    Claws-N-Paws
We love Claws-N-Paws! We have been taking our dog here for years and they are always so good to her. Today I brought in our bearded dragon and they clipped his nails and did a wonderful job. Melissa was excellent with my beardie and I can tell that all the staff truly love animals. Thanks so much!

    Willamette Valley Animal Hospital LLC
Went ok. Since this vet was taken over, the wait time has gotten terrible. There is always a sign stating they are worki g with a limited number of doctors. My pet and I have waited for an hour once brought into the exam room!

    Puppy Love Grooming
This was our 3rd visit; trying to get an overall feel for the place. The place itself is somewhat un-cared for; not much focus or attention on the building/site/entry/waiting room. The whole feel is very casual; like your messy neighbor's basement. The two previous visits were ok; didn't seem too rushed, dog seemed happy enough and looked fine. Admittedly, I'm too much a perfectionist, but this last visit, his eyebrows weren't even, his hind end wasn't shaved down as usual and I believe his nail trim may have been missed.

    Sunny Paws Grooming
We have two very different types of dogs--a 100+ lb. Newfoundland and a 22 lb. miniature Schnauzer. All of the staff at Sunny Paws were so friendly and excited to groom our dogs. They were conveniently located to where we live; and we were happy about the way their grooming of both our dogs turned out.

    Laura's Laundramutt Grooming
Laura has worked with my dog extensively to get her to be more relaxed and less afraid during the clipping process. My dog has gotten much better, but still goes wild at times. Laura has been extremely patient with her and allows me to hold and comfort my dog while Laura trims her. Laura really cares for all of the dogs she cares for, but I am very thankful for the extra care she gives to my special needs dog.

    Puppy Love Grooming
I have never taken my dog to a groomer before. I researched various places and settled upon this one through Angie's List. I found the service was extreemly satisfying to all. Our dog was very relaxed when we picked him up and clearly had been treated well, our main priority. He was the softest I've ever felt him and I could actually breathe him in and felt completely in love with his fresh scent! I was beyond words when the bill was at least half as much as the other places quoted! I am unable to afford a dog groomer on my budget regularly, however this visit made me think I will do whatever it takes to treat us both to this oh so happy and clean fresh dog once a month!! I am a truly satisfied customer and I know my dog is as well!! (and he has a cute little blue bandana to wear home too!!! Just love this place!)

    The Dog Bark

It is good. They do a good job. Shannon, the owner, is personable, nice and does a good job. While the dog is being groomed they wash the dog; during the dry time the dog can go play with other dogs.

They are very personable and do a great job. I like them. They were recommended to me by a friend so I tried them out. I have been very happy with them. I would use them again. It was a good price. I really like them a lot. They were very understanding of the needs of my older dog and they did a really good job with him.

    Soapy Paws
We are extremely pleased with the what they've done for my dog. Her hair is long and they shaved her up for to allow for better and easier grooming for me. (I'm partially disabled) She always seems so happy and excited when we drop her and when we pick her up. All the ladies there are very friendly and helpful. I'm glad we found Soapy Paws and will continue to use their service!

    Soapy Paws
We've been using Soapy Paws to groom our dog since we moved to Salem last year and have been mostly quite satisfied with the service and results. Today I consulted with the groomer to ask that more be clipped off our dog's hindquarters. She agreed and took the dog. I paused in the reception area to look at her portfolio before leaving and heard myself being loudly ridiculed by her with the other employees. When I returned to pick up our dog I asked her if I had said something today that offended her. She said that I hadn't, so I told her that I had overheard what she'd had to say about me. She said nothing, just looked at me. When I saw our dog I realized that she had given it a puppy clip, a short clip all over rather than the cairn clip she should have had and had been previously given by this groomer. I don't know whether this was done out of vindictiveness, or she just decided on her own to try something new. I didn't object to the new look--for a one time thing--because it was kind of cute, and the coat will grow back. But, the point is that common courtesy--not to mention common sense--would have dictated that a radical change in the appearance of our dog should have been discussed with the owner first. I left the salon quite disgusted with this groomer's insulting behavior. The manager, Summer, did call me later in the afternoon to apologize for Jennifer's behavior. I don't like writing bad reviews, but this was an exceptional case. It makes me wonder how the customer's dog might be treated if the groomer decides that she doesn't like the customer. It's unfortunate that this one person has cost her employer's grooming salon what would have been a loyal, long term customer.
