We love Donna and her crew! They are the best in town. Donna has been grooming our Cocker Spaniel (Buddy) since he was a puppy. We are always impressed with the professionalism and the attention we get when we arrive and Buddy can  be a little challenging to deal with but Donna is able to do an excellent job grooming him.

    Pampered Paws Grooming LLC
Donna did an excellent job on both of my pets and is very receptive to the different needs that both of them have. Her grooming is not a standard grooming technique because she asks, and listens to any special needs your pets may have. I like to have my schnauzers beard trimmed shorter than normal, we live in the country and she picks up EVERYTHING, she is nose to the ground as soon she goes out.  She also trims up my pomeranian so there is not messy back seat problems with his tail an back quarters clean and short. Their needs change from season to season and Donna is always there to ask and listen and do what is needed, Love her!

    EMBARKADERO
It was no charge. I'm a client there. If you're an active client, they let you come in at no charge. I give tips. If you're a client there, they'll trim nails at no charge between visits. She's older and they're very caring.

    EMBARKADERO
We have a 12 yo German Shepherd. They have a double coat. About this time of year they shed and it's a nightmare. Embarkadero staff are kind to our dog, walk her, and take her out for a potty breaks. Very caring staff. They offer periodic nail trims to clients at no charge. They fit us in and make sure they don't have other large breed dogs at the same appt time.

Tanya in the grooming salon is excellent. I've been taking my nervous Pomeranian to her for the past year, and she always does a wonderful job, grooming him exactly how I requested. Plus, my dog is so relaxed when I bring him in to see her now, so that's an extra bonus. I highly recommend her.

THE DOG CLUB OF WEST LINN
Our dog loves it there. She loves being with the other dogs. The people that run the place are very good, friendly, and up beat. They seem happy to see your pet. Which is very nice. They give report cards that have any problems that may have occurred; they also give positive feed back. Which is encouraging and they take good care of the dogs. She comes home tired and happy. I think their price is pretty good.

    Washn Roll Mobile Pet Grooming
Contacted this company after reading Angie's list reviews. I was going to use another company but decided on Wash and Roll since they were local and had such good grades. We are so glad we did. We are used to taking our 2 dogs to a groomer that is 30 minutes away from our home. I am very picky about who grooms them as we have had bad experiences before. I hate leaving them at the groomers almost as much as they hate being left! Having other dogs come in for their appointments while mine are waiting to be groomed or drying is very stressful for them. Mobile grooming seemed like a perfect solution and so we tried it.
The groomer arrived within the 2 hour window appointment time and met with our dogs inside the house. We discussed the typr of cut we wanted for each dog ( Border Collie and an Australian Shepherd ), the dogs both went out readily with the groomer and were both done in 2 hours. They both looked and smelled great and their cuts were perfect - not easy to do with either of these breeds. The best recommendation I can give the groomer is that as soon as the dogs were back in the house and the groomer turned to leave, they were both wanting to leave with her! If that isn't high praise from the direct customer i don't know what is!

    Townhouse Pet Care
It has been extrodinarily good. I have a dog that is difficult to groom because of his coat and they have always taken the time, no matter how bad his coat is, to get him clean and get him groomed appropriately. My dog is a goldendoodle and I would recommend them for very curly haired dogs.

    Washn Roll Mobile Pet Grooming
I was very concerned about the matting problem that had developed since I took in a wild male cat and began the taming process. His mats were partially there already when I took him in, and got worse in no time. I took him to the vet once to get a couple shaved off, because they were knotted so close to his skin. But the trip to the vet was a nightmare, as kitty was hyperventilating the whole way there, while there, and the whole way home as if his death were imminent. I didn't want to keep him so terrified, but he wouldn't allow normal grooming. I found Wash n Roll's name on Angie's List and e-mailed to set up an appointment. I got several e-mails reassuring me that they could work with a semi-wild cat, but communication was spotty by phone at first. I had trouble getting the appointment scheduled, but to be fair, the winter storm hit just as we were trying to set this up, and they got backed up when the roads were not passable. After the storm cleared, the communication was prompt and reliable. They made an appointment with me very soon, on a Saturday, which I needed. They gave me a two hour window for when the groomer would be here, and she was here in the first half hour they predicted. She was wonderful. My cat was thrown off being taken outside in my arms, because he is no longer allowed outside. But he was so thrown off that he didn't seem to realize what was happening enough to fear it. The groomer brushed him very professionally, and he wasn't scared at all. She let me decide whether to continue on with an effort at a bath and blow dry. She did those tasks extremely adeptly, and my cat only experienced a little fear when he started to get wet. He calmed down fairly quickly, and seemed to enjoy the attention, other than the bath part. I was blown away at how well my kitty adapted to the groomer. She definitely was an expert and an animal lover. The cat could tell. I was just thrilled with her work, and so relieved not to have to put my cat through another harrowing trip to the vet. She got all the mats out. She was so thorough that he still doesn't have a single mat several weeks later, even though he still won't let me groom him. I think Wash n Roll does an invaluable service, professionally and reliably. I highly recommend them!
