    AshBea Property Management LLC
Suzanne was extremely nice when we were looking at the home, and as soon as we gave her the deposit, she changed. She treated us like criminals. The house was in need of repairs and she repaired as little as she could. She advertised that it had a lovely fireplace and we moved in Dec and it was not working, she said she would have it fixed in May, maybe. We advised her that the furnace needed attention, she refused and the on the coldest day of the year the heat went out. I missed two days of work in the cold for repairman and we were not even offered heater or to stay in a hotel. Needless to say, we got out the lease. AVOID at all cost. She is not nice. Also, she charged us to reclean the house even though I spent 8HOURS and it was spotless. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON. DO NOT RENT FROM HER. She will treat you like a piece of dirt. They advertised for yard service. There was NONE. THE GRASS WAS BLACK, THE WEEDS OUT OF CONTROL. AVOID

    Property Rental People
Property People are great to work with. I have a house in Boise in which I grew up in. For work purposes I had to move away for Boise but I dont want to sell the house at this time. Property People helped me get renters into my house so I can continue to pay the Mortgage and make an additional profit. They are very professional and do a great job on choosing good renters for my house.

It was great, I called and Tascha answered professionally. We setup a time that I could come in and she spent quite some time working with me. I think she is the new owner. She is awesome, I'll be scheduling more sessions with her in the future. $60 for an hour of her time and she was very patient.

Unresponsive, shoddy maintenance, some reported property conditions(black mold) and sketchy tenants in properties could be considered dangerous. Management does not respond to phone calls or messages.

HelloTech: Tech Support To Your Door
First appointment came and went with no one showing up. I called and tried to find out what happened and was told the tech person said I lived too far away. (?) With no apology, they set up a new appointment. This time the appointment was kept and the tech person was wonderful. Then the notices of non-payment started coming. Since I had paid through Angie's List already, I contacted Hello Tech, and was told each time to "just ignore the bills". I contacted Angie's List and they contacted the company for me as well. Not sure what the problem was, but really, $129 for 30 minutes worth of work should have garnered better customer service. I don't think I would do business with the company again, but I would hire the tech that came out in a minute! :)

HelloTech: Tech Support To Your Door
The tech, Wylie, was a nice and polite young man who did a good job of installing the mount to the wall. He did not understand the Dish Network however, and had to look up the connections with the remote on Dish's online support. He also left a giant cord dangling from the tv to the wall, explaining that he did not know how to hide it in the wall and that I would need another contracter to do that work. The deal I purchased made it sound as if all that was included in the $129. Then I was double charged on my credit card and had to call Hello Tech 6 times to get it resolved. Their automatic phone system is difficult --cut me off after being on hold for 15 minutes. I finally got a very young sounding female who said she would have the accounting department contact me. They did refund the extra charge. One of our tv's then did not work at all, but my son-in-law figured it out and fixed it. I would not recommend this company.

Tyler and his crew at Western Construction Systems arrived on time and professionally delivered excellent level of service in retrofitting my foundation to qualify me for lower cost earthquake insurance. The team exhibited the highest degree of mechanical skill and problem solving, as well as great customer service. They came highly recommended by a neighbor who emphasized that they are local, lower cost, professional and reliable. I will trust all future foundation repairs to Western.

    Butler's Custom Sheet Metal, LLC
Butlers Sheet Metal did a couple of projects for us in 2015:

In March 2015, they hand-scrubbed our metal roof, re-sealed screws with caulking, and re-flashed a skylight, requiring custom sheet metal work ... for a total of $665.00; the roof washing line item was $425. (Estimates we received from two other businesses for roof cleaning were $1,295 and $700)

Starting in October 2015, they installed three pipe jacks with boots, and fabricated a sheet metal  fix of an imperfectly-designed RV cover addition to our house, which turned out to be very complicated, requiring two or three return visits.   There are no leaks!   Im sure they lost money on this project.  Cost was $1563.

I recommend them with reservation.  They are a small company, completely devoted to customer satisfaction and quality of their work.

    Lake Oswego Health Center, PC
I arrived in office and was told that only one of the blood tests could be done as I had to have the other test fasting.

They claimed that they left a message on our phone about one blood test should be fasting.  HOWEVER, I never saw that message on our phone neither did my husband.

We drove 80 miles round trip for nothing.  My husband had to take off work to drive me.

Fact is they need to be more service oriented and PROFESSIONAL!

    Portland's Family Movers
This company is dishonest & unprofessional & that's putting it nicely. First they showed up 90 minutes late with no communication. They were ill prepared & inexperienced. We paid for 3 professional movers & got 2 brand new guys & a ' supervisor' who informed us he would need to do more 'teaching & observing' then moving. The U-Haul truck we rented wasn't parked to their satisfaction so the supervisor recklessly jumped in & peeled out without securing the items inside causing our China Cabinet to go flying across the truck. Luckily one of the new guys was able to jump in the back and wedge himself between the cabinet & the wall of the truck to minimize the damage (thankfully he was not injured). The piece was scratched, dented & a piece of the handle broke off. In hindsight I wish we would have stopped them then however we had to be out of our house & had no other option but to continue. They promised they would either fix the damaged cabinet or replace it & that the rest of the move would go smoothly. Unfortunately the day went down hill from there. We were assured this move would take approximately 5 hours (at most). It took over 9. EVERY piece of our furniture was damaged in some way, some minor, some major. A stereo cabinet, bed (headboard & wooden frame), 2 bookcases, dining table & 2 night stands were the most damaged & quite honestly I was heartbroken! We complained before they left due to the cost being substantially more then they had estimated & they reduced the price somewhat. They also tried to make off with some of the furniture pads we rented. Thankfully we were firm in saying we had rented a specific number & wanted that exact amount back. As soon as we realized the extent of all the damage we called the owner/manager Ryan to complain. He was very nice & came to look things over. His repair methods were questionable. He used stain pens & super glue. We weren't thrilled but some of the damaged pieces did look better so we didn't say anything. It was then that he took the broken handle piece with him to see about repairs. We saw him one other time where he continued re-staining & super gluing. At that time he promised us a check for half the value of 1 of the broken bookcases & to bring back & attach the broken handle. After that we got the run around. He would promise to come complete the work & never call or show up. We began to get more & more frustrated. Then all communication stopped. He has hung up on my husband & I when we've called & doesn't return phone calls or emails. He still has the piece to our China cabinet. This move was one of the most stressful things I've ever experienced. The guys that did the actual moving were clearly in over their heads. They had not been trained properly & felt bad about dropping/damaging our stuff. Things are going to happen during a move but this went so far beyond that & the way it was handled afterward was appalling. I would NEVER use this company again & recommend people stay far, far away from them!
