    RFI LLC
It went great! They fit me right into their schedule, beat the other bids that I got, and did a fantastic job. They were willing to take on whatever I wanted them to do. Will definately use them again.

    Jackson Construction
Very prompt, and provided some ideas about what I wanted to accomplish. Also gave me perspective on the cost to do the work. I appreciated the upfront, straightforward discussion which led me to not move forward with the project. If I had moved forward I would definitely have had Jackson Construction.

    Delgado's construction inc.
The remodel was a smooth process thanks to the knowledge and professionalism of Delgado Construction. I was anxious about the amount of work we were undertaking. The owner Miguel was thorough during this bid visit and helped to put my mind at ease. He delivered on every single item he quoted and then some! I cannot say enough how amazing Delgado Construction is! We have work we plan to do in the future and will absolutely be hiring Miguel and his team again!

    CBI Remodel
Let me start off by saying do not hire this company to do any remodel work for you. They will come into your home just as nice as can be and collect your money to start the project. They will start your project as they claim and show up initially the first time. Then give you a schedule of when and what they will be doing. The excuses will start immediately. Why they cannot be there. Their employees are nice but they will give you all the drama that is going on with the company nonstop. CBI Remodel does not do anything near quality work even if you call it work. We hired them for a Major Master Bath and Master walk-in closet remodel. The plumbing had to be redone twice by another plumber that I had to hire myself. The electrical work was the same way. They would not replace the insulation back into the walls until I complained enough. It took a separate contractor to fix all of the walls that where textured, painted, and patched. They will ask for more money for work they never did. (They will try to get cash from you. Don't do it) Needless to say we had to resolve all of our issues through hiring an attorney. Their website is nothing compared to what you will get when you hire them. Do not believe a word they tell you. I have all the before, during and after pics. I also have all of the text, email and conversations back and forth with them as proof of the horrible work they did on our project and them admitting to it. Too bad you have to give them one star as they are not deserving of that either. In addition check out the Oregon Contractor Control Board and type in their contractors license. Also check out their history.

    3 R's Construction Management LLC
I called 3rs Construction because my old dishwasher had flooded the kitchen, ruined the flooring, and flooded my basement below. We have heard so many terrible stories of insurance companies and bad contractors that we were nervous about how this would end up but when the representative from 3Rs came out he was so courteous and sympathetic for our loss that we knew we had found the right contractor. 3Rs had a crew here working on cleaning up the enormous mess and removing the water and damaged flooring. They were careful around our pets and went out of their way to keep things neat and tidy. The owner got involved to work with my insurance company and he managed to get them to increase the amount they were willing to pay so we could get this project done right. We are so happy with our new kitchen and flooring and happy to say we had a GREAT experience during a difficult time. One of the nice surprises was they would arrive when they said they were going to, stayed on budget not counting the things we added along the way, and were very professional. We couldnt have been happier with how fast the work was done and the quality of the work. We are planning to have the deck re-build this summer and definitely will be calling 3Rs Construction to do the work. We would recommend 3Rs to anyone who is asking!

    Leighs Construction Co
93% of 128 all time reviews in 9 years have given Leigh's an 'A', 6% a 'B' a total of  99% happy customers for work performed .  More weight should be given to this number as Leigh's, compared to many providers, does not in
any way ask for a review. They do bend over backwards to please
the customer, their work is outstanding, only the highest quality of
materials such as wood and plywood ? stuff you will no see but
    very important are used.
    About an hour after I
placed a request for a bid thru Angies list, Diane called,
scheduled an appointment for a bid. Jeremy arrived on time and later
that day gave me a bid for labor as I had most of the materials and
supplies. The bid came out lower than I expected. I did my homework
by going to google and asking 'what is the cost of _____ at homewyse
' which takes you to the site where you put in you zip and get a
high and low costs for your area. As I have used Leigh's before
and know the quality of work, I consider this company to be high end
and expected a higher bid. A couple of decades ago, I was once
married to a building contractor in a major city and saw the inside
of this type of business. The one memory which stands out the most
are the smooth talking, con's with faked references who were hired.
Once the incompetence was discovered and these men were let go, they
go on to do bidding for the unsuspecting homeowner with the faked
references. Hiring a legitimate, insured licensed contractor who
will not run off with your money and/or ruin your home can not be
stressed enough. A couple of years ago, Leigh's remodeled 3
bathrooms updating structurally floors, using ceramic and porcelain
tile and did a wonderful job. As I have posted here before, there
was an issue 9 months later, not only did Leigh's respond via phone
quickly, Jeremy himself came to my home and later the issue was
resolved. Most building contractors would not respond this way
unless there was more money to be made. The stress is great on the
contractors side also as an unbalanced nightmare customer can reek
havoc on a good company such as Leigh's.
Having your homeremodeled can be one of the most stressful events. Divorces happen,
families break up and long lasting bad memories can be created. I am
fascinated how Leigh's have their bases covered to eliminate as
much stress as possible. Not only does Jeremy have a good eye in
hiring his skilled employees but I suspect he gives some sort of
'training' or 'talking to' in maintaining a positive attitude and
pleasing the customer as it has been my experience everyone makes the
extra effort to please. They are clean cut, pleasant to b around
and there is a 'twinge' of sadness when the job is completed and
they are gone. Diane, Leigh's office and 'PR' person is also a
major component of this smoothly run business. She is knowledgeable
of the work, very likable, will call every morning informing you of
schedules, what will be done, is available if you need further
communication thru the day and will come to your home to deliver the
contract and scope of work if you do not want to download it via
computer. She sees to it every detail, no matter how small, gets
done. The initial paperwork is simple. If you accept Jeremy's bid,
you will receive a 'scope of work' which details all work to be done
and how much you can spend in materials such as choosing tiles, light
fixtures in order to stay inside the bid. The contract itself is
    also simple and straight forward.

    Rob Miller's Handyman Services

Rob reviewed the job, gave us a bid and scheduled the work. He arrived at the appointed time. He removed the existing wall board, insulated the wall and replaced the old board with new plywood which he cut to fit. He cased the windows and door and calked the areas. He cut the casings and window trim and applied all in a very attractive manner. He does an excellent job of reviewing the job, letting us know what supplies we need to purchase and is accurate in his bid.He is professional in his work and we have been very pleased with all the projects he has worked on for us.

    Rob Miller's Handyman Services
He was very good at being on time, and if unable to do so, he gave me notice. He worked efficiently and did quality work and did not do work that was unnecessary. He cleaned up after himself and we will definitely use him again when needed.

    Best For Less Siding Inc
It took a bit longer than we expected because of extreme heat conditions and extra repairs needed to complete the project properly. The workers were polite and competent, willing to work with us on scheduling and special requests, craftsmanship was top notch. We did end up picking up scraps of old paper wrap, small pieces of wood and nails, but they took care of the major debris. They were anxious to make sure we were pleased with the results before leaving the project. Great crew to work with!

    Rob Miller's Handyman Services
Rob was very prompt.  He looked at the work to be done, gave us an estimate and on the scheduled day he arrived on time with a helper.  One thing for sure is they worked hard.  It was a hot day but that did not seem to slow them down.  The work was well done and it was done within the time he estimated and the final price was close to the estimate.  Rob is now on my list of folks to call when I need general repair work around the house that I can't or don't want to do.
