    It was good. They were very professional. My doctor there has a very good beside manner. She is very knowledgeable and very professional. Overall, I have to say that it's an "A" experience. Usually when I come, they just get me right in. They have a nice, comfortable office.

    It was a good experience, but it is what one would expect when they go to their doctor. I like their thoroughness. They are a good listener. They work with the patient on the treatment plan. The bedside manner is very good. Every once in a while I have an issue with the billing and administration.

    Great. I've been seein dr. Gauntt since 1998. I've had a bunion removed on each foot. Both surgeries went smooth and recoveries took what seemed like no time at all. Now I go in on an annual basis for an orthotics check. Dr. Gauntt is always pleasant, remembers me, where I work and what I've been up to in the past. We always take a moment to catch up. Very personable. :)

    My son developed horrible blistering and brusing on his feet during football his freshman year. I took him into Dr. Lipe and she determined he had an extremely high arch which was causing undue pressure on the balls of his feet when running. To start with, she suggested we purchase a high quality sports orthotic arch support which she then modified specifically for his feet. This was a very inexpensive way to determine what worked best for him. The arch support dramatically improved the health of his feet and took away the pain. Once we determined this treatment worked for him, she said we could contnue with modfied over-the-counter arch supports or could go the next step having molds taken of his feet and permanent supports made. Since he played football, basketball and baseball, we determined the permanent solution was best for durability. Once we received the permanent orthotics, she fine tuned them for my son. Dr. Lipe continued to care for my son's feet all through high school. As football was pretty rough on orthotics, he would go in and she would repair/replace parts right in her office. She did a fantastic job for him and helped him be successful playing sports even with his challenging feet. She is very caring and has an awesome backside manner that many physicians are lacking.

    I had been seeing him since 1991 and I really liked him. He was a nice guy. He was considerate of my time. The first time I met him, he was running behind and he only spent a few minutes with me. I wrote a letter to the clinic and he gave me a call and apologized and said it wouldn’t happen again, and it never did. I would have a list of questions and he would answer them or have his nurse answer them and give me a call back. It has been a few years since I saw him because all my medical care has been taken over by the VA. He was never easy with the insurance company.

    In the past I had some bone spurs which were pretty painful and he treated me pretty good. What I do know, even though they have a list of my medications when he gave me a prescription, when I went to the pharmacist they said hey wait you can't mix these to. And they called him and he said well I made a mistake. Overall, I would say he is pretty good.

    I received a referral for Dr. Lipe from the office of my personal physician. The person recommending her did not have personal experience with Dr. Lipe, but had "heard" she was a good podiatrist. I searched online for information on Dr. Lipe and saw that she claimed to be in-network for my insurer. I wanted to confirm this information with the doctor's office, so I called on multiple occasions and got an answerphone message each time. I asked for a call back, but never received one. I decided that if the office staff was that inefficient, I wouldn't do business with Dr. Lipe. Several months later, I had pain that mandated a podiatry consult, so I decided to try Dr. Lipe once again. I called and spoke to a rather "abrupt" person that said "Yes, we accept your plan". I needed to use someone that was in my Great West/Cigna, so I called my insurance company health network to avoid paying 50% "out of network" charges, so I checked online with my insurance company. They told me that Dr. Lipe was NOT covered under my plan. Again I called Dr. Lipe's office, and the person handling their insurance issues acted like I was stupid, denied that the insurance company had given me valid information, and finally told me that I should just go someplace else if I didn't believe her. Not only was this person rude and unhelpful, but she clearly wasn't interested in assisting someone with important issues regarding healthcare at Dr. Lipe's office. Had this not been a repeat issue with the office staff, I might have ignored it. Having not been treated in this office, I can't comment on the doctor's medical skills. However, I can't imagine that Dr. Lipe would not be aware of such poor customer service, so I could never be comfortable with her desire to care for my medical issues..

    I am his regular patient. He and his staff have given me very good service. I have been his patient for 10 years. I haven?t had any traumatic injuries, but I have had several serious medical problems and they have helped me resolve almost all of them. They get me in when I need to get in. They have accommodated me. The office is fine. Sometimes, I have to wait if my appointments are later in the day. However, they demand a lot of money to get me the hard copies of the medical records. I will continue to use his services in the future.
