  • It could not have gone better. Scott was responsive and helpful. His crew was always punctual and courteous. Scott was easy to work with since we had some special requests to coordinate with other contractors. They left my yard in better shape than when they started. There was no quibbling on the agreed upon price.

  • Lot of things not well done. nails that were not attached to anything. Damaged siding panels. Damaged 2 by 4's. Window that wasn't centered properly. Grass that was nailed in with some boards--not sure how they managed that one. The door doesn't shut quite tight. They really talk about quality and I think it was just talk. They did respond to my request for changing the door style immediately and the orientation of the building. They were a nice couple of guys that did their job cheerfully. They managed to get me in without too long of a wait time.

  • The service person (actually people, it was someone different who came back for the install) was able to work with the office to get our Angie's List deal applied to the actual work so we weren't out any money there. The service was excellent and we are enjoying our new opener.

  • I believe that this company did a substandard job and are unwilling to fix the problems that were discovered. The company will not even communicate with us to discuss our concerns. On January 14, 2016, while I was on an overseas trip, my girl friend contacted me and advised me that our garage door opener was not working. ?I advised her to contact a local company and have the opener replaced. ?After an Internet search was initiated, she decided to contact Ace Garage Door Repair of Wilsonville, [*** Link removed ***] On January 15th, She contacted the company (503-573-8022) to schedule an appointment for the 18th.? On January 18th, a man came over to do the work, can't remember the name of the person but his phone number is 425-305-0083. The installation lasted for about two hours. ?She paid by a debit card for the amount of $518.00. The man told her that he would contact his office and they would send a receipt, no receipt has been received to this date.? I returned from my trip on the January 25th. The next day I took a look at the new garage door opener and had some concerns about how the installation process. The following are a list of my concerns: Chain is too loose.?Sensors are too high, approximately 16 inches from the ground.?Did not remove old sensors. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ??Hardware is loose on chain assembly.?Bare wires not properly secured.?Left excess wire attached to the sensors.?Open/close button loose on wall.? On January 27th, My girlfriend??contacted the company with our concerns. They scheduled an appointment for the next day between 12 to 2 pm. ?After they did not show up at the scheduled time Karen called the company (503-573-8022) at 3:30 pm and left a message. She then called the man who came over to the house to do the work (425-305-0083) and he said, "I thought someone went over there". ? Another appointment was set up for the next day, January 29th from 9;00 to 11:00 am. No one showed up or called on the 29th either.? On February 5th we went over to the address listed on their website and discovered there was no office located there. ?I called the company and talked to Marisa and asked her what the physical address is where the company is located. She told me that customers were not allowed to come to the office because there was not a physical office. ?I told her a list of my concerns, the physical condition of the product and the lack of communication and she took our address and phone number and said he would give me a call back in 30 minutes, no call back was ever received.?On February 5th, I had a contractor friend call the office and try to retrieve their CCB number, when he asked for the CCB number, they hung up on him. Also on February 5th, we went to our bank to dispute the charges. We filed a formal complaint and received a provisional credit for the amount of $518.00. On April 29th 2016, our bank contacted us and said our claim was closed. ?The bank said the company would not respond to them.? • They were very response, came out and gave us an estimate, which was competitive, answered all our questions.  They scheduled the work in a timely manner, showed up when they said.  Did a great job rebuilding the gate so it actually works now.

  • They arrived on time and were professional, but the shelving is too narrow to hold our bins, as they tip out of the shelves if we load them with the narrowest end out. That means we have to load them with the widest part completely on the shelf so that the bins are not unstable. This leaves a tiny bit of useless space on each shelf.  In addition, the shelves are not terribly strong for garage storage. They would be fine in a closet, but are not really adequate for the garage. They have been a big disappointment, and I would not be surprised if we decide to remove them at some point.
The gentleman who 'designed' the space really did not do his job well. He should have measured the items to be stored to ensure that the shelving would accommodate everything. Quite frankly, for what we paid, I think I could have done as good a job.  There also was no follow-up to see how satisfied we were with their product.  I would NOT recommend this company.

