  • We called Andrew for a service call for our propane gas fireplace. He was able to walk through diagnostics with my husband over the phone. Turns out we had an air lock in the gas line as the previous owner had the tank run empty. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and a very friendly guy. He helped us over the phone, no charge!     RE: the electrician that was sent - I felt that he had a very good ability to listen to customer needs and be able to translate into (smart/appropriate) 3D electrical solution(s). This electrician also had a very good ability to explain concisely and/or demonstrate well. A+ on listening and application. 
    On a less than positive note: few little snafus along the way...
    1. The laborer when digging the trench, busted a drain pipe and I had to pay another guy ($50) to replace the pipe, do the install/labor. Would have preferred that the company spring for this as it was their damage issue not mine. 
    2. When the electrician was working in the workroom, he created a gouge in my wall by the switch plate about one inch plus long and thick enough as to be quite noticeable on the newly painted white wall. We left it that I would patch it. If he had offered to patch it - I would have preferred that...again as I did not create the damage, damage issue not mine.
    3. When the electrician left, I was quite surprised that he left all of the trash?? He left all of the cardboard boxes from the lighting fixtures, all of the cardboard tubes from the tracks, all of the cardboard boxes from the light bulbs, all of the "little garbage" - the plastic baggies, the twistie ties, everything?? I am much more used to contractors taking their own trash with them. Maybe its just not within their scope/policy at this company? I dont know. Didnt ask. Was just quite surprised at this - that's all - myself coming from a family with family members working in construction (both Brother and Father) , an ex husband working in construction and 3 ex boyfriends all in construction. I very much prefer that construction people take their trash from the job with them. I myself worked in construction for several years and I always had to clean up the jobsite at the end of the job.
    Other than these bullet points - I am overall very pleased that everything is working = that's what really matters right?
    I would use them again. The people are all very pleasant and considerate.

  • I can call him and he comes. That is good. It's a good thing if it's very hot and your air-conditioning doesn't work. I have known him for years and years. He is really friendly. He is professional when he comes and does what he is supposed to do. He sends me a bill promptly. He doesn't show up drunk or sloppy. I haven't used anybody else so I don't have a frame of reference for the price. My husband seems to think that it is perfectly within the framework of what we ought to be paying.

  • Their service was pretty excellent. They did come out quickly and did everything pretty much to our expectations. We were happy with the installation. They sent a guy out at the end to see if we were happy with the stuff they had done. We have a manufactured home and there is a trunk line that connects the two heating elements together. It was clogged up and he recommended that we replace it. The cost for that was $75. He installed the line and I helped him. He was a very nice fellow and he worked really hard. He asked if there were any other issues and he actually gave me back a rebate on something that we questioned. We would recommend them. They were good. We got a government rebate back on the heat pump. Had we done it a year or two ago we would have gotten $1,000 more back. Their work was outstanding. It is an Amana green efficiency heat pump but we haven't seen our electric bills change. That could be because the electrical rates have gone up and it has also been colder. It was supposed to save 50 percent. We are disappointed because we haven't seen any savings on our electric bill. It was raining and nasty when they came to do the work. They did track some mud in the house and we complained but they cleaned it up.

  • This year didnot go so well.Dan didnot do everything that he wrote on the invoice. Left a mess on my floor. What took Michael 1hr, Dan was done in less than 30min.
