The project consisted of three parts. We had a 15' extension added to our patio, a new walkway from the street to the house entrance, and an automatic sprinkler system installed. The company provided a complete written estimate with each project portion priced out. We had the option to accept or reject the whole project or any 'specific portions of the project. We found the company to be very professional, kept well to the written project schedules, and finished on time and on budget. They were also accommodating in working with us on any project changes we wanted. They worked with us to help ensure we would be completely satisfied with the final product. And we were. We would definitely use Crowley again and recommend them to others. In fact, at the end of this project, we hired them to take over our monthly yard maintenance services from our previous provider.

Very well. The worker was prompt and efficient. He explained everything he needed to do and how long it would take. My only complaint is that the 10% discount for Senior Citizens listed on Angie's List pertains only to labor. That should be explained better.

    Liz is Here to Help
Hiring Liz was one of the best decisions I have made. I was overwhelmed and in pain. Liz organized my whole house and made it possible for me to really enjoy being in my home. She has a very personalized system. She organized every part of my house based on who I am and what works for me. I was able to be as involved or as uninvolved as I wanted to be. We all know to make different piles, see what gives you joy and so on. But Liz works in a really unique way. She is more than competent with a lot of love and kindness. She has taught me simple easy steps to stay organized. My sons reaction through out this process sums it all when he told me often "Mom this is soooo cool". Thank you Liz

    All About Concrete & Masonry
During my course of researching for the most competent concrete and masonry contractor in the Portland/Wilsonville area, I began asking neighbors in the community for referrals. The name All About Concrete and Masonry came up again and again. Not only that, but neighbors were happy to showcase Ron's work for me. Because a previous concrete contractor had poured a concrete patio up against the cedar siding of my home, the siding had dry-rotted! Also, my brick pillars were failing. I needed to know what my options were from a knowledgeable concrete and masonry professional! I telephoned Ron. Ron was prompt, knowledgeable, pleasant and down to earth. He explained my options thoroughly, and provided estimates for various options. On the day the first of the jobs was scheduled, Ron and his crew arrived ready to go to work! I found Ron's crew to be super hard-working and conscientious! When the work was completed, the crew cleaned up the area to perfection. In my book All About Concrete and Masonry is the best, hands-down! Since then, I have had Ron and his crew do all of my masonry and concrete repairs. When the time comes to replace my concrete driveway, I plan to select 'pavers', and All About Concrete and Masonry will without a doubt be my #1choice to do the job!

It could not have gone better. Scott was responsive and helpful. His crew was always punctual and courteous. Scott was easy to work with since we had some special requests to coordinate with other contractors. They left my yard in better shape than when they started. There was no quibbling on the agreed upon price.

Lot of things not well done. nails that were not attached to anything. Damaged siding panels. Damaged 2 by 4's. Window that wasn't centered properly. Grass that was nailed in with some boards--not sure how they managed that one. The door doesn't shut quite tight. They really talk about quality and I think it was just talk. They did respond to my request for changing the door style immediately and the orientation of the building. They were a nice couple of guys that did their job cheerfully. They managed to get me in without too long of a wait time.

The service person (actually people, it was someone different who came back for the install) was able to work with the office to get our Angie's List deal applied to the actual work so we weren't out any money there. The service was excellent and we are enjoying our new opener.

    Ace Garage Doors Repair Wilsonville
I believe that this company did a substandard job and are unwilling to fix the problems that were discovered. The company will not even communicate with us to discuss our concerns. On January 14, 2016, while I was on an overseas trip, my girl friend contacted me and advised me that our garage door opener was not working. ?I advised her to contact a local company and have the opener replaced. ?After an Internet search was initiated, she decided to contact Ace Garage Door Repair of Wilsonville, [*** Link removed ***] On January 15th, She contacted the company (503-573-8022) to schedule an appointment for the 18th.? On January 18th, a man came over to do the work, can't remember the name of the person but his phone number is 425-305-0083. The installation lasted for about two hours. ?She paid by a debit card for the amount of $518.00. The man told her that he would contact his office and they would send a receipt, no receipt has been received to this date.? I returned from my trip on the January 25th. The next day I took a look at the new garage door opener and had some concerns about how the installation process. The following are a list of my concerns: Chain is too loose.?Sensors are too high, approximately 16 inches from the ground.?Did not remove old sensors. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ??Hardware is loose on chain assembly.?Bare wires not properly secured.?Left excess wire attached to the sensors.?Open/close button loose on wall.? On January 27th, My girlfriend??contacted the company with our concerns. They scheduled an appointment for the next day between 12 to 2 pm. ?After they did not show up at the scheduled time Karen called the company (503-573-8022) at 3:30 pm and left a message. She then called the man who came over to the house to do the work (425-305-0083) and he said, "I thought someone went over there". ? Another appointment was set up for the next day, January 29th from 9;00 to 11:00 am. No one showed up or called on the 29th either.? On February 5th we went over to the address listed on their website and discovered there was no office located there. ?I called the company and talked to Marisa and asked her what the physical address is where the company is located. She told me that customers were not allowed to come to the office because there was not a physical office. ?I told her a list of my concerns, the physical condition of the product and the lack of communication and she took our address and phone number and said he would give me a call back in 30 minutes, no call back was ever received.?On February 5th, I had a contractor friend call the office and try to retrieve their CCB number, when he asked for the CCB number, they hung up on him. Also on February 5th, we went to our bank to dispute the charges. We filed a formal complaint and received a provisional credit for the amount of $518.00. On April 29th 2016, our bank contacted us and said our claim was closed. ?The bank said the company would not respond to them.? RJO Construction
They were very response, came out and gave us an estimate, which was competitive, answered all our questions.  They scheduled the work in a timely manner, showed up when they said.  Did a great job rebuilding the gate so it actually works now.

    Closets To Go
They arrived on time and were professional, but the shelving is too narrow to hold our bins, as they tip out of the shelves if we load them with the narrowest end out. That means we have to load them with the widest part completely on the shelf so that the bins are not unstable. This leaves a tiny bit of useless space on each shelf.  In addition, the shelves are not terribly strong for garage storage. They would be fine in a closet, but are not really adequate for the garage. They have been a big disappointment, and I would not be surprised if we decide to remove them at some point.
The gentleman who 'designed' the space really did not do his job well. He should have measured the items to be stored to ensure that the shelving would accommodate everything. Quite frankly, for what we paid, I think I could have done as good a job.  There also was no follow-up to see how satisfied we were with their product.  I would NOT recommend this company.