  • Extremely well.  Very prompt getting a quote to us after we first contacted them.  Bid provided was very complete with measurements/costs broken out by the sections that we share with our neighbors.  Jerry also broke out the cost for tear-down of the existing fence.  He was very flexible in getting the work scheduled and completed for us and the work was actually completed a 1/2 day earlier than promised.  Additionally, Jerry and his crew worked with us to make a couple of adjustments to while the work was underway.  Very service oriented, very professional and extremely good work.  Will definitely use them again in the future.

  • Jose and Rigo clearly have expertise in concrete pouring and excel in customer service. Forest Landscape was one of  four vendors we contacted for proposal estimates. First contact towards the end of April. Able to schedule estimate visit with Jose within a week. Jose provided written estimate the following week. At the time of estimate, they were booked about 5-6 weeks out. Over the next month, continued to look at various projects to determine stamped / texture options and color.

All of their previous customers we contacted highly recommended them. We did not sign contract and pay required 50% down until May 30th. Our project was put on schedule for July 20th. Jose was extremely helpful in providing various locations to check out in order to get "color and look" we wanted. Both Jose and Rigo were very responsive throughout the process whether trying to reach them by text, phone, or email. Rigo contact us to start a few days early, but unfortunately we had planned on July 20th date around work schedule so still had some prep work to complete (run electrical and propane lines). Forest Landscape crew started on July 21 with prep work and poured entry and part of back patio on Thurs 7/23. Because of other work, they originally were not going to return until Mon 7/27 to finish, but after insisting they please pour remainder of concrete on Friday, they did.

Rigo sent additional workers to ensure the job got done. This was especially important because the week of July 20th had lower temperatures and the following week temps were forecast to be in 90s again. I'm sure this decision impacted another customer, but we were very grateful to have it poured when they did. Some crew members returned on Sat am to wash off powder release coat and sealed a small portion of the entry area so we could see what finished product would look like. They returned on Mon 7/27 to complete the rest of the first seal coat. We are especially pleased with the concrete color. We wanted a dark charcoal/almost black color to match stone on house. And even though the dark base color (Onyx 920) was considerably more expensive than original proposed Slate color, it turned out to be the look we wanted. Crew members, lead by Ramon, were pleasant, consistently worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. Although there is still work to be done to complete patio, the results of the concrete portion exceeded our expectations.

We are so grateful to Jose and Rigo' for their patience and understanding. They kept reassuring us along the way, this is what they do everyday. Clearly they know what they are doing. And a week after completion of work, when they was a concern about dirt settling under stairs and potentially going to cause a problem, Rigo responded to an urgent phone call and checked things out on a Saturday morning. Reassuring to know they are available and respond to their customers even when the job is completed. Highly recommend and would definitely used again.

  • This seems to be a pretty good company but WATCH OUT FOR THOSE "BIG DEALS."
I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal to get $1,000 worth of cabinets for $500. Nowhere in the fine print did it mention that the $500 would not apply to delivery and set-up, nor did it mention the cost of that.
It turns out that, for the two tall cabinets I wanted (that cost $775), delivery and installation in my garage would be $350. That meant I would actually be spending $850 rather than $500. And I felt the $350 fee was way too high to install two cabinets that sat on the floor.
I called Angie's List to protest and they called the company, which refused to budge on the delivery fee or use any of the  $225 left over from the cabinet order to cover delivery. I then called the sales person who had come out to my house.
He was willing to work with me and found what I felt was a good solution. The cabinets are of very good quality and the set-up, which would have cost me $350 out of pocket, only took about 45 minutes.
So if you are taking advantage of a special, be sure to find out about the installation fees, which are based on the length of the cabinets.I can see how that would make sense if you were having lots of cabinets and shelves and rods installed in a closet, but not for my situation.
I would use this company again, but would make sure I was clear on all the charges before I placed my order.

  • Excellent!  I had called on Thursday and they were able to make it out the following Monday.  He called 20 minutes before he planned on getting here like I requested.  That way I did not have to miss any more work than necessary.  Very professional and got right to work.  I thought I needed to pay for 2 springs but he noted right away that there was only one.  Door is up and working properly!  I would highly recommend All About Doors!
