    We have used this company and number of times almost always with good results.  They  have arrived  usually a few minutes earlier than scheduled and always got us where we needed to go on time., and were waiting when our flight arrived at the airport.
    and will help with the bags usually without being asked.  The drivers have always been courteous.

    Vince is who you want to talk to and he is amazing. They really know their stuff. It is the only place my husband will take our boat. We've been taking the boat to them since 1993. We've always used them for service since they started because of the quality, the service and Vince. They found us a good used boat trailer in December so it was half the cost of a new one. They reconfigured it so it would fit our boat and our garage. Now we've needed 2 new engines in the last 2 weeks.

    in They arrived exactly as planned. Totally friendly, courteous and professional. No problems on the drive. we didn't have any unexpected thefts while we were gone too!!! I mention this because in the past I had theft break in's in my house while I was vacationing. I arranged for pickup when we returned and they were ready and waiting, I had VM even when I turned on my cell as the plane taxi'd to the runway. They were GREAT! If you don't use them you are waiting for problems! I will NOT disclose my inlaws house address, as that is where we all 4 were picked up... for security reasons and permissions to disclose their address.

    Cozy Cove Beach Front Resort Inn
    We recently booked a room at the Cozy Cove.  We were looking for a nice romantic getaway for the two of us.  We came across their rooms with large tubs, and a view of the ocean.  After calling and speaking with the lady about what we where looking for, something quiet, relaxing, nice and clean, we booked a room.  When we arrived we were a little shocked by how old and outdated everything was, especially for the price.  We told ourselves that it probably wasn' that bad, just had not had any updating.  We were really looking forward to sitting in the tub and enjoying the view.  However we were told that we had to fill the tub until the hot water ran out and let it sit until the water heater had hot water again.  This does not make for an enjoying soak when you are not able to fill the tub all the way, and your water cools off while you wait for more hot water.  The TV was so old and out dated and did not work proerly, and was hard to hear.  To watch a movie we were told that we could check out a VCR and select from a small, very outdated, selection of VHS movies.  After we came back from dinner we realized we forgot toothpaste.  I went down to the front desk thinking I could get a small travel size, as any hotel carries, and was told they do not have anything like that.  We were also told that if we wanted ice we needed to bring our bucket down to the front desk before 10 pm, as they close at 10 pm, and after that we are on our own.  We went back to our room and attempted lying on the bed.  The mattress sank way down as if it was an origianl form many years ago and was very lumpy.  The pillows were so flat that I am not sure why we had any.  I was so frusturated by this point that I called another Hotel, just down the road, and was able to get a wonderful suite, with view, large soaking tub, for less than half the price of Cozy Cove.  We promptly drove to the other Hotel and had a wonderful nights sleep.  When we went back to the Cozy Coze the next morning to return our key and "check out" I asked for a comment card.  The lady at the front desk laughed and stated that they do not have anything like that.  I started telling her how unpleasant the room was and that we stayed somewhere else.  She just looked at me with a blank stare, asked me to wait, and started answering the phone.  We will not stay here again.

    We contacted broadway Taxi early in the day to reserve a van for a family with 3 small children headed to the airport. The woman on the phone was very helpful as I explained the need for space and plenty of time. She also explained to me that there was a window of time around desired pick up, so I scheduled the taxi early to allow for this. The taxi was an hour and 10 minutes late to pick us up. I kept calling and was told repeatedly it was on his way. The taxi was not even dispatched until 30 minutes after our desired pick up time. Not once were we informed of the late factor or lack of availability to meet our schedule so that we could make alternate arrangements. I was told by dispatch that "it was not his problem as he was just coming on duty". I have never been so disgusted with a taxi service, and we have done an extensive amount of traveling. We barely made our plane. If I had not allowed for so much extra time, we most certainly would have missed our flight.

    It went great. I brought along a sale kit that I had, and they took the time to install it so I could see how it all works. Took them a while and did not charge for their time. I felt I got good advice on other components that I purchased.

    The owner, Pat, is very personable and helpful. He went out of his way to obtain information regarding a parking pass for the Clark County Amphitheater. (The Amphitheater is notorious for one to two hour end-of-concert traffic jams.) The driver, Liam, was very cordial and courteous. He phoned ahead to advise that he was on the way my home. He arrived punctually with a Clark County Amphitheater YES parking pass in hand. The car was stocked with bottled water and ice. This was my first experience renting a limousine. It was a very positive experience.

    It went very well, and I was very impressed with the quality of work and with their honesty. It would have been easy for them to do other work on items that may not have needed repair since the gas that had been in the boat for 3 years could easily have made a mess of these components. (The only thing I did right was add gas stabilizer 3 years ago). Tom determined that these components were actually, to my surprise, fine. He did everything necessary to get the boat running properly, and it ran great the other weekend. I'm new to boating, and they also took the time to go over various items on the boat, even though they didn't sell it to me. These guys are really worth seeking out for your repairs or service.
