for the cost I would have expected much more professional work to be done.  The insulation installed is ok, but half the other work (like door seals) are already coming off, molding is just haphazardly put in and doesn't even line up.  The plasterboard patches on the ceiling looks like a patch job my husband would do and last but not least, I have not noticed any energy savings, the living room is...

The results of their work were excellent.  Prior to their work, we could not keep the temperature in our house above 55 degrees during winter arctic blasts (outdoor temperatures in the teens and 20s).  After they sealed and insulated our house (where needed), we were able to maintain indoor temperatures in the upper 60s and lower 70s during the coldest of weather.  The owner of the company was ver...

Abacus never completed the audit report as promised. They were more interested in our household income, credit status, how much and when we wanted to spend money to do home energy improvements.
