I would never recommend a contractor or company that cannot even provide me with an estimate... Having been referred by my local Miller Paint store, I had called Brock at All Pro Painting during the summer to have him bid on painting my small craftsman bungalow. I met him at my home after work and walked him around to discuss the job. As i was also having my roof replaced as well, i was interested...
