  New Vision Floor Care Professionals

  Not well. Appt. was for 11:30 - 12:30. I received a call a few minutes before 10:00 saying they were on the way. I told him that he was not expected until and above time and I did not pick up all things on the floor. He said that they would. When he arrived, he looked around and told me that he would charge an extra $50.00 for the stains on my family room floor. I agreed and continued to move some items. It was plan that he did not want to move ANYTHING and explained that when he comes into a place, people have items already off the floor. I explained that I would have had things moved if he had not been one to two two hours early. Moving things met magazine holders, small containers on living room and bedroom floors and a small dog bed which he proudly showed me that he did move. With other carpet cleaners, they usually moved larger things like coffee table, small dining tables, chairs, etc., to clean under and around their feet and move back but he did not. In fact, his explanation again was that he would have to put something under the feet and if he did, it would leave an indentation on the floor plus it takes time. However, he did move one wooden chair and put a piece of plastic under each legs. I did request him to move a small end table and put it on the couch. He did, but when he was done I asked him to put it back on the floor. He did not. He told me that what I paid for was to clean and not restore. However, I did pay an extra $50.00 and I said that he did not have to clean my dryer duct which was part of the ad. This was agreed upon at the beginning of the transaction. His attitude was rude and because of that, I would not recommend him.

  BenchMark Restoration & Cleaning

  The service did not go well overall. They are sending someone out to again look at the damage, but the person they sent to do the initial cleaning left giant water spots on my couch and it currently appears to be ruined. They've been great at communication overall, but the technician they sent out the first time was awful.

  Steves Carpet Cleaning & Auto Detail

  Steve did a thorough job of cleaning the furniture and even removed some old gum spots on one cushion.   The pieces look so much better.   He was very professional.  A nice touch - he sent a thank you card for using his company!

  He did an excellent job!!!!!!!!!!!  My mother was so happy.  He had a very big job with the sofa and love seat.  When dad was alive there was about 32 years of smoking in their house.  He got the stains and the smoke smell out and they look like brand new.  He deserves an award!!!  They were really bad and he brought them back to new!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Western Carpet Cleaning

  This company is wonderful.  We have used them for several years and have recommended them to many friends and co-workers.  They are prompt, professional and each technician we've encountered is very knowledgable.  There are no hidden fees and their work is guaranteed.  In a previous experience I have had some areas of spotting resurface after the carpet dried.  Once contacted, Western Carpet Cleaners scheduled a return appointment to go over the area again...no charge.  Excellent work!  
  Prior to this cleaning I was wondering if it might be time to think about replacing our carpet.  No longer!  It looks wonderful again.  Thanks to Lyle & his company!

  NEAT NIX CARPET CARE

  I contacted Nick Kovac (owner of Neat Nix Carpet Care) by phone on June 6th to ask if he could clean my carpet by June 8th, as it was required by my carpet warranty.  He said he'd be at my house at 9am on June 8th and that's exactly when he arrived.  He measured the rooms and looked over the loveseat and gave me a firm price on the work.  His assistant, Gary and he went right to work.  They use the hot water extraction method, which was a requirement of my carpet manufacturer (3M) and Nick is certified by IICRC for cleaning and restoration.  I had several pieces of heavy furniture which I was not able to move.  They moved these items, cleaned the carpet and replaced the items precisely where they had been, but put them on small blocks which aided in drying and eliminating indentations.  The loveseat was very dirty as it is used exclusively by my dog.  I told Nick I did not expect miracles, just wanted it to look and smell cleaner.  They did a beautiful job on everything!  My carpet is very light in color (cream) and is a Frise weave (a tight, twisted pile).  It looks like the day I had it installed.  And the "dog" loveseat came out so clean and fresh scented that I almost want to forbid the dog from sleeping on it (but she's an old dog and this is the only furniture she's ever climbed on - so I'll let her keep her loveseat...).  
  Nick is very professional and personable.  He explains everything and even left me a pair of "booties" to wear if I needed to walk in my living room before it was fully dry.  I'm very pleased with the results and will definitely call Neat Nix for all my future carpet and upholstery cleaning.

  We had a graduation party coming up and needed our horribly dirty carpet and couch cleaned. We called Cleaner by Pfarr and Randy gave a competitive estimate over the phone. He was very friendly and informative. When Randy showed up, we expected the usual: a lot of hoses running from van to house but Randy does things differently. He had his own containers of water and cleaning solutions so there was no need to drag a bunch of stuff around. His method also allowed our carpets and furniture to dry extremely quickly. Randy did an excellent job at removing both old and new stains. Our carpet looked and felt great again! Thanks Randy.

  NEAT NIX CARPET CARE

  The entire experience from start to finish was excellent. Nick picked up his phone right away, was very friendly and professional. He offered to come out the same day to give me an estimate on what I needed done. He called earlier than our appointment and said he could come even earlier than he thought. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He introduced himself and put covers on his shoes before he entered which was very thoughtful and showed alot of respect for our home. He toured our place, listened carefully to everything we wanted done, and had a can-do attitude the entire time. He emailed me a written estimate the same day including the angie's list discount and we scheduled him to come only a couple of days later. He arrived on time with his wife and son. They make an amazing team and worked really hard. The job took just as long as he had predicted and I could see how thorough they were being. We could not believe the difference in our ceramic tile floors, our carpets, and our couches. We had not realized how dirty they had actually been. Now they look amazing and more importantly, our house smells fresh. Originally we thought his bid was abit higher than some but we definitely got our moneys worth. We now understand that while we were paying less in the past, we were not getting the cleaning quality we had wanted. Bottomline: you pay a little more, but you get alot more. We will definitely look to Nick and Neat Nix Carpet Care in the future and I will recommend his services to everyone I know. Thanks for the excellent job!!
