I am so happy with Al and his crew that they just finished a second job at my house, and I'm sure I'll have them back for more! Al was prompt in his first contact, came for an estimate within a few days, and offered to do the work for a great price. He is personable, friendly and very trustworthy. His team follows in his footsteps--they come in on time, work hard, act cheerful and don't leave a mess. They checked with me whenever things if they went differently than originally anticipated--there were no surprises. I changed colors mid-job twice and they didn't complain. I just can't say enough for Al and this group of guys--they are the dream team!!

The renovation was a success. Mitchell and his crew worked tirelessly over 2 weeks to completely gut the bathroom and update it to our complete satisfaction. Before leaving each evening, they vacuumed the bathroom and surrounding areas, making sure not to leave any debris behind. We appreciated Mitchell offering a couple design options for placing the tile work, which we happily accepted. Mitchell is very personable and dedicated to his craft. We appreciated his attention to detail throughout the job. He finished our bathroom on schedule, his prices are reasonable and we'd be happy to recommend his work to others.

Team was responsive and very professional. They ran into some issues because it is a very old house, but were able to remain in budget and on time for the most part. (Humidity made the set time for tiles, etc. longer than anticipated.)

Throughout the project Millenium?s crew were professional, courteous and showed up on time. They started the project as scheduled and returned calls in a timely manner. As with most projects, there were some changes, complications and new decisions which needed to be addressed. Upon completion, my husband and I were initially happy with the work. Approximately one week after completion, we noticed water dripping through our downstairs ceiling at the base of the stairwell and leaking into the living room area. Kip was called immediately and sent personnel to examine the problem. With our approval, an access hole was cut through the wall of the upstairs bedroom closet adjoining the bathroom and it was discovered that the solder on the newly installed copper pipe did not provide a complete seal causing the water to leak downstairs. Millenium personnel re-soldered the pipe, added a plastic access panel to the new opening and touched up the damaged areas. After showering, we had also noticed the pooling of water on the tub bottom about a foot above the drain. Upon closer examination of this area we also observed a stain. The area was lightly cleaned but the stain remained. We called Kip to stop by and take a look at it. Pictures were taken and Kip pointed out that the stain was actually rust most likely due to a defect in the manufacturing of the tub. We asked him if the tub could be fixed which was our initial preference. He said he was willing to replace or pay for re-glazing of the tub. The bead of calking around the tub was also failing and I asked that this be fixed. Kip examined the caulking and stated the bead was not large enough when applied and he would fix it once the tub was fixed. We then called two tub re-glazing companies and were told by both that re-glazing was only a short-term solution and they would not guarantee their work because it was a new tub and the pooling was a concern. One of the tub refinishers examined the tub and stated it was his belief that the tub was not installed correctly. We called Kip and passed this information on to him and told him that we would like a better quality tub installed and that we would pay the difference in price. We provided the information on the new tub to Kip and he stated that he would check the specs and fit the removal and rework of the new tub into his schedule within thirty days. Since that conversation in early August which was has been followed by calls, e-mails, texts and even a certified letter, all attempts at contacting Millenium Remodeling have gone unanswered. The new bathroom still has the rusting tub. We have been reasonable and patient but have reached the point where we need your assistance resolving this issue.

Chuck did an amazing job. From helping us select colors - to his intricate prep work - to showing up every day, getting the job done and leaving our home clean, Chuck is as good as it gets. Chuck did not once try to up sell after providing his quote and met all agreed upon timelines. Our home receives compliments often on the quality of the paint job and it is all thanks to Chuck.

My wife and I hired Jim after reviewing several local design and construction companies in the area. We liked the idea of having someone own the end-to-end process so there wasn't anything lost in translation between companies.
Design: Jim was very thoughtful and thorough in the design process. He made sure to really get to know both of us and what we really wanted out of a kitchen - which is what he worked into the design. He also had a lot of suggestions based on his experiences remodeling kitchens which encouraged us to balance form and function together to really optimize the space and achieve the goals that we wanted - which was a bit more of an open kitchen concept to encouraged entertainment. You end up getting some very well speced designed with 3D mock-ups which really gives you a good feel for the space (my wife is very visual so this was really helpful in working through it with her). He was able to nail the design on the first go round so we had little modifications to make.
Estimates: For what we had wanted to do, Jim was able to really work his supplier and sub-contractor networks to get us what we wanted for within our budget range. I never felt pushed or hassled in talking through price. In fact, we were pretty open and transparent about our limitations and our priorities. Also to really help us nail down our contingency, Jim went the extra mile to drill into our soffits to make sure no red flags existed so we could make sure we planned appropriately.
Construction: Marty is the project manager - he was amazing. The handoff between Jim's design and Marty was very smooth and seamless. Marty is very responsive and planful; in constant communication throughout the project in whatever medium works for you - texting, email, and phone calls. He laid out a plan which we completed within with really little volaility or game shifts. They are very clean and setup ram board throughout the foyer and installed air filters to keep the dust down (I had a pregnant wife so that was very important to me). He was also very thoughtful with the dog and they really developed a friendship. I think on the 6 week project we had to board him only a handful of times which was really above and beyond. Whenever there was an issue or decision point, Marty would be flexible with our calendar to stay back and work through it with both of us. Also, I had to travel during some major milestones in the project and Marty would text pictures of the installed cabinets, etc. which was a nice touch. Overall the craftsmanship was very well done and we had a pretty broad selection through the different suppliers.
Oh - and part way through the project we discovered that some of the exhaust duct work had rotted out which was pretty dangerous. Marty and Jim acted with urgency and even helped me identify someone to do the work on short notice. They even helped me to make sure we got the best pricing available and helped us think through our options.
My wife and I both loved our experience with both of them and will certainly be looking forward to doing another project with JRL.

I highly recommend Al and his team.  They came on two separate occasions to complete the work and they did an excellent job each time.  Al checked in at the beginning and end of each job and his guys were professional, friendly, and did not make a mess.  Al is very responsive over email and very fair with price.  My house looks great now!!

Amazing work. Wesley is very responsive and knowledgeable. He was professional, and he and his workers were timely and polite. They were also very flexible in terms of scheduling. He understood exactly what we wanted/needed regarding the lead paint, and his prices were excellent (we got several estimates). We will certainly be using him in the future when we have more painting to be done. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful experience.  The job was a little more extensive than expected and Chuck went above and beyond to address everything.  Chuck's work was very clean and professional and I'm thrilled with the outcome.  I highly recommend Chuck for any paint job.

Everything went extremely well from start to finish. Matt, the company manager worked collaboratively with my insurance agent in this renovation project.  Matt's team was efficient, friendly and  professional. There was never a moment that I had to worry about the completion or scheduling of this entire room project which was caused by a leaking pipe in the ceiling.  Matt was in constant contact with me and frequently checked that everything was to my satisfaction.  I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them in the future.
