Needed tub installed and wall behind it

Wall looks pretty good but due to a "miscommunication" from the sales consultant I have been left with a tub that's been installed floating an inch and a half above the ground with only sheetrock screws holding it in the air. also no drain or overflow hooked up. contact with the local office has brought no resolution or attempt to make thing rite.

Installed new tub, surrounding walls, and new hardware.

The sales person, plumber and installer were all very professional. The work was done in less then a day and it looks fantastic. Several neighbors came over when they left to see what I had done and were very impressed by the work. I now have a beautiful bath room that I am so proud to show people.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional! Called for estimate and to schedule bathtub lining/refinishing. Appointment was for 7:00 PM and I arrived at 6:45 PM.

I was to meet the estimator at a rental property and when I approached from the side street corner, one house away, I could already smell the very offensive cigar smoke and see that he had parked on the sidewalk blocking both a very highly used sidewalk and bike lane on a major street. Parking on the street is clearly marked illegal and with heavy traffic endangers everyone. When I approached the car, the smoke was overwhelming. He made some comment about waiting, (I was 15 minutes early) and there wasn't any place to park. Well, the block is only 5 houses long and plenty of parking on either side street or across the street on the side street. Residents and service people have been managing since the homes were built in the 1940's. There was no way I was going to talk to, stand by, or let someone so rude and smelling so offensively in any property of mine nor trust someone so unprofessional making such poor decisions with a job. I wouldn't have even taken a smelly card if he had offered. I left. Yes, I should have taken photos but I am a half a generation away from that being my first thought. And, now, I have to find someone else, make another appointment and give notice to my lovely tenants and start over. Still angry!

Installed new bathtub and tub surround, new fixtures.

Sales person, installer, and all office staff were very professional. They explained options well, and they were punctual and hard working. The new bathtub and tub surround were installed in a matter of hours. The installer did a super job. Bathroom looks great !

They remodeled the hall bathroom, they took out the tub and put in a full shower.

They were prompt on their arrival, came through and told us how things were going at different stages of the remodel, the employees we dealt with were extremely polite. Overall these guys and gals are AMAZING!! We will be using them again when we remodel the master bath.

removed old tub; installed stub-wall and shower.

demolition was loud (breaking up the old tub in-place) but efficient. unforeseen was the need to replace the resultant leaking toilet wax ring. demo was day one; install was day two; complete. both workman were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. both had bath fitters i.d. after the install, one minor adjustment was necessary which was quickly scheduled and resolved. some balkyness with getting paperwork/information from the company once the work was completed. product: very good workmanship: outstanding

Removed shower wall and tub. Raised shower head, installed acrylic walls, tub and shelves. Added grab bars.

Initially we received a number of bids for replacing the plastic shower walls with tile but not replacing the bathtub. We learned about Bath Fitter from a booth at the fair where we received a $500 coupon. Their selection of wall and tub selections is large, including walls with a tile-like pattern. Not having to deal with cleaning grout was very appealing. Bath Fitter is one of the companies that offers bathtub inserts, but for a nominal fee will replace tubs with a brand new tub. They use acrylic for their tubs and walls, which is very easy to clean. Although their price was higher than the other bids we received, they also replaced our chipped bathtub, would remove any mold that they found, and give us new shower and faucet hardware. We are thrilled with our new shower and bathtub!

We had Bath Fitters reline a bathtub in one bathroom and replace a corner shower in another. Bath Fitters was very responsive and punctual with their consultation and installation.

Although things generally went well, we do not think that the final product has a durable or high-end look as was outlined. We replaced the shower because the old one leaked, not long after install, the new one leaked too. Bath Fitters came out and caulked the shower door. This helped, but we still have periodic leakage. They said to let them know if it isn't fixed, but we aren't enthused about continuing to have them out. As an aside, the corner unit caulking was not done in a very attractive manner. For the reline of the bathtub, don't do it! We should have ripped the old tub out. With the lining over the old tub, there is give in the floor, depending where you step. A good point - we had them come out and add another corner shelf to the tub. Our kids have a lot of different hair products and it was nice to add the extra shelf so there is plenty of space for their shampoos. Although the jobs were serviceable and the people were helpful, we don't recommend going this and quot;faceliftand quot; route.

They tore out our existing shower enclosure and inserted a bath fitter shower enclosure.

The worker that came out was friendly and thorough. But left our bathroom full of dust and grit. We had agreed upon a set time but was told there was a problem had the call bath fitters several times to get it straightened out. WAY over priced! Bad customer service. I would not recommend this company to any one!

We had Bathfitters remove a 22 year old shower and replace with a new unit. They quoted a two day turn around on this installation and met their committment.

This job went well overall, they arrived on time the first day and did the tear down of our old shower, there was one problem with a tiny cut in the water pipe during the demolition, but was fixed and functional before they left. Next day the plumber arrived on time and made the necessary plumbing modifications in preparation for new shower installation. After the plumber was done the installer began, he finished the job before the day was over, cleaned up all the mess and hauled it away. The materials used was very good quality and looked very nice when completed, there were no major negative issues except for the price which was on the high end for this job.
