    Evolve Physical Therapy
Afer a recent visit to my Primary Physician, it was suggested I get some treatments form a Physical Therapist. After doing some research, I decided to try Evolve Physical Therapy in Sherwood, OR. My first encounter at Evaolve was with Brittany, a very pleasant and helpful receptionist who scheduled all my appointments. The facility is a very inviting place with great equipment. The staff is very friendly and my Physical Therapist (Matt) is exceptional. His manner, knowledge and skills as a therapist are outstanding. He is particularly focused on educating the patient about the anatomy pertaining to their condition and how the exercises prescribed can alleviated the problem. When you leave each visit you are provided instructions for additional exercises to work on at home between visits so you get maximum therapeutic benefit. I couldn't be happier with the care I received. The whole experience at Evolve was extraordinary and I would highly recomend this clinic. Evolve is indeed a therapeutic practice devoted to care and healing.

Perfect Pressure Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork
I have had general massages before, but this massage focused on my problem area.  After the first treatment I experienced relief.  I've returned several more times.  The massages plus the recommended stretches/exercises continue to provide me the relief from pain that I've been looking for over the years.
Johnny Morales identified where my muscles were tight and then applied just the right amount of pressure and movement to work out the tightness.  He is very discreet and conscientious.  Very enjoyable and profitable experience.

    Strong Hands LMT
We've been going to Strong Hands LMT for about a year and a half. She's very nice and the price was pretty good. It's not a separate room. There's like just a curtain that divides her office and her massage area. So I wasn't too jazzed about that. There wasn't any interruptions. So, the facilities are a little lacking, but it's a small business and I can understand those things. One of her neighbors is a day care center so she kind of warned me beforehand children might be out there. The office was nice and was presented well, but the area and the setup is probably a little lacking. But the price was good and the service was good. The appearance is clean and it has a nice feel to it. She is very good at what she does.

    Providence Newberg Medical Center
The therapists at Providence Newberg Rehab Center are wonderful. They've done an exceptional job with our son. He's got some birth issues and they've helped him using his hands and stuff like that. My son's issues will never be 100% fixed, but the therapists do good work with what they have to work with. However, we haven't been using them in awhile. There is a problem with billing our insurance company and we'll use them again when they can get their act together on billing and coverage.

    Thomas Croy MD
Dr. Croy is one of the best physicians we have ever seen.  He is so thorough, completely explains every piece of your particular situation, asks tons of questions and listens to the answers.  He is extremely knowledgeable and super personable.  And although a surgeon, he is not one to rush into a surgery.  If he thinks you don't need surgery or that there are better or more cost effective options, he will tell you and let you decide.  During football season my son suffered a shoulder injury.  Dr. Croy was booked at that particular time so we took him to another specialist in town to just make sure there wasn't something critically wrong necessitating taking him out of football.  That specialist said he had a tear in his shoulder socket which he could repair or live with depending on his lifestyle and activity level.  My son held off but finally decided that he didn't want it hurting long term as he's a pretty athletic guy.  Figuring we were looking at surgery, my son preferred to go to Dr. Croy.  Once Dr. Croy examined him and reviewed the MRI he recommended not rushing to surgery as it isn't always the best approach for his situation.  Dr. Croy recommended that my son see a physical therapist first and use his shoulder regularly for a couple months and then come back to discuss all the findings before making a decision.  We were glad that we came back to Dr. Croy and potentially avoided an unnecessary surgery.  However, if surgery is the best fix, Dr. Croy is the best around.  He has done surgery on both of my husband's shoulders and one of my shoulders. He is a very caring physician and I highly recommend him.

    Riogeist, Dr. Jens B.
I suffered from fibromyalgia symptoms.  I got to the point I had trouble walking and was in a lot of pain.  I had to pull myself up stairs using one leg and then carefully descend with fear that my legs would go out from under me.  I had brain fog and other problems.  Now, though I am older, in many ways I am younger.  I hike and am confident of my legs and don't have pain while walking.  Jens says that the body is like an onion.  You have to peel away the layers one at a time.  That means that one layer of problems must be dealt with before you can go to the next.

    Strong Hands LMT
Val has been my massage therapist for 3 years. I saw her monthly for a year and then I developed sciatica, which caused discomfort down the back of my thighs when I walked. Through seeing a chiropractor, an acupuncturist, and a rehab physicianVal was the constant who was able to isolate the specific muscles that were tight and her strong hands always loosened them up. She was genuinely caring about how I was doing and encouraging as I tried many varying treatments. It turned out that surgery was the resolution; I have continued to see Val to keep my legs and back in balance as those muscles have relearned how they are to function. I would heartedly recommend Val to anyone who is having difficulty with tired and/or tight muscles that effect your ability to move at your best.or if you just need a good massage to loosen you up for the next week.

I had a full knee replacement done. Everything went like clockwork and my scar is hardly noticeable now. This man does incredible work as a surgeon, and comes highly recommended by me.
