    Jaid Smith Piano Service
My piano is pretty old, and might not have been tuned for 20 years. Jade cleaned it out, repaired a broken key pedal, spent copious amounts of time carefully tuning it. The piano sounds wonderful now. Good job Jade!

    Redefyne Moving & Storage
Move went extremely well - Austin, Jamison, and Eric were hard-working and friendly. Randy was great at answering all my crazy before-move questions. Process was smooth with no issues. I would highly recommend them!

    Hood View Graphics
I've been using Cheri & Denis for several years. They are the best around! From the starting point of helping with a design or logo to printing out the items such as jackets, t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweat pants, chair backs, bags and banners they are so helpful and will sit down with you to come up with the best looking end product. Every one of the above products has turned out great and I get wonderful compliments.

The quality of the products they use are great and the pricing is so affordable.

I highly recommend Hood View Graphics and give them a 10+!!! They are my go to designers every time.

    Dish Network Oregon City
I have been with them for many years. The quality of their cable service is not that great. Their punctuality is good. They could get their prices right and when you call there not to talk to somebody in another country. You always have to talk to somebody in another country and that is stupid. I would continue using them right now unless I find somebody better.

    DOUBLE S ENTERPRISES

I enjoyed working with Steve.  We needed a sturdy and functional rail for the front entry of our house.

Steve provided samples and options and created a continuous rail starting at the lower step, wrapping around and up the steps to the front door.  It is functional, sturdy and artfully done.

One thing that was helpful, Steve fabricated the rail, but before it was finished, he brought it to our house and held it up so we could verify it was what we envisioned and make any adjustments.

    Super Friends Moving - Portland
From the first inquiry into them, they had a fast response time as well as being very helpful. Great customer service and excellent communication. It was one of the easiest deliveries we have ever had. Our client had purchased a $5000 Custom Solid Black Walnut Slab Table from us, they were from Seattle and we are located in Oregon City, OR. We shipped their crate to a freight company in Seattle where Super Friends picked up the crate, disposed of the packaging material, delivered to our client and assembled the solid wood table-top which was a couple hundred pounds to the base.
It was incredible to be able to trust a company on Angie's list like Super Movers with such precious cargo. Our reputation was on the line and our client couldn't have been more pleased with the guys who delivered and set-up her table. Having a White Glove Service option for our out of town clients in an excellent way to provide top-rated service. It is a relief to know I don't have to spend hours finding who we are going to use next time we need a delivery and set-up in Seattle. We look forward to working with Super Friends Movers again.

    Maghinay Investigations LLC
During the court hearing the investigator brought up confidential information one the 4 people she was hired to investigate by my daughters ex-husband in an attempt to get soul custody of the child. The people that were investigated and brought up in count were my daughter, her fiance, and my husband. When the report was thrown out by the judge due to circumstantial  and hear say evidence. Once that was done the investigator then called the fiances mother and started to be slanderous to her about my daughter. She was highly unprofessional and breach confidential information to those that were not purvey to that information. She also called my daughter's fiance ex-wife to try and dig up some information and try to get her to say that he harassed or abusive to her.

    Alameda Metalworks
Initially it took some effort to get the principal to come out and scope our project. He thought the metal was OK but severely rusted, and offered an estimate of what was needed to do the job.
When the crew came to remove the railing, while slow, they seemed competent. I even emailed the owner telling him I thought the crew was very conscientious. But when it came time to do the hard part, remove the balcony, at that point communication started breaking down and the crew started complaining. As an engineer, I had some sound advice on how to proceed but they chose to do it their way. OK, it got done.
I should have done more diligence. The company I think is geared towards artsy-fartsy metal work, not real production work. Their shop doesn't even have an overhead crane for lifting! Had I known this I'd have chosen a more professional, production oriented outfit.
Along the way I was told how great their welders were, how clean their beads. The final product I have has some nasty beads, and they never ground off the splatter. So all the talk of extremely talented workers was B.S., at least in regards my project. They did some parts pretty well, but not without a lot of back and forth that wasn't necessary.
Sadly, they also wanted to work to whatever schedule they dreamed up, ignoring multiple emails regarding the schedule and my drop dead dates. It took a letter from our legal counsel to get them to finish the project.
We grew so frustrated we hired another outfit to re-install the railing, balcony, and stairs.
If you have a small artsy type project, like a small hand rail or gate, they might be a good outfit, but I would check with several other firms. You can probably do better. They are not setup to do a large project of any kind.
In hindsight I should have gotten a fixed price, and set deliverable dates with penalties for missing deadlines.

    RJO Construction
This is the 2nd time that I have used Backyard Construction Co.  I called them up to get an estimate on installing a play set that I purchased through Costco.  They gave me an estimate over the phone.  The price sounded good so I went ahead and booked it.  They were about a week out for scheduling which I was fine with.  They should up on time the day of install.  They explained what they were going to do and clearly asked questions on where we wanted the play set and how we wanted it oriented.  Ryan and Dylan were the installers and they were both very friendly.  They estimated that it would take them 8 hours to install the set.  To my surprise they finished in about 7.  They were very professional and the play set turned out amazing.  I could not have asked for a better crew to have it installed.  Thank you Backyard Construction.
