ASutherland Plumbing LLCSuperlative service! I contacted Ti when I was unable to relight the water heater pilot light after I had turned it off for some home plumbing work. He contacted me within minutes, even though it was Super bowl Sunday. Ti walked me through the relighting process in a professional and easy to follow manner. Once he was sure I was following the process correctly, we discussed other possibilities I could investigate before having a service call. I was able to confirm the issue and relight the pilot light. Ti asked only for a good review on Angie's list if I found his service helpful. I will be contacting him again to discuss any next steps for this issue, and for any plumbing related work needed in the future.- David C.

ASutherland Plumbing LLCI was pleasantly surprised how quick the work was done. We had an original tankless water heater from 2005 and sadly it started leaking. Sutherland came out and we determined that we needed a new water heater. Our home the old tank was built in to our garage wall, so the new one was larger and not able to go into the wall. The did a beautiful job, making it look great and function wonderfully! I highly recommend using Sutherland for your plumbing needs!!- Cindy E.

AExpress Water Heater ServiceCalled Express Water Heater Service and spoke to Earl. It was about 8 30 AM and I explained we had a leaking water heater. Earl said he could be out within an hour if I wanted and I assured him I wanted! He and an assistant showed up promptly, looked over and inspected our water heater and explained that it was actually leaking from a couple of spots up top but they could repair and service the unit for around $175. That sounded fair to me but I asked them how old my unit was, as I hated to throw good money after bad if I could be better off replacing the unit. They informed me it was from 2008 so certainly in the not so distant future I would be thinking of replacing it. I asked how much for a new install, he gave me a fair price and said they could do it now. Considering this way I would have a warranty for years on the unit I gave the go ahead, they installed the new unit which looks great, removed the old unit and cleaned up well, all told about an hour and half of calling Earl we had a brand new water heater up and running! I would recommend these guys for your water heater needs without hesitation, and I will use them myself for any future needs. Thank-you Express Water Heater Service.- Tom W.

AAwesome job! Eight years ago we had Entek seal and clean ductwork after rodent infestation was cleaned-up. I called for the same job as I had noticed some tears, mouse holes and deterioration of a few flex-ducts. After inspection, though, received recommendation to replace all ducts and bring everything to code (initially done 32 years ago). Ivo and CJ replaced all the ducts, cleaned up and left everything tremendously improved over the original. Highly recommended. Ethical, professional, and superior service!4

AThey were professional and responsive and scheduled an emergency repair for the weekend. Was given about 15 min notification ahead of time that the technician was nearby which was nice. Technician was professional and thorough. The problem ended up being much, much less of an issue than it seemed. They fixed the problem and were willing to agree on a lower price for the service that better reflected what was done considering the minor issue. We are thankful to have our AC back.
