ADivine Window DecorBuying a new home, relocating, and trying to get settled during a C-19 pandemic, with restrictions, has been no easy feat. After the interior had been painted, opaque, no-see-through, painter’s drop cloths covered our windows. As companies were allowed to reopen, with limiting C-19 restrictions in place, my wife and I chose Divine Window Décor (DWD) for new blinds based on the total of their positive reviews. Debbie (DWD owner) and I had to conduct our business using emails, texts, and Face Time phone calls. Although C-19 restrictions slowed the normal pace, and our changing the initial order a few times, it was Debbie’s patience, understanding and expertise that helped make this happen. We now have cordless oak wood blinds and they look fantastic. We could not have made a better choice by selecting Divine Window Décor. We are all having to adjust to how we conduct our business in this time of national crisis. Debbie did a wonderful job as a business owner. That made it a little easier on us as we forge ahead with a long list of things yet to do as each company does their part to help make our new house, our new home. Debbie, you did a great job. ADivine Window DecorThe most difficult part was deciding on what fabric to use on our new blinds; there were so many to choose from. All samples were brought to our home; better to see them in person with the house lighting. We even got some super cool solar shades for our skylights - these are awesome. I don't know why more of these are not being used. Great value here!- M B.

ADivine Window DecorDebbie was excellent. We went with her because we didn't really know what we wanted to do, or even what our options really were, and Divine put an emphasis on in-home guidance and estimation. She walked us through the various options and how they'd impact usability and aesthetics. While window coverings seem to be a bit more expensive generally than we were expecting (not necessarily Divine Window Decor in particular, but window treatments in general), we opted to DIY some other rooms, but are delighted with the blinds Divine installed. They look great, fit perfectly, and work brilliantly. I don't think we'd have gotten anything like as nice a result if we'd try to do these ourselves, and are indebted for what we learned to apply to the rooms we'll take on ourselves.- REBECCA C.

ATHE BLIND GUY - PORTLANDThe Blind Guy is incredible! There aren't enough adjectives to describe how great he is. Rocky is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and punctual. He listened to me, understood my needs, and had exactly what I wanted in his truck. It took less than three weeks for the custom blinds to arrive. He scheduled the installation for the day after he called to let me know that he had received them. He arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment, which I appreciated. It took him less than 30 minutes to install the three blinds and demonstrate how to operate them. I only wish that I had hired him 6 years ago when I was shopping for other shades for my new home.- BONNIE C.

FNever received . Came out to the house and complained about not having both parties available. I explained to Rocky my Girlfriend makes the decision on this project. And he had a serious attitude that I was not there. And expressed this to him and he never gave us a quote we asked for. If this is how a business starts with a customer I’d give me business elsewhere .. very disappointed first time homeowner.

AWe thought perhaps we had heard Mark wrong in the store, but one week later the carpet installers, Abbey Carpet, have been here. They moved heavy furniture, used power machinery and left the carpet looking brand new. They told us that the cost had been covered by Wilsonville Carpet and Tile, so we owed nothing. We were amazed at this kind of courtesy and service. They have certainly earned our future business.

ADoug came out to look at my existing vertical blinds, which I thought needed to be replaced. Instead he "fixed" two of them and sent a guy out to repair the large heavy one (which had pulled out from a fastener and fallen down) and reinstall it. Total cost $90. He'll be my go-to guy now.
