I found the staff to be friendly and professional. They took the time and made the effort to take care of me. My car looks great and the car was ready when they told me it would be. I would be happy to refer friends and family to them.

I purchased a "Big Deal" from Final Touch Paintless Dent Removal after having being quoted much higher to fix a dent in my car from auto body shops. Jason contacted me right away and came out to my house the same day! My car looks brand new and I can't tell where the dent used to be. The entire process was very quick, only took about 15 minutes total. I would definitely recommend Jason and will not hesitate to contact him again if I need more work done. :)

I had several smaller dents in my hood, the trucks hood looks like new again. I also had two deeper dents in the heavier metal on the front and back fender area which he fixed 90%, Jason worked wonders with my trucks dents and dings, I'm very pleased.

The work was excellent! He was able to repair what the other 2 companies wanted to replace entirely- which would have cost me much more, literally saving me thousands. A very consumate mechanic who is very proud and passionate about his work. It was a nice change of pace to see someone this enthusiastic about their work. Although it is a smaller shop compared to others in the area the work is truly exceptional. I intend on using him again in the future for another vehicle I own, and am confident that he will do amazing work once again.

Inside and outside detailing. Additional cost over advertised price. Cost more for being a dark color, and additional cost for a pickup truck.  Had new wipers installed.  Looked new when we picked it up. We were very pleased.

We have used this auto shop in the past for our driver's side window on my husband's work car. Since we are just trying to keep the thing together for a few more years, we needed a fix, as the window would not stay in the track as you roll it up. Our first experience with them was so good, we decided to use them again. The first fix they tried, did not work on the passenger window. When I took it back in and explained what they had done with the driver's side window (aprox. 18mo. previous) I was told they would take that approach again, and they fixed it with no additional costs, even though much more labor was involved. My only complaint with them this time, was a lack of keeping me informed of the time involved (when they realized they would have to keep it overnight)Also I was not informed of my options for the fix from the start, ( the first time I was explained to and even shown how they would fix it ,amazing!) I felt like I had to call them etc. which was not the way things were handled the first time around) However I had no doubt they would do their best to fix it and make things right, which they did, and upon which, they were more than fair!

They were prompt and did excellent quality work. It was an insurance job, but that did not affect the price or quality that I could discern. They did a very good job in a prompt way and the punctuality was great.

I brought the car in, they diagnosed the failure (which was pretty obvious), contacted my warranty company for approval.
The had the part in stock, and even though I did not have an appointment to get the repair done (just do the diagnostic),
they said they had time and could fix it, so I waited about 90 minutes. They did it, I was out of there, problem fixed.

    That was all very nice.

What was NOT so nice was the horribly unprofessional behavior of the sales staff I witnessed while I was sitting in
the lobby waiting or my car. A group of them were loud and fairly obnoxious, having some sort
of party in one of their offices, blasting music from as stereo and just yucking it up (no, it was not a holiday or
a Christmas party!). Bear in mind, this was all in full earshot
of the showroom floor, where customers are coming in, looking at cars, and possibly making purchases.

One salesman was in his glass-lined cubicle with the door open, having a very loud argument with his wife.

Other sales people regularly came by where I was sitting and frittered away the afternoon watching television.

Overall, the whole team was pretty much amusing themselves, making noise, screwing around, in full view
of their customers. I really would have serious reservations about ever buying a car there, given the way these people behave.
The service department is totally separate, and I can't blame them for this. But as a customer, you have to make a decision about where your money goes and who you patronize. And sorry, this behavior matters, even though my car was serviced properly.

Their claims guys took care of all contacts with my insurance company, including some price adjustments that had to be made. They also arranged booking and paying for an auto rental without me having to lift a finger.  They were super friendly and helpful. The front office gals were surley everytime I spoke with them; not super rude, just in kind of a bad mood. But the those guys more than made up for it! The repair folks were great. I had a malfunction of my heating system right after the repair and thought it might be connected to the front end work they did. So I took it back in; just dropped in without an appointment. They got me in in less than 15 minutes to check it out. It turned out that the problem was totally unrelated to what they'd done. But the fixed it (minor fix), showed me what they'd done, and wouldn't charge me! Would I go back! Duh! Absolutely; surly receptionists or not!

I called and was told to stop in anytime-so one day on my way to work I stopped in. They had a decent waiting room they put on fresh coffee and gave me an approximate wait time for the tech to make a diagnosis. They figured out the problem and even took the time to take me to the shop area to show me why the window wasn't working. They gave me an estimate (they even came in a little under) gave me the option to come in another time of convenience to me or they could work on it right then. I decided the latter, and they helped make arrangements for my transportation to work. Bret was the estimater who helped me, but the whole office seemed polite, in their dealings with all the customers I saw. Good Job Guys!
