Phillips Heating & Air Conditioning Company
Extremely well. Getting a new AC/furnace is not something you do every day. Being a family owned business, John was very passionate and knowledgeable about his company and really educated us about new systems instead of just selling us a unit. That is what really won us over. The young men who did the work were courteous and professional. They left our basement cleaner than when they got there. The location of our furnace offfered challenges which were expertly overcome. All new piping is compact and neatly installed so as not to be obtrusive. Truly a work of art. Extremely happy with the new unit and installation. Theirs was the highest estimate we received, but they handled our challenges of installing the PVC components of a high efficiency furnace in such a way that instead of being an eye-sore, I admire their work every time I go down to the basement! Money well spent! I can't say enough good things about Phillips Heating and AC!

I expect professional quality. Erics team at Titan delivered!

Titan did a great job. Our air conditioner had died and the furnace was on borrowed time. Eric spent time with us going over the options and determining the best solution for our needs. He explained all the options so we could make the best decision.

    J A Sauer Co
Timely response, in fact called with opening and I was able to move forward service by two weeks which was real benefit to me. Units were properly serviced, clean up of their work was complete, I would have preferred that he actually cleaned the exterior our each unit, but that was all that I could suggest be better accomplished. J A Sauer Co
From the first conversation with Mark the salesman to the finished installation, the experience with J.A. Sauer was very positive. I felt the company had a high standard of integrity and there were no surprises, The total cost included a Carrier 100,000 BTU, 95% one stage furnace, a 10 years parts and labor warranty , and a one year maintenance agreement. The furnace has been in operation for a year and we are pleased with the heating and the quiet.

J&A South Park LLC Plumbing, Heating & Cooling
I'm giving a D only because the tech's that performed the work both times were nice, pleasant, and efficient. Our A/C stopped working on a 90 degree day on May 17th. We were still covered under our AHS home warranty so we called to report the problem. Within minutes J&A called and we scheduled an appointment for May 19th. Arrived on time, diagnosed a broken evap cooler part within about an hour. Told us it would be a couple days to order part and do paperwork then we'd get a call to have it fixed. We got a call two days later to say that the exact part was not available and they had to order a "similar" part- and surprise, the home warranty wouldn't cover the $600 it would take them to "make it fit" our unit. It was just past the 3 day window we had to terminate the contract with them to repair so we had to agree to it. Plus, it was ridiculously hot and we just wanted our AC back. If you have young kids in the heat all day, it gets exhausting quite fast. More than a week later, after attempting and failing to keep two kids under 5 and an elderly dog cool in the midst of 85+ degree days and 70+ degree nights, we had heard nothing, so we called to check on the status. We were told that Memorial Day was a holiday and didn't count (but it was still 7 full business days since they were here according to my calendar...I don't like excuses), and the part was still on order. Two days later we got a call that the part was in and wanted to know when we could schedule. We are home every day and said as soon as they could- and the next available day they had was FIFTEEN DAYS AWAY. I kid you not. They came and installed the supposedly hard to fit part in under an hour. I have no proof of this, but I'm very suspicious that our ELEVEN YEAR OLD Trane system did not have an exact fit part available. I definitely feel as though we were scammed out of a bunch of money (since I know the pay rates for the home warranty companies aren't the best... I'm fully convinced these companies find other ways to make their money). I would think retrofitting a part wouldn't take under an hour. Bottom line is we were without air conditioning for 28 days in the middle of summer. With two kids under 5 and an old dog. They told us maybe we could rent a portable unit! If that is truly their response time, I would never ever hire them again. I've had many, many issues with A/C in the 3 houses I've owned and never did it take more than a week to have parts and installation completed. Too much money spent and way too poor of a response time to ever deal with this company again.

Restano Plumbing Heating & Cooling Inc
We have an older home with radiant heating and no ductwork.  We decided to go with a high-velocity cooling system.  After quoting a number of HVAC companies, Restano was BY FAR the company I trusted the most.  The sales guy, Brian, came to our house, spent almost an hour walking through and discussing options and how the system would work and within 24 hours provided us with a quote.  This may be a minor detail but Restano was the only company who showed up in a uniform.  They were wearing the Carrier polos and jackets and made me feel like they were truly professional. Anyways,we signed the next week and scheduled the new system to be put in 3 weeks later. We had our system installed during the winter months (non busy season) and they even offered us a winter discount! The crew showed up on time each morning and worked a full day. It took a full 5 days to complete.  The installation was virtually mess-less.  I had a little vacuuming to do here and there but the whole high velocity system is amazing and Restano knows how to install the product nicely.  Installers Paul and John were friendly and informative about what they were doing the entire time.  Paul walked me through the whole system before he left and made sure everything was working great. It was! I'll let you know how well it cools in the summer time when we kick it on for longer periods of time (right now its 20 degrees out). Overall I would recommend Restano, Brian, Paul and John for any job.  They were great to work with! Thank you!

    SEASONS HEATING & COOLING
I've been using Denny for all my HVAC work since 2009.  He is very reliable, prompt and trustworthy.
He services my boiler and Unico AC system yearly.
I had a problem with a sunroom which was sweltering int he summer and freezing in the winter.  I called 3 other contractors who specialize in mini-split units to get quotes for my unique installation (one brick wall, 3 walls with floor to ceiling windows).  All contractors were offering units that would look less than optimal when installed.  Denny came in and found a solution that other contractors could not figure out.  He took the time to walk through the installation in great deal, offering options for the indoor and outdoor units.  His price was very competitive and the install was clean.  He stands behind his work.
    I highly recommend Denny.

    JRB Heating & Cooling LLC
They did a good job of coming and doing a quick tuneup of the furnaces.  When they cleaned the filters, they left dust from them on the garage floor, which is not a big deal, just a minor thing.  Overall, they did a good job.

Restano Plumbing Heating & Cooling Inc
They called to let me know when the furnace tech was going to arrived. He arrived on time, very friendly, clean, professional, answered all my questions and even gave me some good advice. Didn't waste any time, did a great job and now I have peace of mind for the winter. I would definitely go with Restano again for any furnace or plumbing needs.
