    Doug's Garage Doors
Doug came right over, fixed it at no charge. Seems when I bought a new rig, the rack caught the manual release on the door - was backing out when it slammed down behind me! Doug knew exactly what the problem was and shortened the pull on the release. Thanks Doug!!

Technician and mechanic Justin was very congenial and solved our non-functional garage door issues. Got us up and running with a more powerful and quiet running belt drive Liftmaster. Very satisfied with his work and hauled off the old wore out components.

This company worked hard to get us the best deal on a new garage door and the installation went great. They were friendly, helpful, professional and worked around our schedule. I can't say enough good things about them.

They were fine. They came out right away and took care of it. They did a good job.  It was raining and the rain was coming in the garage. The cost of the service wasn't wasn't bad. It was around $125. They were fine. He came out, did his stuff and left. He did a good job. They showed up right away. He was on time.

It was fine. It seems like the appointment was prompt. Once we needed the service and asked for a date, it was handled promptly and efficiently. It seems to be working fine at this time. It was a very reasonable price.

    Ever-Green Garage Doors
The job was completed as stated. The repairman arrived when he said he would and was very easy going, no pressure to up sell. Went over everything he did and advised of things to consider at some point in the future. I would say Evergreen more than met my expectations and would definitely consider using them in the future.

We have always used Larry's Garage Door service for the past 25 years,  but decided to try this deal on Angie's List.  Every time "Larry" comes out, about every 2 to 3 years, his technician cleans off the rails, runs something down the rails (lubricant?), he oils all the rollers and door hinges, they clean off the garage door window panes and test to see if they are secure and won't fall out, they oil the lock, test the remotes (which could not have been done with today's problems), test the door sensors, check that the rails are secure to the ceiling, check the springs and do whatever needs to be done to that, chain test, and replace the rollers . . .   That's what I call a "tune up."    I usually pay around $99.
Today, when we discovered that the Gear and Sprocket failed . . . I declined the replacement due to not being able to dismantle the climbing wall, BUT I ASSUMED that the rest of the door, rails, rollers, lock, windows, hinges etc. would be serviced.
Nope.  Rollers would be $60 more.  (???  Larry didn't charge us $60 to replace the rollers.)   These didn't need replacement, even though they are about 3 years old.  The lock was "failing" and would cost $40 (granted it is getting old, but even those can be lubed up.  Hinges and windows . . . granted, I can get a can of WD40 and a ladder out . . . but I chose to hire a professional that might notice something I wouldn't.
    That was it.
After the quality of "service", I'm kind of glad the climbing wall stopped the replacement.  I was not impressed with the lack of detail and might have regretted investing in a replacement or a new opener.
We paid $89 to be told the opener failed, to be given a quote for an over priced new garage door opener (new openers range from $129-$269 . . . plus installation of $99).
As my husband said, it would have been kind, to be told that they would be happy to return in a couple weeks after we could move the climbing wall to install and finish the Gear and Sprocket.

Our installer on the home garage door with opener was amazing. Brian took his time and perfectly installed the door and opener. We will be installing the second garage door on our new shop and are confident we will get the same expert install. Dealing with anyone at Oregon City Garage Door is refreshing as they are customer service oriented and are truly wanting to make the buyer's experience a good one. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The install went very well. Our installer Brian did a fantastic job. He showed up on time (same day) and communicated everything he would be doing and went above and beyond my expectations. I love it when I come across a worker with the same level of professional pride as myself. He nailed it. He helped me program the wireless keypad and did a great job cleaning up after himself which included hauling away the old opener. I appreciate a quality job done by a local company. Price quoted was all inclusive.

They were excellent. The job was good. It was good on everything. They did everything like they said they would. They estimated the whole thing. Everything was right the way they said it was supposed to be.
