I think they did the oil tank removal too, filling in and emptying the oil and checking everything.
They have found the oil had leaked. We had to test and dig holes and go into my basement and find where it leaks along the pipeline from the old furnace to the wall. They had to do it and did some testing. They found out that there was additional leakage. They come out and there was a standard fee for that and for the drilling and holes. I don't have anything to compare them too. They had good reviews from other places even the government had recommended them in their list of people who could do that. I felt like I was at their mercy because I didn't have proof that there was leak through there. I had to take their word for it but I'm sure there were. They weren't too careful in replacing the dirt. They had to do it right in the center of my driveway, happily it wasn't paved. They didn't replace the side areas very good too. They took out my rocks that I had as a border along there and I think they buried some of them again, put it down when they put the dirt back in. They were pretty responsive in their later stage. The initial lady, their manager kind of dropped the ball and didn't get back to us on anything. I had to call to her, pretty soon, I found out that she was fired. Then a guy took over and I was all happy. I think I saw some other complaints like that. I think it was just that one lady that was an issue. I think they were on time. They came and they did what they did on a later dates when they said they would. They seem to be running around and doing what they're supposed to do. I think I would use them again. She was quite helpful and everything but she just did not get back to me.
