  • When we contacted Muir, we were told that they do not do small jobs (such as ours), however some of their workers are always looking for work on the side and they would have someone give us a call. A couple of days later Ricardo called and said he would like the work. He came by, gave us a reasonable quote, and came the next Saturday (thankfully a dry day) and did the work. He had draped covering over the shrubs and the wind had increased and caused some of the plastic to brush into the paint before it was dry. When Ricardo came to retrieve the tarps he saw the damage and arranged to come back later and re-do the damaged areas. He did this last Saturday and the job looks great. Thanks, Ricardo!

  • The project went well. Bid was competitive. I chose this company because they could put several people on the job and complete it in one day. Carlos and his hard-working crew of 2 arrived right on time--8:30 am Saturday morning. Within an hour they had all the protective taping and wrapping done. We were using the same colors of paint as previously so only one coat was needed in each color. By 2:00 pm they had finished the job, cleaned up and left. It was great to have this done so quickly and we could put the room back together the very next day. Pleasant, professional and personable.

  • Excellent! Ben's replaced our propane heater and AC unit with a dual fuel propane furnace and heat pump. The sales / engineering representative measured air-flow throughout the house and made recommendations for some modifications and quoted several systems. They hit the right price point for the system we were looking for and we scheduled installation. The techs were here on time, the work went as scheduled, and everything was done to our satisfaction. Everybody we worked with from sales, installation, and the office were wonderful.

  • I could not be more impressed with Muir Painting. Dan was an excellent communicator through the process, keeping me posted on timing and the next steps. The work crew did excellent work and left almost no evidence they were even at the house. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Muir Painting for a painting project.

  • The whole project was handled very well. It was handled as part of an insurance claim and the entire team including Brian did an excellent job ensuring all the paperwork and documentation was done to maximize the benefit from insurance. Highly impressed and would hire again.

  • Carla is great! They clean our 3 bedroom/3 bath home monthly as there are only 2 of us. Very nice, professional and she brings a team with her so they're in and out quickly which is what I like as I work from home. I would recommend her and her team highly!

  • Not well. I originally called because of decreased water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom. I was told that the house needed re-plumbing, since the 1950 system was still in place. Work was scheduled to start on 20 Aug, then 29 Aug, and finally 4 Sep. I was notified of these delays either the day before, or on the day. The main job went OK, but the devil was in the details! 1) I noticed that no water was getting to the dishwasher (which was full of dirty dishes). When I called to report this, Mr. Barrow told me to go downstairs to the water heater and turn a certain valve that he had forgotten. When I did, it started leaking. He told me that he couldn't get there that day to fix it,(although he lives in the neighborhood and said it would take a couple of minutes.) He said he would come the next day (Sunday) when I let him know I was home from church services. I called the next day, but got no answer. I called again 4-5 hours later, left another message. I had a class that evening, and when I got home Mr. Barrow had left me a message that he was sitting outside my house at that point but he left when I didn't answer the phone. I still had a dishwasher full of dirty dishes. I called again the next day, and he eventually showed up and tightened the valve. He told me that his van had broken down over that weekend, but he didn't extend the courtesy of a phone call to explain. 2) He told me I needed a ground wire installed by an electrician, which took a permit that he obtained for me. Then he said that I would need an inspection, which delayed things further. When I expressed some frustration with this, Mr. Barrow told me "Well, that's the way it is and you just have to accept it. You're lucky to get an electrician or a plumber at all!" (another reminder of how "slammed" he was with work.) I don't need to be lectured by someone to whom I have paid $10,000+ for a job. As far as being "slammed" (his word), I am a retired nurse practitioner and would never have dreamed of addressing any of my clients in that tone, no matter how frantic my day was. 3) At some point, it had been necessary to dig in the front yard to uncover the pipes coming into my property. He told me that it would be filled back in when the ground wire was done. I emailed him when this was finished. Days went by with no response. I emailed again (20 Sep) voicing my concerns about the hole in my front yard, AND about the fact that the original problem (low water pressure) was not resolved. Eight days later, I got an email saying that he would be by "next week" to finish up. I have not heard from him since.

  • Service was excellent. Tech showed up when they said he would, was very congenial, and got the job done quickly and proficiently. He also offered some advice on another potential issue that he noticed while performing the work.

  • Excellent. Prior scoping suggested a solution but James found it to be something entirely different. He efficiently cleared a massive blockage and reestablished drainage. The end result was better than before and done at a lower price than other bids. Thank you James.

  • I have been a client with Perfect House Cleaning for about 3 years now. Christine, the owner, takes her business very seriously. She has been running her business while she battles her 12 yr old's cancer. I am so impressed with how she is able to manage everything. I prefer Christine or Ciera to clean my home, as I am particular and they know exactly how I like my home cleaned. I plan on using Christine's business for more years to come. Christine will be the only one that will contact you for a cleaning estimate, as well as the person you should contact when you have a question. Super proud of Christine for maintaining her business and fighting for her daughter's life. My favorite day of the week is when my girl's have been here. After a long day of work and coming home to a perfectly clean house, can sometimes make you want to cry lol i love lines in my carpet, and vacuum lines in my couch, and all of my towels folded neatly - along with all of my clutter nicely arranged to a good looking clutter pile. What more could I want?! Thank you Christine and Ciera!
