    I took my Subaru to Raleigh Hills Auto because I heard a noise. It was quickly diagnosed as a timing belt. They also found that the altenator was not operating well. I left the car with them and everything was fixed. The people at Raleigh Hills Auto are friendly and the work was well done.

    What a disappointment! I was told that a brake-fluid filter was needed for my 98 Ford Escort and that everything else looked good. Needless to say I feel for that added expense of $39.99. After speaking with a service tech at Ford, he told me it was not needed.

    They just bent some things back the way it should be underneath my car because it was making a noise as I drove down the road from driving up on a parking barrier and it caused some damage to the front of my car. The work was done properly and didn't take very long. They are familiar with my car and knew exactly what I was talking about.

    Excellent as expected. Have used this company for many years and the most honest mechanics I've ever used. Originally used the shop to get an old Cadillac I owned once through DEQ and haven't used another mechanic since. Naren also replaced an alternator on the same vehicle.

    i brought by 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix into Tigard Premier with what I thought was a bad power-steering pump that had caused a mess under the hood and threw off the fan belt, keeping me from getting to work that morning. I was excited to find out that Tom could get it taken care of that day, and that it would probably cost about what I was expecting. I was also offered a loaner car, which I did not need. Later that day as I was running errands in my other vehicle, Tom called to let me know that the problem was not what we thought it was, but was actually the water pump. He informed me it would cost a bit more to replace, which I agreed to. I appreciated that call. When I needed to come by and get some things out of the car that I had forgotten, they were friendly and let me grab some items out of the trunk of the car. The mechanic working on the car showed me the exact problem and the bad water pump he pulled off. I have done a lot of my own mechanic work, so I appreciated getting to see exactly what went wrong for myself. I have some other work that needs to be taken care of on this car soon, and I will definitely be using Tigard Premier because of the quality of their work, friendly service, and great location close to my home. Thanks!

    The vehicle I have now I got at Beaverton Toyota and that is where I take it for service. I am not always thrilled with their service advisers. Once or twice they told me I needed things done and I found out I did not. I am cautious now whenever I take it in there. Like a doctor, I go for a second opinion. They're always really good with getting me in and out. I would use them again, but carefully.

    They're professional and they do what needs to be done. When they give you an appointment, it's very reasonable, within a day or two. It depends what they are doing, it can take an hour or three hours. I only came in contact with the agent, who rings up your bill. I never had contact with the mechanic.

    My experience was mediocre. They said they could only repair the entire thing. 

    I ended up going online and sent in my part and they fixed it for $30.00. TIGARD wasn't very helpful.

    They did a good job. They also fixed the back hatch on my truck. They had put a plastic piece in that broke right away. They then put a metal piece in at no charge to me. It took a couple of hours. I liked their punctuality. They got me in and out. I liked their willingness not to charge me for something they didn't really fix the first time.

    Scholls Ferry Auto promptly returned messages, was ready to work on my Jeep immediately, gave me an initial estimate, found the problems quickly, did the repairs accurately, billed me fairly, and I have had no problems since. My previous auto service shop was unable to root cause these problems nor were they able to fix them for long. I will be a repeat customer for Scholls Ferry Auto whenever I need auto repairs.
