    SFW Construction LLC
After much research on the web, including Angies List and the Oregon CCB, I hired SFW Construction in June 2018 to repair dry rot and other issues on the exterior of my Wilsonville home. I was not disappointed in their work. The SFW crew (Tracy, Don, Tom, Angel, and Matt) were the best: knowledgeable, skilled, hardworking, and just darn nice guys! Every interaction and communication with SFW was a pleasure, including their office staff. In the SFW office, I want to single out Natasha, SaDee, and Jeff as being especially helpful and focused on customer service. It doesnt get any better than this. Im so lucky I hired SFW Construction.

It went extremely well. Damiel came out day after we called and gave us a bid on doing the job. We hired him the next day as no one else even answered our calls or were booked until January. Since the window leaked despite intensive caulking we accepted his offer. We couldn't have asked for anyone better. He and his son are a great team. He kept in touch by email and text arriving as scheduled. The job was done much faster than we anticipated as we didn't have the issues we thought we would have. The drywall and siding in, job cleaned up in 4 hours! They are a wonderful team and we will hire them again to do some other remodeling jobs. I am also giving his name to my neighbors who are trying to find someone. Thank you Damiel!

I have to say that Rick from Carpentry Home Services is one of the most professional contractors that I've ever used!!  Not only was he on time for appointments but, once when he was going to be a little late, he phoned me prior to the scheduled appointment to notify me of the delay!!  Also, he was able to do the work earlier than originally predicted!!  Also, when Rick quoted this job, he not only sent the quote via email but, he also included several important documents that explain the rights & responsibilities of both the customer as well as the contractor.  This is something I hope to expect from any contractor that I hire!!  This is extremely professional!!

When Rick started the job, he came fully prepared for almost any eventuality!  He arrived in a truck that doubled as a mobile workshop.  He worked quickly & did a very professional job of making the repairs & restoring everything to water tight & with a nice appearance!

Before Rick could even get at the dry rot to repair it, he had to remove 2 invisible screen doors first!!  This was a big job for the price quoted!!  Then, once the repairs were finished, he re-installed the screen doors & made sure that they functioned properly!!

I would highly recommend using Rick (Carpentry Home Services) for any dry rot repair needs!!  He is an excellent carpenter & is knowledgeable about dry rot repair as well.  He did an excellent job and, the cost was quite reasonable!!

    Skandia Remodeling
The project began October 2008 and was completed mid-May 2009.  On the surface of things, six and a half months may seem to be a long time for this remodel, but it was a very complex project and there were also several changes made by us that caused the job to stretch out some over the originally planned completion of approximately three and a half months.  We wanted the kitchen to be enlarged by removing the existing wall between the interior of the house and the three bay garage and pushing the wall an additional 3-4 feet into the garage.  This required moving the hot water heater and the furnace to the other side of the garage.  It also required moving a weight bearing wall between the existing kitchen and the utility room.  This required supplying a new laminated beam for construction of the new weight-bearing wall.  In addition, we changed the design of the floor to ceiling glass enclosed shower in the master bathroom that required redesign and fabrication of a very complex shower enclosure.  These changes required significant time delays because of short notice to subcontractors.
All in all, we felt Skandia did a remarkable job of doing the complete remake of the kitchen, including all new appliances, a large garden window, granite counters,  cherry cabinets, new flooring, all new lighting, two new sinks, utility room and pantry.  Also part of the remodel included more than doubling the size of the master bedroom closet and enlarging the shower room part of the master bath and design and fabrication of a large floor to ceiling very unique glass and tile shower.
The entire project resulted in a remarkably beautiful remodel that was very professionally done to our complete satisfaction and at what we considered a very good overall price.  We have received nothing but great reviews from our family and friends.  We were very impressed with Paul Olson, owner of Skandia Remodelers.  He did the design and oversaw the entire project.  We could not have been happier with the end results.  Paul and his workers and subcontractors were very sensitive to our needs throughout the entire project.  We would not hesitate to recommend Skandia to anyone.  We would be happy to answer any questions from anyone who may be contemplating a large scale remodel project.

    Empire Closets
Robin excels in customer service and professionalism. From the time I first spoke with Robin on the phone until the time he walked out the front door after completing project, it was a joy to work with him. Robin responded promptly to my inquiry online. He answered all questions, listened to my needs and offered suggestions to improve closet designs while still staying within budget. He kept me informed when they was a delay in receiving some materials and installation had to be rescheduled. His price along with Angie's List discount was more affordable compared to four other vendors I got estimates from and the quality of product is exceptional. It is evident that Robin and his crew (Tyler and son Shawn) have pride and passion in the work they do. They installed four bedroom, two linen, entry coat closet, and kitchen pantry in new home build all in one day. Workmanship was excellent. They were respectful of property, cleaned up after themselves, and left home in pristine condition. Outcome of installation exceeded expectations. A very satisfied customer who highly recommends Empire Closets for all your organizational needs. You won't regret your decision.

    Sublime Construction LLC
Highly professional. He got finished one day early. He gave me design advice on paint colors for the wall and recommended types of baseboard that he also installed. He took a toilet out and was going to start on the 2nd bathroom since he did not want me to be without a bathroom upstairs he said he would wait.

The workmanship is fabulous; I am very happy with my new closet. He used quality materials and did excellent finish work. The closet is much more functional now and well as looks so much nicer with the mirror doors.

We can't say enough good about this company. The men were pleasant to be around and clean (no smoking, which we appreciated), came on time, and communicated well with us about everything to expect. Derek Reynolds made sure his employees had everything they needed, and they worked hard, seemed to take very few breaks, and knew how to do everything necessary. They started on this project just a week and a half after giving us the bid and completed it in only 6 working days. They swept up and cleaned up any debris each evening before leaving. They actually did more and a better job than we expected. We were impressed with their knowledge and workmanship. We are very happy with the finished product. Of the three bids we received, theirs was half the price of one and over $1300 less than the other one. We feel this company has integrity and does outstanding work for a very reasonable price.
