    Plateau Seamless Guttering
Contractor told me upfront that they were booked about 6 weeks out. True to his word they started my job at about 5.5 weeks. Crew was punctual, efficient and professional. Removed my old gutters (that were filled with debris) and then installed new wrap, new gutters and new leaf "guards". Cleaned up all debris and every scrap of metal - Left my property spotless! My new gutters look fantastic! I would re-hire or recommend them without hesitation.

    A-1 Quality Gutter Co
They installed my gutters over 10 years ago and did a very good job with customer service that was five stars! I called them a few weeks ago because there was a rusting downspout that would have to be repaired. I assumed they would need to replace the gutter, but they came out and were able to fix it without replacing the gutter. And they didn't charge me! That's what I call good service!

Dannielle and Andreas did an amazing job! They were so informative and made sure any questions i had were answered at the best of their ability. My husband loved that they laughed at all his jokes. We really fell love with the roofing system! Plus the warranty they offer is like none we have ever seen! I would definitely use their company again!!!!!! So happy with our purchase!!

    Mike Gutowski
MIke gave us a competitive bid to repair external siding and reinforce interior framing to make the walls solid and sustainable with the new wallboard he was asked to install. We hired him and he repaired holes in the wall, and then went around the exterior of the building to reinforce the siding stability with special nails as it was an old building with a lot os wear and aging. He then added and replaced framing inside the garage to ensure strength of the new wallboard that he was going to install. He moved the wiring around on the lighting to coordinate with the new wallboard and then installed 1/2 inch gypsum board throughout the interior. He taped and finished the gypsum with a coat of material for appearance and seal, and then installed new lighting switches. The garage is now suitable for shelving , workbench, and makes a useful area to work in with a nice cozy appearance. It looks clean and bright and professionally finished. It is also easy to heat up in the winter and remains cool in the summer. Very nice. Mike is very skilled at building and he gave me his new cell # at 541-244-0861 Very easy to work with. Recommend him highly.

    Dallas Gutter & Repair
In the process of cleaning our gutters, they discovered that we had a couple of plugged drains leading to the sewer line. Since they don't do drainage work, they agreed to come back to finish the downspout extension after we'd had the drains cleared. Before I could call them back out, we had a rainstorm and one of the existing downspouts leaked. Dallas Gutter was very prompt at coming back out and honoring their guarantee.

    PDX Top Finishes LLC
Ralph is an excellent Salesman! Sells you something and then never preforms work. Triple the cost and only did the mitigation for over $10,000 for one bedroom. Due to his lack of preparedness, when the rain came, another room was also damaged due to the lack of preparedness. This was an insurance claim for the services. We gave him over $13,593.57 on the day we signed the contract, March 18, 2020. In his own contract it stated "Time is of the Essence" as we were putting our home on the market to move. He was then given another $10,110.09 to do the mitigation. Once the mitigation was done, we never saw Ralph again. He did get a new truck and that truck has been wrapped with PDX Top Finishes. Due to the estimate that Ralph had given our insurance company in access of $64, 628.29 for the repairs, on MAY 5, 2020 our insurance company hired a structural engineer to look at the services that Ralph stated needed to be done. Ralph also stated that we didn't need a permit for the work even though the roof was needing to be repaired. Ralph stated that he needed more $$ to continue with the repairs. Our mortgage company was now holding all of the funds for the completed repairs. On about June 17, 2020, I mailed off another $20,000. to Ralph so that he could get started on the repairs but my gut was saying, something doesn't feel right about this. I called our Mortgage company and our insurance company and cancelled that check so that it couldn't be cashed. That day, I filled a complaint with Oregon Contractors Board and we all met with an arbitrator on August 17, 2020. From May 5, 2020 to August 17th, 2020, Ralph was never here. At this point Ralph offered to give us $2000 of the $13,593.57 that we fell he owes to us. We filed for $10,000 in Small Claims Court and Ralph can't be located by Multnomah County Sheriff's Office.

Nick Tejcka & Ralph Medina came out right on time for our roofing appointment. They were extremely thorough with their presentation and asked all of our questions. They were also very polite and courteous young men. Dabella’s quality is unmatched when I am ready for my new roof I don’t see a reason to use anybody else.

I was very pleased with my experience. I was initially contacted by a salesperson who came to my door asking if I needed services. I was contacted the next day by a scheduler who set up an appointment with two salesmen who visited me on site within two days. These gentlemen were punctual, appropriately dressed, and well informed. I walked the site with them and we discussed the details of my needs. At that point, they showed me the products they could offer. I was impressed with the quality of the materials that would be used, and the sensitivity they showed to my needs, timeline, and budget. The actual installation was done by professionals who were punctual, hardworking, knowledgeable, easy to approach with questions or concerns, and cleaned up the site extremely well. The only downside I experienced was that there was a few weeks from initial contact to installation and I was not kept informed of the day that the work was scheduled. It worked out well, but it is entirely possible that I would not have been home when they arrived for installation. I had been given contact information and could have asked, but made the assumption that the coordinator would be contacting me. The two salesmen who had initially met with me did several follow ups to ensure that I was satisfied with the work and were careful to document the final results.

    Pressure Point Roofing Inc
After a number of discussions & estimates with different roofing companies we chose Pressure Point. We did not select the roofing company advised by USAA. Matt Stone of Pressure Point was the most knowledgeable and answered all my questions in keeping with what I had learned in my intense self-taught knowledge about roofing. We also had 6 sky lights that were over 35 years old & needed to be replaced as well. And given that the house was built in 1980, we also replaced all the gutters and downspouts. I am a very critical person. My occupation is a scientist involved with leading edge cancer research. I am used to analyzing situations & coming up with solutions. Rarely do I glibly give any person or company an A rating. Matt and the entire crew at Pressure Point were outstanding in all aspects of their work, from A to Z. Wood rot was removed & replaced. The old roof tiles were quickly disposed of. No mess or bother on my part. New underlayment was installed & Decra stone covered metal roofing was used (rusticoclay style). Pressure Point also replaced a huge beam supporting our car port that had undergone wood rot. Everything that was done, was done right. The price below includes new roof, new skylights (some solar powered with shades) and new gutters as well as replacement of a huge 25 foot long massive beam in the car port.
