    Long's Heating & Air Conditioning
Matt, the service man was fabulous. He came to the house, said I needed a new heater motor, ordered it, and installed it within a few days. No muss, no fuss. Fabulous customer service, fabulous followup. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

    Allied Comfort Pro
Very well. The technician went over and beyond. He passed through a sticky screen door on his way to the outside unit and calmly squatted down and with his screw driver made some adjustments that improved it. He then continued to the unit. I commented on how noisy the unit was when running. Again he calmly placed a small piece of duct tape under each screen rod where it met the top of the unit...Voila! I have since replaced the duct tape with rubberized tips. Allied had to order the part from Portland, but UPS had it here in just a couple days. We were first on the last that next morning. The Technician was very prompt and in not ime we had A/C again. I was very pleased with Allied and would use them again.

Tech found and replaced burned out capacitor. Work was professional and quick, well worth the service call charge. I was charged $233.00 for the capacitor and later found out the actual cost at Home Depot was under $20.00. I am a senior citizen but was not offered the senior discount advertised. I am not happy and will not refer this company to anyone.

Our AC unit wasn't working and we called them for help. They tried to fix it and Brian did everything he could to try and fix it but it needed to be replaced. So we hired them to replace it. They did but after it was installed we were told it was a 20 amp unit and the previous one was a 15 amp. So we couldn't run the AC because of an electrical fire hazard. They contacted Pacific electrical that they work with and was told it would be $466 more for electrical work. That wasn't quoted or talked about before. It was a Friday at 3pm so I said okay and agreed to pay it but the electrician could be out there for maybe at the soonest 4 days if they could squeeze us in or it would be 2 more weeks. On Monday I called asking what could be done for the additional cost that wasn't quoted. This was there response. Tyler, You had a 2 ton system and that is what I replaced it with. Electrical was overlooked and was not included in our quote. Already gave you a great deal due to whole leak situation and can not afford to take a bigger hit. If you insist than okay, but please understand where I am coming from and lets help each other out on this. Technician Brian I replied that we wanted to be fair and agreed to pay the electrical cost. That in return we would like 2 annual maintenance's. That way they weren't out of pocket anything and felt that was fair in return for being out of pocket. They declined. Even after they admitted to an oversight when they quoted. To top things I called a different electrician to see if they could get out sooner. They came out the next day and said the wiring was up to code and sufficient. That just the breaker needed to switched to a 20amp. It was fixed for less than $100. They called Pacific electrical. So I'm not sure if they work together to charge for things not needed. To be fair to Pacific Electric they did not come out to the house. They just went by what Brian from absolute Air told them. So maybe when they got out there they would of done the same thing. But it still seems a little questionable that Absolute Air affiliates with Pacific electrical for services not needed. They say they want to help each other out but didn't want to try and make it right for the customer. Also they left multiple cigarette butts in our driveway when they installed our unit.

I liked everything about their service. They were wonderful. Their price, how they dealt with their customers, how soon they got out here. Everything was wonderful. I would use them again. The price was based per square foot. I don't recall what it was but I did some research. I received 3 bids so I know it was awesome. I think my entire bill was $250.

    Long's Heating & Air Conditioning
Josh arrived promptly and took a look. The thermostat was wired correctly, the wires up in the heating unit were NOT. Not something we could have known or done. He hooked up the appropriate wires and got it working within minutes. He waited, he listened, he double checked and he talked to me about these "Smart" thermostats. He told me what NOT to do and honestly, we could have easily done the wrong thing...we are NOT trained professionals. It could have been upward of $6000 to replace it all. It was $90 with some sage advice. I love the new thermostat, but the truth is, it was NOT going to work if Josh hadn't came out and wired it PROPERLY. Don't screw up your heating and air conditioning to save a buck (do you know if you are supposed to hook up the fan to the heating unit or the thermostat? Yeah, me neither and if I had done it wrong, it could have messed up a LOT). If you don't know exactly what you are doing (more than YouTube videos), hire Long's. Professional, reasonably priced, timely and they know their way around heaters and air conditioners. Thanks Josh - you rocked it today! (and I'm WARM!) And WHEN my heater does die and needs to be replaced - I'll call my heating guys at Long's.

Russ Long and his team are awesome. Russ returns calls promptly, shows up when he says he will and is very responsive. The bid for a complete install was very reasonable, his team of workers were both professional and friendly, and the work done was excellent. Would highly recommend.

    Glacier Heating & Air
They were perfect. They couldn't have done anything better. The only thing was they couldn't come out for three days, but I don't think that was any of their issue, I think it was so many people in my area as it just got hot. Would I have preferred them to come out on the same day I noticed the problem, yeah, but I don't think I can count them down on that.

GRANTS PASS HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING
Jerry showed up on-time and well prepared. He removed the old dryer vent and found that the design of the old vent was allowing tons of lint to buildup and block the flow (which could have caused a fire). he installed a new round dryer vent into a cool recessed dryer box. The new vent will not cause the dangerous lint buildup. He also inspected the rest of the existing vent duct and cleaned-up and hauled away all the old material. we can now push the dryer into place without crushing the dryer vent. Really perfect work. do yourself a favor and hire them for your next HVAC job.

We are on a contract where they come out twice a year.?They come out in April and then in October or November. They check our heating and air conditioning systems. We have a Lennox system. They change the filter. I pay a contract. I buy my own filter. The rep giving me what I need, if I am going to order my own to go ahead and do that. He gave me the information, I needed. He comes out and services everything. That is at no charge because I pay a contract once a year. I only pay once a year for only $120.00 They come out twice a year. They service my heating to make sure everything is working fine. Then Spring comes along and they check the air conditioning. We have a rep that is assigned to us named Pete Brown and he is excellent. They are very knowledgeable about Lennox systems and very thorough about servicing it they do this twice a year with no problems.
