Cleaned four large vertiglides (Hunter Douglas honeycomb blind that pulls left to right or vice versa) and one (very large) Luminette.

Brian was referred to me by a Hunter Douglas specialist whom I trusted. I called him one day and he returned my call the next day. We settled on a mutually convenient date for the next week. He arrived exactly on time, examined the blinds to be cleaned, then set up a staging area in the foyer. He masked everything behind the blinds and cleaned them without removing them from the windows. The vertiglides were done relatively quickly, but the luminette was a very labor intensive job, requiring several hours. The blinds had never been cleaned before and were about 12 years old. They look as good as new now.

In-home cleaning of valences

Business owner arrived on time, provided a quote, masked off the surrounding walls and windows to provide protection during the cleaning process, cleaned the valences, and then cleaned up after himself. He was friendly and helpful and did a very nice cleaning job. It was ideal to find a service where the cleaning could be done in my home within a few hours without removing the valences.

My valances did not have to be removed. Brian covered my windows and surrounding area to apply the cleaner. The residual moisture that he removed from the material was just as dirty as I suspected the valances were!!! When he finished he removed all debris and left the windows and area perfectly clean. The valances were only slightly damp and dried rapidly. The cleaning fluid had a mild smell but dissipated within hours.

I have valances that are stapled to a flat board. To take them apart to clean would require the designer to come put them back together again, they were expensive the first time and sure didn't want to do that.NW On-Site Shade & Drapery Cleaning was recommended to me and I met with Brian Schrantz for a bid. I was pleased with his presentation and professionalism so agreed to have him come into my home to clean these valances.Brian arrived promptly on the day and time agreed and went to work. The result is magnificent!!! I am pleased with the quality AND the cost!!!!!

I was looking for a company that would clean our pleated living room drapes. Their bid was a little high so I decided to just vacuum the drapes myself and see if that would suffice. They seemed very knowledgeable however and if I would call them again.
