  • Justin is a true craftsman. He listened to what we wanted, came up with the designs and constructed the two pieces of furniture. He is totally reliable, dependable and trustworthy. We highly recommend him.

  • Rick is a very thorough painter and does excellent work. He and his employee were at work by 9 am, were able to efficiently finish the project in three and half days. He listened to my concerns and accomplished what I needed done. I highly recommend him.

  • Lance did a wonderful job on interior prepping and painting for my kitchen and large livingroom. He suggested color options that complimented the open floor plan and completed the work professionally and promptly. While he was there, I asked if he could look at finishing my attic and framing a bathroom in the daylight basement. He took the time to review each area and discuss my expectations. He subsequently completed those additional jobs and I was amazed at how thorough and detail oriented he was, even with the bathroom rough framing I requested. I received compliments on the painting and some envy from friends who saw the great and much more useable attic I now had.

  • The guys completely prepped the exterior of our building and painted everything including balconies and stair railing while respecting the privacy of our tenants. They were professionals in every way even calling daily with updates. Their work is perfection.

  • We called Andrew for a service call for our propane gas fireplace. He was able to walk through diagnostics with my husband over the phone. Turns out we had an air lock in the gas line as the previous owner had the tank run empty. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and a very friendly guy. He helped us over the phone, no charge! We highly recommend

  • A/C system went out during a heat wave; Matt came out and did a diagnostic, then returned the following day and fixed the variety of problems. Gave good suggestions, very professional, and system has worked without problems since then.

  • Jeremy arrived at my home early Sunday morning, measured the area of carpet to be cleaned. He then assessed the area to be cleaned and explained thoroughly what he and his crew would be doing. He gave me the price for completing the task which was more than reasonable! Approximately 2 hours later he and his crew arrived. 7 hours later the task was complete. A home so clean a surgeon would not hesitate to perform surgery there! Words cannot describe how pleases I am with Just A Note. Given this, I not only highly recommend them, I feel they should be ranked as the number 1 Move Out and Carpet cleaning company in the Rogue Valley! Thank you for recommended them!

  • Simply put - very well from inception to finish - I am very pleased with the service overall.
I am currently in the process of collecting bids on a garage extension (as of March 2015).
I am planning to use Pressure Point again for further additional roofing needs once the garage extension has been built
(hopefully completed by late Spring 2015 at the latest).
I DEFINITELY cannot say this about all of the contractors I have used in the past couple years, but as far as Pressure Point, they are/were by far the tidiness group. They picked up after themselves leaving virtually no trace.
(My roof was installed in Dec 2014 = cold, very wet, holidays....)
Pressure Point did an excellent overall job.
    I highly recommend this company.
    (Thanks again guys!)

  • I appreciate the work that occurred. After they left - things are working - thats always a good sign.
RE: the electrician that was sent - I felt that he had a very good ability to listen to customer needs and be able to translate into (smart/appropriate) 3D electrical solution(s). This electrician also had a very good ability to explain concisely and/or demonstrate well. A+ on listening and application.
On a less than positive note: few little snafus along the way...
    1. The laborer when digging the trench, busted a drain pipe and I had to pay another guy ($50) to replace the pipe, do the install/labor. Would have preferred that the company spring for this as it was their damage issue not mine.
    2. When the electrician was working in the workroom, he created a gouge in my wall by the switch plate about one inch plus long and thick enough as to be quite noticeable on the newly painted white wall. We left it that I would patch it. If he had offered to patch it - I would have preferred that...again as I did not create the damage, damage issue not mine.
    3. When the electrician left, I was quite surprised that he left all of the trash?? He left all of the cardboard boxes from the lighting fixtures, all of the cardboard tubes from the tracks, all of the cardboard boxes from the light bulbs, all of the "little garbage" - the plastic baggies, the twistie ties, everything?? I am much more used to contractors taking their own trash with them. Maybe its just not within their scope/policy at this company? I dont know. Didnt ask. Was just quite surprised at this - that's all - myself coming from a family with family members working in construction (both Brother and Father) , an ex husband working in construction and 3 ex boyfriends all in construction. I very much prefer that construction people take their trash from the job with them. I myself worked in construction for several years and I always had to clean up the jobsite at the end of the job.
Other than these bullet points - I am overall very pleased that everything is working = that's what really matters right?
I would use them again. The people are all very pleasant and considerate.

  • We just moved into a house on 1 acre of land. Landscaped in front, lots of trees and grass in back and along the easements. The previous owners hadn't taken care of the yard in months apparently, and the grass was beyond knee high and gone to seed. Several smaller Cypress trees were dead, the landscaping was so overgrown you couldn't tell what plants were in there, plus a dead fir had fallen a few weeks prior that also needed to be cut up. Hector came exactly on time with his crew of 2, and in approx 4 hrs had the entire property cleaned up! The dead trees were removed, the downed tree was cut up, the field of grass was mowed down, poison oak was dug up, the landscaped gardens were weeded and cleaned, and several nice plants and flowers were suddenly found! His trailer was full of debris he removed for us. He walked through the property with me before and after, and answered several questions about continued care and maintenance, plus helped identify some plants I wasn't familiar with. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the work he and his crew did was amazing! The place looks great! His price was actually less than I had expected for the amount of work needing done. His crew is fast and professional. I highly recommend him!
