mr. Bovard came to my home at my request and gave me estimates for adding central air and also a humidifier. These estimates are free and he took the time to fully explain everything to me including all the questions I asked of him. The prices are reasonable and I will have him do the work as soon as I can afford it.

I've had a couple of bad experiences with plumbers and generally have a low opinion of most, however, I would have no problem calling Bovard for any plumbing needs in the future.

McAleers Plumbing Heating, and A/C Inc
McAleer's was able to meet with me, and based on my needs and budget completely design furnish and install a complete plumbing and heating system for my 3-story 100 year old apartment building. I am so pleased that I chose McAleer's to do this job because only now after the job is complete, did I realize how much knowledge and expertise went into this project. To complete this project within the time frame, budget, and without any obstacles is a testament to the knowledge of the staff and the team leaders in the field. The employees took this project head on and showed great ownership of their work and and always left the job site neat and clean. Also each employee showed a professionalism that was congruent throughout the entire project. Choosing Mcaleer's proved to be a great value and I could not be more pleased with the product and the overall result. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

McAleers Plumbing Heating, and A/C Inc
I called them for the following repairs:
Fix Heater, Replace Wax Ring on Toilet and Repair a split pipe:
The first trip they spent less than an hour on site and replace the Hot surface Ignitor. Total Charge $265.00. Since the Invoice did not break down time and material I have no way of telling if this is an appropriate amount.
They came back to do the plumbing. Tenants told me they spent no more than two hours on site. Again no break down of time and material. I called and ask for a breakdown Instead he wanted to deal and ask me what I thought I should pay. I did not have a chance top say a word. He kept talking and talking telling me of the expenses he has the the regiulations the city makes him follow. during the conversation it came out that the total amount for material was 130,00 for the Toilet Wax Set and copper pipe and turn on knob. so 595.00 - 130 means 465.00 for two hours of labor. 232.50 per hour????
I have put in a new Toilet and it does not take more than 30 minutes and I am not a professional. I have also repaired split pipes which usually never took more than an hour. Cut pipe...solder the conector, solder the pipe and solder a new turn on handle.
He never told me the total time spent on the job he just offered a discount. For both jobs 690.00. I agreed just to end the conversation. Either way the final labor cost of the plumbing even with the discount would be 150.00 per hour!!!! I would love to know how much a Surface ignitor costs. I have a feeling I paid 200.00 hour for labor for the heater
If you feel their charges are correct, then by all means use them. They were prompt but I feel very expensive. and forget getting a word in if you have an issue or concern.
I used them before but was on site for the repair and did not have any problems. They were very prompt and very professional. This time I was not on site.
Bottom line, I can not afford to call them for future jobs.

    Caporuscio Plumbing & Heating
They did a fine job overall. They were nice and the spent some time to make sure it was done correctly. It took them a little time to get them to come out a second time. They weren't great at scheduling. Once they came and didn't have the right equipment and the next day he said he would come earlier and he came late in the day. They are nice I just think they need a few more people.

    Comfort One Heating & Cooling
Installation took a little longer than expected.  Heat pump works fine.  Contract promised a rebate from Mitsubishi and a rebate from electric company.  Neither form was turned in.  Mitsubishi was not offering a rebate nor will they help.  Comfort One will not return inquiries into this matter.
