    James showed up on time, and quickly identified the issue with our 25 year old machine. He quoted a price, which was the final amount we paid once the work was completed. He was not able to locate a part locally and had one ordered. Once the part arrived James contacted us and had the part installed within one day. He offered some valuable advice on keeping the machine running in plain language. Will use Knapp again if we need another service.

    After he determined that we had low Freon, he told us that we could call someone who would be willing to "charge" up the Freon but he wouldn't recommend it because it would not last and since the model we had was made to stay a sealed system that trying to fill up the Freon would lead to bigger trouble.  He said if it was his refrigerator he would not do it.  He was very fair about his charges, he communicated when he was running late for our apt and discounted  his service call fee because of being later then he estimated he would be.

    Fantastic service. The tech that came out told my husband every detail
    of what we needed to do to keep our washer and dryer lasting a long
    time. Both appliances looked great when he was done. As an added bonus
    we had a new stove sitting in our nook waiting to be installed and he
    looked it over and gave my husband information he knew about it. In all
    he was very helpful and did a fantastic job. We would ask them to come
    back next time we need service done on any appliance in our house. I
    would recommend this company to anyone looking for good service.

    My refrigerator was not cooling.   Jarrod came out and diagnosed the problem was with the control panel.  After looking at the price of new refrigerators I decided to have it repaired.   He came out the following week and installed a new cold control unit.
    Very prompt and curtious response from the office and Jarrod was very knowlegable, extremely pleasant and did an outstanding job.
    I would definately use All Tech again and I highly recommend.

    They were great.  Responded immediately and set up an estimate appointment and to find out what the problem was.  The repairman, Mike, was prompt, courteous and knowlegeable.  Explained the problem, what the part price was and how much the total would be.  They had to order the part and he called back within the estimated time, made another appointment with us and returned to make the repair.

    Our Jenn-Air built-in wall oven was giving us an error message.  Based upon the reviews here I contacted David's Appliances to see if he would check into it.

    David was VERY professional and courteous.  He went to as far as to bring the reconditioned control unit with him when he came to my home.  After he did some additional checking, he found that the control unit and the heat sensor should both be replaced.  He stated that the unit he was installing was reconditioned only.  He was not happy about it.  The price for this unit alone was $315.  The sensor was another $52.  BOTH were guaranteed by Whirlpool for 90 days.  He felt that the costs involved with the parts and labor far exceeded the value of the oven itself.  For another $200 or so, we could get this unit replaced with a new one.

    I would use David again and will be sure to recommend him to my friends, acquaintances.

    Easy to contact, quick to respond.  Because the replacement part was not readily available (it was an unusual failure) a second trip was necessary to complete the repair.  The technician (I regret I don't have his name handy) was very knowledgable and informative. The work required extensive dismantling of the top and front of the range but was completed within an hour or so.
    The tech was patient and accommodating while I took the opportunity to clean up the area (cat toys, dust bunnies and such underneath it).

    The only thing I would suggest from a customer service standpoint, and this is in no way meant as anything more than a minor criticism, is that the technicians be more cognizant of the potential to damage flooring and countertops when performing similar work.  My floor is laminate and could have been scratched by the sliding of the range (it wasn't but I held my breath). By comparison, the appliances were originally installed by crews using thin silicone or perhaps Teflon-coated mats, one sliding over another to slide the units into place.

    I will definitely call them again.

    I called Gassman Appliance Repair in the morning  to repair my portable dishwasher and was scheduled for the next day.  When I called back to change the appointment by a few hours, Abraham said he could fit me in at the end of the current day. 

    So I got service the SAME DAY that I called.  That alone was fabulous.  But then, on top of that, Abraham was friendly, professional, and got the job done in under an hour.  I couldn't ask for more than that!!  I was very pleased!!

    Gassman Appliance Repair
    Abraham arrived promptly and got immediately to work. He put down towels to cover the floor to prevent damage. He replaced the water pump quickly. He tested the washer to make sure there were no leaks and replaced it in the exact spot he removed it from. He was efficient and friendly. I would definitely use Gassman's Appliance in the future.

    I used the shop-vac and to my amazement my dryer started working as if it were new again. The heat was back in my dryer. I didn't notice a large amount of lint but it sure seemed to make a difference.
