    Heels N' Hammers
Heels n Hammers has surpassed my expectations. From deep cleaning, organization and basic house work, her standards have raised my own from previously hired services. Very mindful and pleasant to have around if I am home at the time.

Compassionate Care Home Pet Euthanasia & Cremation
It was a sad day. Our cat Wilbur left us after 14 years being a part of this family with his love, personality and silliness. However as emotional this all is, the patience, care and support of Doctor Jennifer from Compassionate Care Home Pet Euthanasia Service and their well thought through process, made this a very nice and dignified experience for my wife my two kids and I at our own home.  Both their process and the care of Doctor Jennifer created the best circumstance to say goodbye and let Wilbur start his next adventure.
Yes there is an emptiness in our home and our hearts, but we have beautiful memories including the last moments ? thanks!!!

    A Sweet Life for Pets
We have used Sheri's services several times. She is amazing. The very first time Sheri was going to cat sit for us, she came over to meet us, meet the cats, familiarize herself with where everything is, and asked a lot of questions about our cats' personalities, likes and dislikes, and questions that only someone who truly cares would ask. Sheri's rates are very reasonable, and it is such a blessing to know that our cats are in good hands.
One of our cats, Lexi, is extremely shy, and most people who come to visit or stay with us never see Lexi. Sheri is the only one who was able to get Lexi to come out of hiding (usually under one of the beds) and even play. Sheri goes the extra mile; she even texted us cute pictures of our two cats while we were on vacation the last couple of times.
Sheri looked after our cats twice this year, once for a week and once for 9 days. On one occasion we came home a day early and even though Sheri wasn't expecting us to come home for another day, everything looked great. The litter boxes were clean, there was food and water, and Sheri even swept around the litter boxes. We are so fortunate to have found her!

    LADY & THE BEAST
In all regards, Deb was professional, kind and respectful of me, my dog and my neighbors.  She is quite knowledgable of different breed characteristics and traits, and helped me tailor my interaction so that my dog could be as successful as possible. Deb is encouraging and helpful, and keenly accurate in her observations.  The commands and exercises she taught us worked right away, and we got better with practice, so that by the end second session, we were well on our way to a good life together.
I highly recommend Deb, and her huge lab Bradley. for their work with anxious and/or aggressive dogs.  She knows what she's doing, and helped me be more in charge and confident with my handling of my dog in and outside of the home.

I called this morning, distressed that it was time for our girl to be out of her pain.  The lady on the phone was very understanding and they were able to make an appointment for the time that fit our needs.  Lori was very warm and understanding of our grief.  She explained everything clearly and gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. It was a hard decision to make but their service made it much better.

    Critter Nanny
Chloe is cared for as if she was Jim and Nancy's own dog. She has to have medication several times per day and they make sure she has it as well as caring for her other needs. She is a happy girl when she is there. She gets lots of outside time playing freely with the other dogs which is what she loves to do. She also has a nice warm heated floor kennel with her own bed to sleep in. Critter Nanny is Chloe's home away from home. We call it her camp time!!

    VILLAGE AT MAIN VETERINARY HOSPITAL
The quoted price was great, $34.00 to take care of the mats and to comb out the underhair on my long-haired cat. For one thing, it's hard to *find a groomer for cats, and for another, when you do call one, the prices quoted are a lot higher. The front desk person was welcoming, informative, and patient with my questions.
The reason I finally decided not to do business with them is that they wouldn't groom the cat unless I had them do a fecal exam. I beg your pardon? A fecal exam before combing her? The young woman receptionist said that's just what their vets require, she didn't know why. I said but I have two cats, how am I going to bring you the right stool sample? She said, oh, don't worry, we can do it right here at the time of the grooming. We have a wand that we'll use to get the sample.
Yikes! Why would I want to put my cat through that unnecessary pain/discomfort/stress?
They also wanted her to have a vaccine for respiratory illness that we haven't done because my two are indoor cats only, so we only have the rabies shots done when required. So I asked the girl how long before the grooming did we need to get the shot? She said, oh, we can do that the same day.
Excuse me? Then what's the point?
So while I can appreciate the vets wanting their patients to have certain shots and tests, we weren't there for vet services, but for grooming services. Their insistence on those extra requirements stopped me from using their services. We have a regular vet, they just don't do grooming. But mostly I don't want to put my cat through those things so unnecessarily. Plus it brought the cost up to nearly $100.00. Of course the extra would have been, I suppose, a one time or only occasional cost, but still ...
So I chose not to do business with them.

    FIDO'S DOGGIE DAYCARE
Janice Sweeney is the owner. Our experience with them has been really good. They have been a lifesaver to us. When we moved to our new home, our little dogs were digging under our fence and running around the neighborhood. So I drop the dogs off four days a week. They look forward to going there. They are so excited in the morning when I tell them that they are going to doggie daycare. Janice is terrific. She treats them like they are her own. I feel really good about bringing them there knowing that they are safe every day. The best part is that they are exhausted when they come home. With regard to price, I have two dogs and I buy a package. I pay $360 for a ten-day package. I keep using them.

    ANIMAL CARE CLINIC
We are fairly new to them because we moved to this city about nine months ago. They have been really good with our two Dachshunds. I don't know price wise; veterinary care is expensive. They are very nice in there. I think that they have our pets' best interest at heart.
