    I called The Bee Hunter around 10:00 in the morning. He answered immediately, and told me he could be at my house in the late afternoon. He texted me a few times to keep me apprised of his arrival time. He arrived at the expected time. He took care of the nest quickly and cleaned up the little bit of plant debris that resulted. He is very professional, and I would highly recommend him.

    I have no point of reference for cost or performance of this service vs another company performing a similar function. However, whatever this company did seemed to work very well. We have 2 small children and our home historically has a wasp problem every summer. We are always worried about the boys getting stung, which has happened in previous summers, but now we only rarely see a wasp. It's actually pretty amazing. we'll definitely consider it next summer as well. They were also friendly, punctual, explained the process thoroughly (even though I'm a little gray on details at this point), and we will consider them again next year.

    I called Bee Control on a Friday afternoon and explained my issue. They had someone come out within a couple hours of my call, which was great because I was having a family gathering outdoors the next day and was concerned about all of the yellow jackets flying around. He was personable and explained to me everything that he felt he needed to do to remedy the problem, and how much it would cost. He completed the work and answered any questions I had regarding what was done. Haven't seen any more yellow jackets since. Would definitely use again.

    Russ the owner came on a Saturday to do the work. He was on time and very professional. He was able to give an estimate and do the work right away. To be fair, this was my first experience purchasing pest control services so I do not have price comparisons, but his offer seemed reasonable and overall experience was fantastic. He left everything the way he found it before the job, and gave follow up advice on how long to keep pets away from the sprayed areas, general pest avoidance. Would definitely rehire and recommend.

    He was very thorough.  He got it done and we have no complaints.  He did what he said he was going to do, and that's what counts.  He came in, did the job, and got out.  The service provided was more than adequate for the price.  My wife said he was really good.  I'd say we were very satisfied.

    We were very happy with the services provided. Russ and another technician came quickly and fully explained how they would deal with our woodpecker problem. They treated the hole in our siding, replaced the insulation and repaired the hole. Unfortunately, the woodpecker returned and pecked another hole. Complete Pest Control Services returned promptly and dealt with the new hole, additionally installing devices to discourage future returns by the woodpecker. This seems to have done the trick as it has been several weeks and the woodpecker has caused no further damage.

    Terminix - Bridgeville -Termite & Pest Control
    AWFUL!. I have been stood up 3 times (twice during the week, and once on a Saturday)! I have had atleast 10 random appointment changes by the company without adequate notification. I have spoken to a minimum of 10 "customer support specialists" who were very nice but totally ineffectual at handling the situation. Many attempted a band-aid fix without actually looking at what others have attempted to do before them. I feel that this company has no respect for the customer's time or money. I have never been treated so poorly by a company! I do not understand how Terminix feels this is acceptable. The 100% satisfaction guarantee is a joke!

    Regarding interior and exterior inspection, the inspection is performed visually, no instrument is used to confirm where the mice are present.
    You tell them where the holes are in the house and they tell you holes need to be patched up. You tell them where you saw the mouse activity, and they throw some baits and spray for outside. Done within 10 minutes. 
    For a $129.00, this is not a great deal.

    We signed our paperwork electronically in August after our inspection in July. We had emailed our salesperson's Terminix email account multiple times with no answer. Finally - he touched base with us after we called the main Terminix number. He said that his work email wasn't working and asked that we use his personal gmail account.
    On 9/12, Don Lucas came to the house. He put stickers in the house. He told us that he did not have his auger (four people are sharing one auger according to him) so he could not put in the green stations (I asked if there were other colors - and was told there are not). He said that he would be back within a week to complete the job.
    I called Terminix on 10/10 - a month later - and the service representative said that it was strange that the stations hadn't been installed and she would send someone on Monday to do the job.
    On Monday, that salesperson (a different salesperson) called me to tell me that he was running late for my inspection. I explained that I did not need an inspection - I had just had one of those in July. I needed the green stations. He said that I would have to wait and see if I got the stations after his inspection (I was very frustrated at this point) - He then sent me an email after his inspection (I still didn't have the green stations) telling me that I was eligible for the inspection plan. I KNEW THAT ALREADY - I NEEDED THE GREEN STATIONS. That was why I had initially  called Terminix! I called again and was told to contact my salesperson because he should never have told me that I was going to get the green bait stations - but I specifically said that was what I wanted when he came to our house the very first time in July.
    I tried again to reach Don (using his personal email)  to no avail. In the email,  I told him that without the green stations - I'd need to cancel immediately.
    I called to cancel tonight and had to leave a message. I have told my credit card company to dispute the 2nd payment that I made without getting any service.

    I initially left this out of my review - More than once, their main number disconnected me before I even go to someone.  On 10/13 when I called, someone picked up and never said anything. I could hear a woman on another call with a customer, and then I could hear her complaining about the customer when the call ended. I kept yelling "HELLOOOOO" - to no avail. I ended up hanging up and calling back.
