    I had received a price quote of close to $400 to complete 5 repairs I was told our car "needed" by the dealer. I took our car to Nick's instead and am I ever glad I did! He completed only one repair out of the five after inspecting our car because he said the others did not need to be done at this time. He also changed our oil and fixed our broken turn signal bulb. Nick's total cost for everything was about $40 more than one of the items (the most expensive) would have been at the dealer. He saved us money and was very friendly and professional. He told me that he wanted us to keep our money in our pocket as long as possible. I would definitely recommend Nick's Auto Care to anyone wanting a good deal and honest service from an auto mechanic.

    Gladstone Mistubishi
    This dealership will not support its customers. We own a 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander that we purchased in California. Our first sour experience with this dealership was when we tried to get a replacement key, which would need programming that can only be done by Mitsubishi. The shop could not cut the key; they failed several times on the only blanks they had, and told us we would have to pay for new blanks (at a cost of over $100 each) if we wanted them to try again- with no guarantee that they would not fail again. Then, the radiator failed, and needed to be replaced with a difficult-to-obtain CA Emissions radiator. Our repair shop could only obtain the part through Gladstone Mitsubishi, and we rented a car until it could be delivered. Gladstone Mitsubishi delivered a defective radiator. They refused to cover the cost of expediting shipping of a replacement radiator. This led to additional costs to us as we had to extend our car rental. My husband talked to Jim in parts and Don in service, and both refused to cover our costs for the extra rental days. They passed the blame for the defective radiator they delivered to Mitsubishi Corporate. When my husband contacted them, Corporate claimed that any recompense was the sole responsibility of the dealership, not them. I will not buy another Mitsubishi, as this is the only dealership in Portland, and they cannot be relied on to support their customers.

    They are great, we've been using them for years. I can say nothing bad about them. They explain everything and call us before they do any additional work. They have courtesy vehicles. The workers that we've met were great and very well trained.

    I received a return call even before office hours. Thank you!! Jones Mobile was able to clear the check engine light in addition to fixing the blown radiator hose. Jones Mobile arrived on time, communicated the plan for repair, fixed my car here at my house while I worked remote and charged me a wonderfully fair price!!! I recommend Jones Mobile Auto and will be calling them again for my repair and maintenance needs.

    They had to remove the engine to do the repair. They got us a loaner car because of the warranty we had purchased and had everything ready to go, no wait. They kept us apprised of how things were going. They were very accommodating. We've worked with them since 1998 and they're awesome. They also have a shuttle service which is nice.

    ABE Auto Battery and Electric
    Mitch told me that I needed a new Alternator. I paid the $223 and thought the car was fixed. As soon as I turned the car off it wouldn't start again. I was able to get the car to start long enough to get home. Once I got it home, I had to jump the car again. I took it to another provider who told me that the battery cables just needed to be cleaned and tightened, and ABE sold me an alternator that I didn't need. The cost of that service $56.00.

    Anytime I need anything with my car, I take it to them. The price was a lot less than they told me it would be and it was only about an hour. 

    The dealership was too expensive after the warranty run out. I've taken it back to Gateway for about 5 years, just once a year. I wouldn't take it anywhere else. I've had my car for 17 years. I put gas in my car and they do the rest.

    They did it fast. They are the only ones I have that touch my truck anymore. What is the best thing the company had to offer to me? They had the ability to do it. There was a lot of Ford dealers that wouldn’t even touch it. There are 3 different employees there.

    They fit me in right away, very responsive.

    They estimated it would take four hours so I took my car in at 8am. I called around three and they still hadn't finished. 

    Even though they tried to up sale me on a trade in, I will continue to use them if needed.
