Cabinet Refacing reviews in Wilsonville

  • Very professional.  Always showed up on time.  Consulted with us in advance to make sure we agreed with the way the work was to be done.  Went beyond the contract to repair any scratches or damaged areas that might detract from the new woodwork.  Very friendly and easy to work with.

  • Carlos and his team did a great job.  They arrived when promised, were very professional.  They stripped the wallpaper from a large kitchen and dining area, plastered the walls to perfection.  They also did a great job sanding and priming older oak cabinets with a deep grain.  Only occasionally can you see the grain through the cabinets.  We painted them white and it looks amazing.  We also painted the island black and it took a bit longer to dry, hence why they didn't finish on time.  We were about a week later than promised...not their fault...the paint and the wet weather didn't help anything.
They were always professional, did extra work for us that we paid for when asked and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

  • Having lived with a master bath that reminded me of a "public facility" for three years, I finally decided to take the plunge and remodel.  After having looked at bathrooms belonging to various friends- as well as going through 1000's on the HGTV website etc. and becoming none-the-wiser, I decided to join Angie's List  for the sole purpose of finding a contractor to help with my  plans.  By then I had formed an idea of what I wanted in the design and needed a professional to carry it through.  Charles seemed to be receiving most of the kudos by this time, so I called  him for a quote. Fortunately his estimate came close to my budget and we set a date to begin.
From start to finish, Charles was diplomatic, thoughtful, prompt, hardworking, compliant, responsive, professional and caring - which is unusual to find in someone so relatively young.. He has very high standards and has built  his business from the ground up and obviously knows the value of customer satisfaction and cares deeply about having a great reputation.
The sub-contractors that he used for the plumbing, cabinetry, electrical work, countertops,  window replacement and drywall and painting were all very reliable, polite, clean and had great respect for both Charles and myself.  Nothing was too much trouble.
Before I knew it, the work was done and I couldn't be more satisfied with the end result.  My only complaint is that I'm sure my next electricity bill will be much higher because I can't stop going into my new bathroom to marvel at it all. :)

  • Working with Frank was great.  He came out and gave us an estimate and was able to start the job within one week of us contacting him.  The previous kitchen cabinet refacing wasn't applied correctly and was peeling up.  Frank removed all of the bad refacing material and replaced it with a higher grade material and much better glue.  Frank was able to perfectly match our solid maple doors with the refacing material.  The job was completed in two days.  Frank was a real pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend him!

  • Contractor very professional, found ways to save costs and did an excellent job.  Provided very detailed contract, made good suggestions and kept me apprised of the status.  He made

    a complex job look easy.

  • Our floors had a 25 year old finish on them that needed help and NHance came thru with flying colors. On a scale of 1 being low and 10 being high our floors turned out a 9 without a total sand down hassle. Sue Crotty the estimator was a pleasure to work with and was right on with pricing and suggestion. I have already recommended NHance to a friend. The hardest part of the refinish was keeping the furniture off the floor for a week to let it dry and wearing socks only on the fresh new surface.

  • We could not be more thrilled with the process from start to finish (we are nearly there)! Working with Rich on the sales end was great. Not only was he enjoyable to work with, but he did what he said he would do at each step of the way. Our cabinet installer was also very pleasant. I had no concerns around giving him a key and allowing him to come and go as needed. He showed up each day at the time he said he would. We had a few concerns post install, and Gary was quick to respond and bring a team to our house to come up with a solution. The countertops were fixed in one business day, and I am certain our cabinets will be perfect soon as well. We have been working on our house for the last few months. From working with painters, carpet installers, landscapers, and kitchen remodelers, the only company who showed up for all meetings on time everyday was Kitchen Tune-Up. I cannot recommend this company enough. We have a beautiful kitchen, and the process could not have been better.

  • We got 3 estimates to do this project, all came within $200 of each other. We went with S.S. because they could do the project sooner and Phil, our contact rep. was very helpful and easy to work with. Phone calls were always returned promptly & we were given lots of options to work with. As a whole, the project went fairly well but several aspects of the work were sloppy & there was little oversight. We were led to believe that S.S. does their own granite work, when in fact, they subcontract it. We had to call several times to have mistakes corrected that should have been caught by a supervisor. The cabinet work was well done, but when the existing molding was removed, large portions of sheetrock tore off. Despite this, they still applied new smaller molding that left large, obvious gaps. We had to ask to have it removed so we could fix the finish ourselves after being told that. " They were not renovators". So be it...you get what you pay for, I suppose. Nice people, average work.
