    OC Drain Service, LLC
Tyler explained everything he was doing, and I didn't feel like he was recommending things I didn't need. He gave us a fair price and was efficient in unclogging our drains. I will definitely use him again!

    DRAIN AWAY ROOTER
We had a flooded basement. Many of our drains appeared to be clogged. The bathtub, washing machine and other appliances were leaking....Matt V. was very polite, understanding and professional. He was also friendly and easy to talk to. He wasted no time getting to work and was a great listener. He evaluated and understood our issue immediately and was very quick to suggest possible solutions. He carefully explained options to us and their individual likely success. He was quick, did not waste time, worked very, very hard, and checked frequently to see if we were happy with his progress and plan. He did everything right! This man was not only a very hard worker, but very confident, kind, smart and pleasant. The amount we were charged was very reasonable considering his knowledge and time spent...and he fixed our issue. I would hire Matt again in a heartbeat...and for that matter, anyone from Drain Away Rooter! Thank you, Matt! Congratulations Drain Away Rooter! You are Great! Jean

    All Star Plumbing and Drains
Not well. I originally called because of decreased water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom. I was told that the house needed re-plumbing, since the 1950 system was still in place. Work was scheduled to start on 20 Aug, then 29 Aug, and finally 4 Sep. I was notified of these delays either the day before, or on the day. The main job went OK, but the devil was in the details! 1) I noticed that no water was getting to the dishwasher (which was full of dirty dishes). When I called to report this, Mr. Barrow told me to go downstairs to the water heater and turn a certain valve that he had forgotten. When I did, it started leaking. He told me that he couldn't get there that day to fix it,(although he lives in the neighborhood and said it would take a couple of minutes.) He said he would come the next day (Sunday) when I let him know I was home from church services. I called the next day, but got no answer. I called again 4-5 hours later, left another message. I had a class that evening, and when I got home Mr. Barrow had left me a message that he was sitting outside my house at that point but he left when I didn't answer the phone. I still had a dishwasher full of dirty dishes. I called again the next day, and he eventually showed up and tightened the valve. He told me that his van had broken down over that weekend, but he didn't extend the courtesy of a phone call to explain. 2) He told me I needed a ground wire installed by an electrician, which took a permit that he obtained for me. Then he said that I would need an inspection, which delayed things further. When I expressed some frustration with this, Mr. Barrow told me "Well, that's the way it is and you just have to accept it. You're lucky to get an electrician or a plumber at all!" (another reminder of how "slammed" he was with work.) I don't need to be lectured by someone to whom I have paid $10,000+ for a job. As far as being "slammed" (his word), I am a retired nurse practitioner and would never have dreamed of addressing any of my clients in that tone, no matter how frantic my day was. 3) At some point, it had been necessary to dig in the front yard to uncover the pipes coming into my property. He told me that it would be filled back in when the ground wire was done. I emailed him when this was finished. Days went by with no response. I emailed again (20 Sep) voicing my concerns about the hole in my front yard, AND about the fact that the original problem (low water pressure) was not resolved. Eight days later, I got an email saying that he would be by "next week" to finish up. I have not heard from him since.

A Cut Above Sewer and Drain
Excellent. Prior scoping suggested a solution but James found it to be something entirely different. He efficiently cleared a massive blockage and reestablished drainage. The end result was better than before and done at a lower price than other bids. Thank you James.

    M P Plumbing Co
The plumber called and talked with me about the problem prior to his visit. I was able to tell him the name of the shower parts that were visible. Upon arrival, then, he was able to find the problem right away. The shower was about 20 years old, and several parts were starting to fail. He had compatible parts with him, installed them, verified to me that the problem was solved, and was subsequently on his way in 45 minutes. Wow!

    LIL STINKY ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICE
If pumping a septic tank needs to be permitted, I didn't take care of that, they did. I didn't have any complaints. They did what they were suppose to do without tearing up the grass. They did their job well. They came when they said they would.

    LIL STINKY ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICE
I am an owner, builder. When we installed it in 1983, it wasn't the one I wanted but we were under the gun with the weather so I opted to have the installer do that one, with the idea in mind that it (the steel tank) has a limited life 20 to 25 years is about max. They did what they said they were going to do. Their fee was about medium price as far as everybody else. They came out really quick. I called and he came out the same day. That is pretty unusual this time of year because everyone is really, really busy.

    IN YOUR HOME
In Your Home did a fantastic job! All employees were friendly, courteous, punctual, and respectful. All employees were skilled and reliable, thanks to Rich, Pat, Michael, Mike, Joe. I'd like to recognize Rich, he was amazing. He worked tirelessly every day, and his craftsmanship is top notch. There was water damage under the tub, the house is 1979 vintage. Once the bathroom was gutted, it became clear that the water damage affected the subfloor. The subfloor was 2x6+, not available off the shelf. Rich created, on the fly, tongue n groove replacement boards. Rich did all the elements of the remodel, added windows, carpentry, plumbing, dry wall, flooring, tiling, and all the finish work. We are very happy with both bathrooms. We recommend In Your Home to anyone looking for honest, competent, and reliable home improvement specialists. We, feel the $11,000 for both bathrooms was well worth the investment.
