  Very prompt reply, when we initially asked for a quote. I really liked the video which was sent to us, where we could see the specific areas which needed repair. Versus taking their word for it. I have to admit that their bid was higher than I hoped. But after working to obtain other bids, we came back to Roof Life. I was surprised how difficult it was to find other companies who would do repair. Most others kept steering us towards full tear downs and a new roof. I know we will be due for that in the next 8-10 years, but was hoping that a deep clean and some small repairs could carry us into the next decade. That is what Roof Life did for us. Scheduling the work was easy. They were very clear with their communications, and how it would be a 3 step process (deep clean, repairs, then application of moss control). The first 2 steps were actually done on the same day. Again, the communication from Roof Life was very good, and they told us that step 3 would be done when the weather conditions were right and when they could combine with other applications in the neighborhood. So there was a gap, but we knew that in advance. So good value, great service (house wasn't a mess after the roof was cleaned), and prompt communications. I would recommend using Roof Life.

  I had a good initial phone conversation. Afterwards, I could not find him on a couple of questions around scheduling. I finally gave up and had another contractor do the work on my home. This wasn't a big job but I need other work done...but not by you.

  We recently had our roof cleaned and treated by Moss Busters. It was a good experience from them time we requested the quote through the completion of the job. They were very responsive and professional. The team showed up on time, worked hard the whole time and did a thorough job of clean up afterwards. They even cleaned out the gutters. The work was very good and the price was competitive. Highly recommend Moss Busters.

  Vitaliy and the team were excellent. They were very quick to estimate the work, provided a detailed estimate, were available to complete the job without delay and did an excellent job. We have a larger roof and gutters that are very difficult to reach in places. They tackled the job with efficiency and even found and temporarily repaired a small problem on the roof. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to the region.

  Great! Joey gave me an estimate, and I appreciated him working with me on scheduling a few months out so we could have it done after the new roof was installed. When they came out to do the work, they did a great job and finished very quickly. During the cleaning, they discovered that there was a clog underground between the house and the street, and showed me the area with the problem so we could have it corrected.

  I first contracted this company on May 20th, 2017. I liked the sales person and felt like they were a young family company trying to make their way to a future. It has always been my preference to deal with a small business. I was told my installation date would be Aug 14th, no problem. During that time, I asked for the contract to be faxed over because I had not received a copy during the signing process. That took several emails and frustration but I finally got what I asked for. Twice over the next few months I received phone calls from the company asking me to pay them and get on their schedule, which I had done on May 20th! Not impressed. They were three weeks late on the start date but I tried to be understanding. Next delay was that the roofing materials couldn���t be delivered when needed. So, a few more days. When the job was completed it was multiple delays over the yard, gutter, painting touch ups and clean up. During that time, we had a significant rain storm and I had water damage to the interior of my home. They wanted to blame it on a separation in my siding that had been there for several years, not to mention through the wettest winter on record! There other thought was a hole in my clogged gutter, that THEY CLOGGED. When they finally showed up to do the cleaning of the gutters, roof, grounds and paint the chimney, I was left with paint stains on my new roof, a patio I had to clean myself, furniture I had to get help putting back in place and a garage door they decided to touch up, from scratches they put on it, that now looks ridiculous and I will have to repaint the entire thing! They cashed my check and washed their hands of me! I���m posting this so you will know what you are getting into if you engage with this company. I think it is sad because I really felt like they were wanting to build a solid business and reputation. Customer service is the most important thing and if you have a hiccup on a job you just don���t ignore it!

  All done well, and strictly limited to gutters. Thought it might include the roof channels too since they drain into the gutters, but it didn't. They also put on some gutter guards I had near a large pine tree to help avoid need for future cleaning there.

  They were quick, and did a great job. They scheduled city inspections for me so I would not have to. I also liked that they were nice. A lot of people can run a business but not everyone should. The people that I talked to on the phone, that were at my home the few times they needed to come out, and all the after help was awesome. We have already recommended them to other people and will use them again in the future.

  The work went as expected. I contacted them via their website and they promptly emailed me with a quote (the same price as last year). The work was scheduled about a week later. The service person showed up a little late due to traffic but the work was done in about an hour. Everything was cleaned up on the ground as well. He also blow loose debris off the roof.
