Sean showed up on time and got right to the job of removing and replacing the door gasket on our Fridgidaire front loading washing machine. You need a pro for this; it took Sean at least 20 minutes and it wasn't an easy job--and he's done it before. Our dryer's vent--which goes thru the bottom of the floor--had come loose and was filling the utility room with warm air whenever we used it. I spent about 2 hours attempting to connect it but whenever I lowered the dryer back on to the floor the connection slipped. Sean used a better ducting product to keep the pieces together, but it was mainly that he was a big, strong guy and could lift and lower the dryer while keeping it horizontal. The connection was secure. He solved both problems in one hour.

    All Tech Appliance Service
Great experience from the initial point of contact through job completion! Customer service rep was knowledgeable and expedited the repair quickly as well as gave me a very accurate estimate of what the repair would typically cost. Not an hourly rate with an unknown time frame for repair. Repair tech was professional and knowledgeable as well. He made a point to be mindful of built in cabinets and cleaned up after the job was complete. Washer is like new again!

Jared came to repair our oven that wasnt heating properly. Turns out it was 30 degrees off. Jared fixed the problem in no time. He is pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. I wont call anyone else for appliance repair. Shout out to Angela who is also awesome. Its like having a friend who is really good at repairing appliances and you trust their opinion because you know they wont steer you wrong.

Knapp's Service & Appliance Repair LLC
Fantastic. All of a sudden my LG refrigerator french doors were not flush and ice was forming on the back of the refrigerator. I called a couple of companies from Angie's List. Made an appointment with another company. I just wasn't happy with their response to my problem...the receptionist really didn't seem to care what was happening. I then called Knapp's (from Angie's List), talked to James. He took all of my information (model, serial #'s, etc) and said he would be at my house the next day. Cancelled with the other company (their schedule was 4 days). With a 2-hour window from Knapp's, James arrived at exactly 1:00pm. (my time window was 1-3) I was shocked. He diagnosed the problem immediately, realigned the doors, gave me instructions on how to remove the ice without unplugging. Using my hairdryer, the ice was totally removed within 30 minutes. I can't say enough about the quality of service, & professionalism. I will continue to recommend and use Knapp's Service & Appliance Repair. My entire experience with Knapp's was awesome. Customer service at its best.

    Appliance & Refrigeration Hospital
I just found out a few days ago that back in 2013, before the technician fixed the problem, he asked for the receipt & assured me the problem was a recall and the service will be covered by the manufacturer. I got the bill and called to verified what the technician had told me, and the matter was closed so I thought until I needed them to come fix another appliance last week. They said they will NOT come service anything in my household because of a $250 unpaid bill! I was SHOCKED, I have NEVER had an unpaid bill, and after I found out what the reason was, I was more shocked. Asking to talk to a supervisor got me nowhere, he said because they had to write off my bill, they can't come for any service anymore. They didn't take responsibility of the error from their technician and treat me as if I am in the wrong! I also filed a complaint to the manufacturer to seek other service companies to warrant their products!

They came out to fix my dishwasher on a home warranty contract. It worked once and not again. We rescheduled for a Saturday from 2 - 5. No one showed and no one called me. I called them but could not get a person. Left a message. As of 10:30 AM Monday - no one had reached out. I called them. Said their tech was sick Saturday. I asked why no one called as we bent over backwards to make this happen (the 2nd visit to refix it) and she told me they were closed Saturday and was VERY rude about it when I said - yes, but you still call people that are waiting and tell them the tech is sick and not coming. Not according to her - they were closed. So, my recommendation would be to find a repair place that will fix it the first time and be respectful of your time and maybe call you back when they weren't. I am big on customer service and they completely dropped the ball on that. It was really disappointing.

My wall oven/microwave combo needed troubleshooting. When he arrived he flat out refused to look at it because I had already pulled it out from the wall. I asked him multiple times why that mattered and he was completely unable to provide an answer. He just kept repeating that he couldn't work on it since it was already pulled out. Then he left. Very unprofessional.

    All Tech Appliance Service
I self diagnosed the problem and replaced the bake element myself. Wrong diagnosis!.. I called All Tech and they offered to come out the next day, which did not work for me. So we set up an appointment for the following morning. The lady who set up the appointment asked for a model number for the oven, which I provided. Jered arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem as the control board. He had the part with him and other parts that may have failed, since he knew the model number in advance. The price of the total repair was quite reasonable including the part. Oh, did I mention that we're close to Thanksgiving? So it was really great that he had the part with him- no stress about having to order it and hope it got here in time to bake that Thanksgiving turkey and pies. Jared was very friendly and efficient, and had the repair completed in 45 minutes. I should have called All Tech from right away and saved myself the price of the bake element. Oh well, I have a spare now if it ever fails!

I found them through Sears. I had a dishwasher repaired. That was a good experience. They also came about a year ago. My washing machine was broken. They said it was going to cost $200 to fix a $500 machine and it wasn't worth it basically. They were honest about it and the price was fare. Both the times they came out, they were very good. I would have them again. The dishwasher was covered under home warranty so I only paid a $75.00 deductable. He and I talked about it and had it not been under warranty I would have bought a new dishwasher then. Quality was good. Punctuality and professionalism were excellent.

The washing machine, he came out and took it apart. He told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost and he sort of advised me to buy a new one and I agreed with him. So he just charged me for a service call. I was happy with that
