We discussed options for the repair and decided on a more temporary fix to make it through winter, which was the right decision - good flexibility. ALifetime Remodeling Systems LLCScott and his team were amazing! Lifetime worked with our budget. We made adjustments to the project to make sure I got what I needed and some of what I wanted. Our project hit a snag with permitting but Scott and his team walked us through the process to ensure project completion. AStellar ConstructionStellar Construction replaced our old, 2-level cedar deck with a new, 2-level composite deck with cable railing and lighting. Everyone associated with the job - from the owner (Micah), to the project manager (Taylor), to the crew (Austin and Ryan) - was professional, punctual and easy to deal with. They also were quick to address lighting issues that arose after the job was completed (and after they had already been paid), which indicates they care about their customers and their reputation. Bottom line: we are very happy with our new deck and would hire Stellar Construction again.- Robert C.

AArtistic D-Zine Construction Inc.I was very impressed and inspired by my meeting. He had lots of great ideas and pictures of past projects. His imagination to see what a space was capable of becoming, his attention to detail as demonstrated by his portfolio, and commitment to high quality work was very exciting and refreshing. Unfortunately, we were not able to go with Artistic D-Zine for this project due to a crazy tight timeline and budget constraints. ACoolvig Enterprise LLCGreat experience and impressive team. Ezra responded to our request very quickly and came out right away to see the space. He listened to what we needed and had great ideas on the spot. He explained things very clearly and made me very comfortable that he knew what he was doing and would provide a high quality product that would last and be safe. I learned a lot during my conversation with him and was grateful for his patience and ability to communicate clearly to a construction novice without making me feel stupid or that I was being a nuisance. We were very impressed and excited about the scope of work and the bid that we received and they did their best to accommodate our crazy tight timeline but we did end up going with another provider that was able to start work immediately. However, we did significantly reduce the scope of work that was done at this time due to the information Ezra gave us because the underdeck water management system he talked to me about was very impressive and made us reconsider spending money on something else, it didn’t feel like a good investment. We decided to put the water management system on hold and will definitely contact Coolvig Enterprises when we are ready to move forward on that project. Overall a very positive experience, Ezra was professional, knowledgeable, and informative.- Cecilia B.

He also made a cover for access to crawl space under the house. AGreat jpb! We had just bought an older house and our realtor (Mia McCormick) referred us to HPR. Juan Gutierrez supervised and coordinated the projects. Juan always kept me updated on progress. As 'surprises' happened, Juan got teams to address it. Our biggest surprise was rotting carpet and damaged subflooring. Juan's team removed and replaced the damaged carpets and subfloor. Originally, I was only going to replace the carpets; but Juan persuaded me to go with Pergo floors instead. I LOVE-LOVE the colors of the new floors and I'm so happy Juan suggested it. We picked out most of the colors for painting the rooms, but asked Juan for suggestions on some rooms. The house looks 100% better with the new paint throughout and the new flooring in a couple rooms. We will definitely use HPR again. In fact, their newest project here will be to remove a window and install a slider in its place.

AWe were very pleased with the results, particularly in the kitchen. The price was reasonable, about in the middle of the bids we got. There was little over-run in the price, and that was mainly due to unexpected problems with the house. The quality of the work was high. We were given a schedule and except for a few instances caused by things out of their control, they stuck to the schedule. Anything that wasn’t working out the way I expected, Marcellino Garza worked with me to get it right. Great care was taken that there was no incidental damage to the rest of the house as they moved supplies & equipment around. Communication was good. The workmen were all courteous, and there were no language difficulties. The crew was generally helpful. Cleanup each day was excellent.

ATim and his crew did an amazing job, he said 8 weeks for the remodel. I did not believe him, but he was on time to the day! This happened with the Coronavirus happening part way through. His contractors were very respectful and worked safely! I actually kind of miss them😁. We have already called Tim for a few other projects.
